Well I must say I wasn’t impressed. It’s very very loud in the restaurant. Our waiter was just blah, no energy, didn’t want to talk to us about the menu, we had to ask questions to just find out what the entree had as the menu is so basic you really don’t know how it’s cooked, what type of sauces if any, what it comes with, etc. we had to chase people down for more water. They basically wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. We finished everything including apps in an hour, it was not a “dining experience”. The alcoholic vodka drink was basically in the same glass as the water so the bus boys at one point wanted to fill the vodka drink with water... no class or pizazz on the drink front. I guess I just expect a bit more from a well known “brand chef” and a $$ restaurant.
I also must say the chicken parmigiana was HUGE!!!
The best steak I’ve had in awhile. Cooked to perfection.
Too noisy. Professional service but not friendly. Huge side dishes, and we got the french fries much later than the main course, a pity to waste so much food
The food was terrible, the place was overcrowded and the overall experience was disappointing!
We had friends in from NY for NY eve. This was a great choice, very festive, lively and regular menu. We wanted to avoid “special menu” that forces you to pay premium for what the restaurant wants you to eat- Wolfgang’s offered their regular, fantastic menu. We had porterhouse for 2, lambchops and sea bass for entrees. Leftovers were NY Day dinner! Service was a little slow but understandable as restaurant was full. Festive atmosphere with streamers, piano player and at 11:30 hats and blowers passed out. We had 8p reservation and stayed until 11:45p. Great choice!!

When seated we were not provided with menus for 10 mins. Placed drink orders - 1 non alcoholic & 1 alcoholic - took another 10 mins to be served.
Ordered Chicken Parmigiana & Salmon - food took over 40 mins to be served & the Chicken Parm was served COLD & the Salmon sat in the Broiler too long so it was dry and burnt on the ends.
Server removed my Coca-Cola glass from the table but did not refill it nor did he even ask & my date was never offered a refill on his Kentucky Mule either. I still had food on my plate so why would I not want a beverage with my meal. A span of 40 mins between drink & meal and you think we wouldn't want at least a 2nd drink?!?!?
I would give the restaurant a pass on the Reservation Time due to it being New Year's Eve but the lack of attentiveness & service is inexcusable.

Nice location and impressive room. Bacon appetizer was delicious. Porterhouse was a disappointment as it was under-cooked when it arrived. Medium rare should be pink, not deep red. Steak was bland. Mashed potatoes were the consistency of instant/box variety.
Pretty room with overpriced meal.
Our service was good but the food was terrible. The New York steak was tough. All of our entrees (steaks, lamb chops, and veal chop) were overly charred. Even the french fries were tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant
