About Wright's at the Biltmore
From the indigenous ingredients of Native Americans to the unique and bold flavors brought
forth by early settlers, Wright’s creates a culinary experience that tells the story
of the Arizona Desert, drawing upon the region’s rich heritage and culture.
Served in a classic setting that is a modern nod to the historic Frank Lloyd Wright style, the
Wright’s menu features foods of the land, presented in an artistic and contemporary fashion
that marries both the old and the new. In addition to the acclaimed a la carte menu, Wright’s
at the Biltmore offers diners a tasting menu each evening that showcases our latest creations.

Wright's at the Biltmore Ratings and Reviews
Wrights at the Biltmore was the epitome of class and elegance. It was my first time there for brunch, and I made the reservation for six of us, as it was my girlfriends birthday. We got a perfect table with a great view of the whole restaurant, and our waiter, Ken, took excellent care of us. The food was amazing, and I never had something in my mouth that wasn't incredible. We ordered the buffet and the hot selections, all of which were unique and very delectible. We brought a cake in from AJ's, that they even had the pastry chef cut into beautiful slices and plated for us, which, in our opinion, went above and beyond. The piano music was soothing and the atmosphere was so relaxing. If I had more than two thumbs, it would be more...
Sunday brunch at the Biltmore exceeded our expectations! Items offered on both cold and hot brunch menu ranged from comfort to savory to high-end fare. The presentation is done with individual plating, allowing the diner to choose smaller portions thereby lessening that overwhelming feeling of most typical brunches. Loved the option of adding any or all of seven hot menu choices for an additional fee as our party of four each chose something different so lots of opportunities to take a nibble off someone else's plate! Live piano music adds to the ambiance and the waiters at the Biltmore are some of the best in the business.
What a great experience dining once again at Wright's. We dined on New Year's Eve here with our family and the whole experience was outstanding, from the food, to the waitstaff being extremely knowledgeable and attentive. A great choice for a special occasion as it is a bit on the expensive side.
We had veal tenderloin that was chewey, the potatoes had so much blue cheese you could not taste anything else and the Brussel sprouts were prepared with bacon that was highly spiced. We were quite disapointed especially when the bill for four was $525. The restaurant was very drafty and we continually asked that the heat be turned up but that fell on deaf ears.
Our first visit to Wright's. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff all made special effort to wish us happy anniversary which made it a special visit. The lobster thermidor and beef bourguignon entrees were very tasty. Also had the onion soup and Waldorf salad. Excellent. They surprised us with a free dessert and Happy Anniversary written in chocolate on the serving plate. Thanks to the Wright staff for making it such an enjoyable evening.
We were a bit confused on what constituted an appetizer or a half portion; the salmon serving was not wht we expected; we thought it would be like a half portion but was actually a kind of salmon salad with very dry toast(not really appealing) when the menu mentioned vegetables like brussel sprouts.
This is one of the best places for a long, leisurely brunch for the girls. The service is impeccable and the food that is served is heavenly, especially the desserts. We loved the tiny creme brules, they were delicious.
Will definitely go back, we'd love to try their Afternoon Tea one day.
I've dined at Wright's on several occasions, including, recently, on Thanksgiving. Although I generally have a high opinion of Wright's, I did not think that the fillet I had last night was anything spectacular -- especially given the cost of dinner. I have had considerably better preparations elsewhere. However, because I have previously had excellent experiences at Wright's, my guest was very pleased with her entree (we both ordered the fillet), and because the soup was truly excellent, I regard my experience last night as the exception to the rule.
The service was decent but could have used some improvement: Several courses were served without the appropriate silverware, and I felt somewhat rushed during the meal.
One of the best brunches ever... The cold buffet could be enhanced for an extra $10 to add as many (or all) of the 6 different warm small plates as desired. I started with prawns/chutney at the cold buffet, a tiny caesar, and sushi. The 1st hot plate I selected was the breakfast beef (two small cuts of prime rib with sauteed onions). Tender and delicious. The 2nd was benedict - a perfectly poached egg on thick cut 'side' bacon and homemade muffin with a light holandaise. My 3rd hot plate was a seared divers scallop surrounded by a thin light chowder of celeriac, pancetta, and leeks. For dessert, I had a ginger brulee and pumpkin bread pudding. The small plates are perfect for brunch so you can try many items without getting stuffed.
We were out in the area for a conference, and Wright's didn't disappoint! Great food with some modern twists on classic favorites that fit with the atmosphere of an older time. The scallops with mushrooms and beef wellington were outstanding, and ended with pink cotton candy. Also, a notable wine list and cocktail menu. well worth the trip.
We had a terrible experience. The service was bad as the waiter was condescending and not very nice. The food had mixed reviews at our table. The lobster bisque was good, but everything else we had was mediocre. It was my only experience at the restaurant and would probably try it one more time because the location and ambiance was very good.
The food was surprisingly beautiful and delicious! All three of us were happy: lobster pot pie, lobster thermador, and Grand Marnier souffle were the best hits of the evening. Less interesting were the Waldorf salad and the Beef Wellington (overcooked meat and soggy crust). Nice service even though the waiter mis-pronounced all the French words (you'd think they'd train their staff to say "Bourgignon" properly. But a minor quibble for a lovely restaurant that we would love to visit again.
Went early (5:15). Only two other couples in the restaurant. Service was spot on. Food was elegant and surprisingly filling. Ordered small appetizers and large entrees. Their desert souffles are made to order and take approximately 20 minutes, so the server, "Kenneth", inquired as to our interest. We agreed and because it took longer than expected he comp'ed the dish and provided us a coupon for our next one free. Pricing is comparable to a fine dining experience. The dress is smart business casual. No jeans; more dress slack and dress shirt atmosphere. Definitely would re visit.
Our Su Chef Jason & our waiter James & his staff were the absolute best. It was my father's 90th Birthday & they made him extremely happy. He enjoyed the service & the attentiveness of Chef Jason & James with his wait staff. They all deserve a "10"! We did try to reflect our gratitude in our gratuity to them, however no amount seemed enough. Thank you all, for one of my Mom & Dad's most memorable evenings.
Sincerely with Great Joy,
M. Ree Spina
We had such a great time . My husband gave you me a great birthday present of brunch at Wright's. The food was amazing, service was so wonderful to us, and the ambiance of the room was spectacular. My husband and I loved the Frank Lloyd. Wright architecture and I the modern yet historic view. We had a long luxiorous brunch the first time for my husband. My birthday was amazing and the special dessert was great! We will definitely be back for more brunches!
