Great buffet, price for mother's day is high compared to champagne brunch
This PLACE is gorgeous .... Old Hollywood meet modern cuisine ... I highly recommend the brunch for a special occasion or just a beautiful Sunday on the patio. If you like great food, unique selections and impeccable presentation then this is definitely where you should dine.
The most elegant and ridiculously delicious brunch ever
We have been to Wright's for brunch several times now to celebrate special occasions. We have never been disappointed. The setting is beautiful, the food is wonderful and the service is always top notch. It's a magical experience!!!!
They provided a quiet secluded table for an anniversary dinner. Excellent suggestions for dining choices. Food preparation was excellent. The wait staff were appropriately attentive without being overbearing.
The staff and spread was fantastic! We will certainly make this an Easter tradition in our family.
My husband and I along with our friend, went to Easter Sunday Brunch at Wright’s. The atmosphere was lovely & the food presentation was beautiful. We did have to wait a few times for food to be replenished on the buffet but everything was very delicious. Our waiter was very pleasant and accommodating to certain dietary needs.
The cost was a bit high for a brunch but we were notified about the price about a week before our arrival, so it was not a surprise. All in all, it was a delightful day.
Fabulous brunch, such amazing food, service was exemplary, such a nice layout the chef created eggs were magnificent!
Great place for a special brunch. Wonderful variety of foods and they have a special buffet for the little ones.
We have enjoyed the holiday brunch at Wright's on Mother's Day in the past, but were very disappointed with the Easter brunch. The ham and the beef were tough. The dessert table just repeated the same items over and over and the ones that were there were not that great. The orange juice was not freshly squeezed. At this price, you would think you would at least get a complimentary mimosa and instead we were informed the mimosas are no longer bottomless. Then we had to pay for parking, which was free in the past. In general, we just did not think the quality was there and did not justify the price being double what our second choice would have been. We were insulted by how penny pinching it seemed to be this time.
The food was great, however our server let a little to be desired. We had reservations for 6:45, and were promptly seated. However, menus did not show up to the table for 15 minutes, and it was 40 minutes into a the meal before a food order was placed.
Also, they brought out two total rolls, one for each of us. It took 4 additional times to request another 2 rolls. The restaurant seemed to be quiet stingy with their rolls for $300 meal.
Very mediocre meal. Don't expect to return as it was expensive and nothing was exceptional.
Our small group has just suffered a tremendous loss in our family. We came to celebrate the 40th birthday of our dear daughter.
It was a perfect evening!
Our heartfelt thanks to The Biltmore staff and their discreet and warm reception!!
Such a wonderful experience and a throwback to a cool time in American history. Great food and amazing service.
This is a tourist trap disguised as fine dining. The food was fine but the service was uneven at best. We didn't know it, but we would have enjoyed the bar food better had we known it was an option. The goal was to experience the Frank Lloyd Wright property and drink in the architecture while we dined. Unfortunately, the current resort owner had just replaced the FLW-designed full height windows in the sunroom (the main portion of the restaurant) with an off-the-shelf window system which cheapened the feel of the room. It looked entirely wrong, and made the space feel cold and commercial. We will not be returning any time soon. When we do, we will avoid that part of the property.
Best brunch I’ve ever had!
Fantastic Sunday Brunch.. Great seafood exotic fruits and prime rib.
We had Sunday brunch everything about the experience was great however the directions on the OpenTable website really need work they were wrong and took us to a residential area. close but not there.
Lovely restaurant. Decent service. Not a ton of GF options, which was disappointing.
Our experience was impeccable. James, our waiter was the best waiter we have ever had. We truly enjoyed our evening from beginning to end. We look forward to traveling back to the Biltmore and will definitely be dining at Wright’s.
Excellent Sunday brunch - good food and service!!!
Great service and ambiance. Fish was completely undercooked, however excellent waiter made sure to get it right.
We dined at Wright’s while on a short four day vacation to the Phoenix area. Service and food was outstanding!
Loved our experience! Employees were OUTSTANDING! Food was amazing and the atmosphere was truly romantic! Will definitely be going for date night again!!
Our initial seating was gracious, our menus were prompt, our water service was poor ,( we asked for refills several times and didn't receive it.) A lot of us ordered rib eye and it was thin and not jucie. The sea bass was good. Our dessert, claflouti which ordinarily has a crust of some sort, did not and was more like a panna cotta but not that either. It was weird.
We asked about the change in chefs and there had recently been one, which we could tell as this experience was not like those in the past. We asked for coffee at the end and those that asked for it did not receive it.
Wonderful place for a drink outside- dining is the emperors new clothes
Very disappointing...We remember many nice Sunday Brunches at the Biltmore in Phoenix. The Sunday brunch was always a delightful treat with violins in the back ground. We had guests from Canada for a few days and wanted to show them a nice side of Phoenix. The Sunday Brunch is now Wright's at the Biltmore, a common restaurant "off the lobby". A piano player situated "in the lobby" so far from the dining area you could not even hear him play. The buffet of starters was not too bad until they ran out of caviar around 11:30 am and replaced it with mediocre sushi rolls. I enjoyed the venison roast with a delightful mango sauce, however, when I returned to get some from one of our guests they had replaced the venison with lamb chops but the sign still said venison. The servers kept pointing to the venison sign and exclaiming that it was venison. Finally the third server I asked checked with the kitchen and properly identified them as lamb chops...without taking down the venison sign until I pointed it out.
The service was fine at the start, however, we had to ask twice for salt and pepper. and requested twice for the "non-stop mimosas to be served. They were very slow to replace utensils and soiled plates.
My serving of eggs Benedict were pretty much tasteless...although we never eat at Denny's I felt Denny's may well serve better eggs Benedict than we had.
The desert table was filled with very tiny portions of many deserts that were questionable to say the least.
We loved the ambience and the service. The food exceeded expectations.
Odd items - fun
Would definitely go again
Great service and food at a fabulous resort
It was the perfect setting for the quiet, intimate dinner we were hoping for, and the wait staff did an excellent job. I had the sea bass and my partner had the Salmon-both entres were great!
It was a lively brunch and service was excellent!
Maybe it is because I am from Texas, but the Ribeye was not a $52 Ribeye. The quality of meat was underwhelming
We ate here a year ago and it was fantastic. This time around I left disappointed. My dining companions loved the sea bass but I thought the steak and salad was on the bland side. Our server was stretched thin (too many tables). For the price, I expect better.
Wonderful brunch. Great food. Great service.
Sunday brunch at Wright's us always a fabulous experience; food is sophisticated and artful but savory, flavorful and so good. Ambiance is lovely and service is extremely attentive and accommodating. Take a stroll around the Biltmore grounds after brunch.
Fantastic food, fantastic service. Great ambience.
Excellent - superb service and food quality.
We have been going to Wright’s for the past 4 years on Valentine’s Day and every time the food has been amazing. Service is always good also and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu. Always a good time and experience everytime we have gone.
We went to Wright's for our anniversary. They treated us so kindly by offering us champagne, a small bruschetta, and dessert to celebrate. The ambiance was lovely and the quiet restaurant was wonderful for a nice conversation.
