Ya Ya's Euro Bistro - St Louis
Our food is simple, elegant, and honest; it's innovative, exciting, but never flighty. Our eclectic menu is inspired by a combination of American, French, Italian, Spanish, and Greek cuisines.
YaYa's is committed to using the freshest, local, sustainable and organic products possible!
We look forward to welcoming you!
We have visited this restaurant frequently and enjoy the food and setting. We would not go to here if we are pressed for time. It typically takes an hour from ordering to receive our food. Not an issue if you are with friends visiting, but is an issue if you are either hungry or in a hurry.
We went for lunch before going to the Fox. Our server was attentive, and the food was delicious!
We always look forward to our dates at Yayas. We were not disappointed. Cody, our server, was great. Don’t overlook the soup—-smoked chicken with tomatoes, etc. we came back by the next day and got three servings to go. Best soup in years!!!
Our waitress was very friendly. We found our service to be prompt & attentive. Was a 1st time visit for my friends & they loved it, said they would be back.
They seemed very stingy with their lobster bisque. Either charge $15 for a full bowl of soup or put the amount you now serve in a cup instead of a less than half a bowl. Then...the cobb salad was even worse. So chopped up you couldn't taste anything except the lettuce and chicken. Looking closer, you see there wasn't much else in it despite what the menu stated. Otherwise, I love the people there.
We went here for a birthday dinner. All four of our entrees were over salted and very small portions. The only good thing about the dinner was the appetizer, bruschetta. We waited forever for a piece of cake with a candle to sing happy birthday but we had to cancel because one person in our party had to leave. They finally brought it out but it was too late. Our waiter was great but the kitchen needs to do better. Disappointing.
The food was very good. Our server did a great job in taking care o us and making sure everything was to our liking. Even though it is a little pricey always have had a great meal.
The absolute worst service I’ve ever had at Ya Ya’s! Waiting 30+ minutes for our initial drink order to arrive, to getting the order wrong, to not knowing the menu, to being smug and unapologetic for getting things wrong...it was bad!!!
I think it would be very easy to just blame the waitress for the poor service, but management had no clue either. The service was sub par because management put this server in a situation in which she was in over her head. She could not handle our table of 8, let alone an additional party of 10, and another table of 4!
We will not be going back!
Enjoyable evening for Mother’s Day. Server was friendly and responsive however billing experience put a damper on a great evening. Charged for kids meal drinks. Charged for fruit but not disclosed. Asked server if fruit could be substituted and I thought that meant at no cost. In total we were billed for an additional 3 sides of fruit $5 a pop! I really don’t want to haggle on such a special occasion so cut tip by that amount.
A good steady place. Food and service are uselly spot on.
Great menu and excellent service. Very friendly atmosphere. Family friendly
Very accommodating to dietary needs however I get aggravated at restaurants that charge you the same price for a salad regardless of if you have the protein or ask them to leave it off. I think if you don't take the chicken or salmon the price should be reduced.
I ordered the Wild Mushroom Risotto and was disappointed. The mushrooms texture was that of dried mushrooms that had been mostly reconstituted but not completely. The risotto was not completely cooked and my rice had a hard middle that was not what I was hoping for. I will not order this dish again. Please consider using only fresh mushrooms and vary the ingredients to those available.
The other food our party ordered was well received and delicious. Our server was delightful and on target.
I did not say anything about my food as were seeing family after some absence and I did not wish to disrupt our visit and conversation flow. No big deal.
I had dinner with four of my friends and we had a great evening. Our server, Lexie, was amazing and set the stage for the rest of the night. She was knowledgable, friendly, outgoing, and didn't hover. We all ate something different and the food was amazing! Be sure to check out the dessert tray!
Creative europian-american cuisine with knowledgeable staff. Great wine lists and house pastry chef's deserts are great plus!
Always a special occasion to be looked forward to. Never disappointed.
Brunch was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday but will def go back for just the brunch!
We enjoy good meals at YaYa’s for lunch and dinner , but Sunday brunch was Very disappointing! It felt like we went to a different place from which we
usually know for a good meals?! Food was nearly tasteless and with not such a big crowd last Sunday serving station was looking at least half empty. I don’t think we ever going to risk to have another brunch at this place
Our foursome enjoyed an awesome meal and our server was outstanding! Highly recommend!
Jane took great care of us. The menu ‘duet’ feature for entrees was very good: allowed us try 2 items and also save quite a bit. We’ll be back soon!
We enjoyed everything about our recent visit to YaYa’s. The service was excellent. The food was exceptionally good.
Going away dinner
Our Easter was made perfect by this amazing meal! We were greeted by the manager who was personable and very engaging. Then taken to a great seat with an atmosphere that was enjoying and warm.
Our drink orders were taken immediately and we were asked if we had ever brunched here before and since we had not we were introduced to the buffet.
Presentation was beautiful and bountiful. The choices were plentiful and the quality was very good. Options for prepared food as well as customized omelets and we were surprised by being brought strawberry French toast at our table at no extra charge.
All and all it was perfect. If there was any criticism it would be to place labels outside all warming dishes so you don’t have to open the steam table to let the heat out just to see what’s inside, so minor but just mentioning it as a suggestion.
Thank you for a great experience. We have already shared with several friends. We will be retuning.
My first time here in a while. Will definitely be back
The server didn’t show up for 12-15 min. We had to ask for one! I ordered pasta with smoked chicken and the chicken was a bit too dry and didn’t taste as fresh as before! The pasta was delicious otherwise!
Great waitress! Very good food.
As always, we had a wonderful brunch with great service.
This had been a favorite local restaurant until the last year or so.
Recent visits have been disappointing. Saturday night was better than it had been. Prices are fairly expensive.
The restaurant has never been updated. Has been opened for over 20 years. Needs to be updated.
Another amazing meal with generous and accommodating servers..always a pleasure!
YaYa's is a wonderful place for a nice lunch or dinner. Our server, Kevin, was attentive and helpful and our food was delicious.
Bruschetta appetizer was delicious. Bread & yogurt-based dip different but good in its own right. Lasagna was just ok. Pork chop dinner was delicious. Special haddock was $42 but the smallest portion on the table with no substantial side.
Me and my friends have been going to YaYa's for many years. It is always a great experience. The people working there are always the best. Our waitress, Jamie was superb.
My Wife and I were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and my Aunt was celebrating her 65th Birthday. My Wife and I arrived a little early and enjoyed your Happy Hour, which my Wife loved and our waitress was Brooke and she was wonderful. My Aunt and Uncle joined and we had a few drinks and were seated at our table. Our waiter was Ethan, he was great also! The negative i could say was that my Wife and I split the Risotto and her portion had a long black hair in it. Ethan had the chef fire a new half portion. I would suggest maybe firing a whole portion next time. Thank you again for a great anniversary dinner. We will be back!
Love Ya Ya's! Always a favorite. Our favorite free range chicken dish has not been as juicy the last 2 visits. Not sure what is going on with that, but we will give it another go because of our long track record.
We went for Sunday brunch. Our server was James, and he was most excellent.
The food is really, really delicious. All the servers seemed gracious. The fellow
who fixed my eggs benedict, was personable and offered to have it brought to
our table. Thanks for another great experience for brunch.
Food tasted good and decently priced also. The portion size was also fairly good for the price. Waitress was very friendly. Good ambience. We had a lovely night out
We always enjoy dining at YaYa's. The menu choices are diverse for all appetites, the food is delicious, well presented and served in a timely manner. They have the best calamari ever! Staff is very helpful and considerate of guests that require assistance.
We have been coming to Ya Ya’s since it opened and have always had great experiences with family and friends, but this time we came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and our waitress (Libby) was rude from the start and very condescending. Luckily Leo the manager who came to greet tables and stopped by ours several times, definitely made the night much better. We will forsure still frequent Ya Ya’s and look forward to seeing Leo.
Ya Ya's is my favorite restaurant. We travel about an hour to get there. So it's not like it's around the corner. I celebrated my 70th birthday the last time I was there. I enjoyed it as usual. Good food, wonderful ambience, service is always attentive. Everyone working there seems to enjoy their job.
