Everything was phenomenal... From food to service.
Staff exceptional service and very knowledgeable.
I was unable to cut my own Steak to make it easier for myself to eat do to a disability at the time.
Server very discreetly offered so my husband could continue with his dish.
Look forward to our next visit.
Husband 50th Birthday
Our server Cindy was amazing! Great suggestions, friendly, funny and respectful. If we go back she will be our only request.
Excellent food and service.
My husband and I had the worst food there that night. First it took forever to get our food, plus our Oyster Rockefeller was cold, along with both of our fillet's. My fillet was burnt charcoal from the outside & my husband filet was ordered medium and it was brought to our table medium well. Both of our fillet's was cool to the touch, Not hot. The spinach was very salty. Everything on our plates wasn't hot. The only food we ordered which was very hot to eat was the fries.
The waitress was very good and understanding, plus she sent over 2 managers to our table.
Love it there.
Every single employee I spoke to was super in their job capacity. From mgr, bus boy, waiter, reservationist. The food itself was outstanding across the board. Appreciate the formal but casual atmosphere.
We dined in a small private dining room. It was quiet and elegant. The service was suburb! Tom was our waiter. My husband had a filet Mignon which could be cut with a butter knife. It was cooked exactly as requested. The sauteed mushrooms were in a flavorful sauce. I had the salmon, prepared slightly crispy on the outside and flaky tender on the inside. It sat atop a variety of veggies. Presentation of both dinners was outstanding. Everything was fresh (salads excellent), and prepared and served the way you would expect a restaurant of this caliber to be. Extensive wine list. Service was just right, certainly not too little, but not overwhelming or hovering. Overall, an exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Coming back next week!
Absolute great service for my 55th birthday!!! The night was perfect. The service couldn't have been any better. We will be back. Thank you so much.
First rate steak house. Everything was prepared perfectly and the service was impeccable.
I cone here once a month. usually it is a goid experience. This time the food took over an hour to receive, the service was horrible, I asked twice for another drink which never came ... the service was really poor ... like a bad Applebees poor.
We were very well taken care of and the food was delicious!
I had waygu beef for the first time and was not impress a lot of fat. My husbands bone in ribeye was also very very fatty.
We had a good time. Food was great! They even accommodated a change in our reservation from 6 to 10 people. There were 2 things to be aware of: 1. There is smoking allowed in the casino and it does creep into the restaurant. 2. They WILL NOT split the bill. With a party of 10 our bill was $900 + dollars so we ended up having the whole bill put on one couple's credit card and paying them back in cash. But overall it was a great experience and we will be back, just next time with cash in hand!
Great, very attentive staff, great food!!!!
I cannot remember our waiter’s name, but he was the very best!!! Made the evening even more pleasurable!!!
The food was excellent. Cooked to specificationsof each family member
It was cool
I had a caesar salad and the 6oz. filet with a side of brocollini. I asked to leave the chili flakes off the brocollini, which they did. The salad and brocollini was great. The filet was good and tasty, but the house zip sauce didn't appeal to me.
My wife had the seafood pasta dish which was great. She is allergic to shrimp, so she asked to delete the shrimp, which they accommodated. The pasta dish had plenty of scallops, crab and lobster - very tasty.
The dining room has a lot of smoke smell. Crowd was not how we expected and quality of the restaurant appears to be declining for the price of the meal
My steak had more fat then neat I could have choked
This is the first time my ribeye steak was not good. It was passable, should have sent back. The grain wasn't good.
My husband and I have had dinner here a number of times and it has always been one of our favorites, but the last two times we have visited the food has just not been the same. I’m not sure if they now have a new chef, but the food is just not as good. The shrimp cocktail and Brussel sprouts have changed, and NOT for the better! We typically order the Waygu, but last time was not as good, so stayed away from this past visit as it is pricey- but used to be worth it! They also removed one of my favorite crab and avocado salads. Please go back to the old menu...SO much better!!!!!
Nice quiet atmosphere, wish we seated at a nicer table since the place was almost empty. Felt it was very expensive for just mediocre food.
Wolfgang Steakhouse is one of my favorite places to dine in the city. I frequently bring friends and family to join me for dinner and we always find the food and service to be extraordinary. I have never been disappointed as all facets of the restaurant are highly consistent. I had the French onion soup and my usual rib eye steak my friends had the Seafood linguini and we enjoyed our meals, immensely!
Waitress forgot 3 different items. Had to remind her all 3 times. The bone in rib eye was tough and over cooked. The shrimp cocktail had a weird after taste. Would been to eat at Taps or somewhere else. Simply not worth the money. Iridesence much much nicer. They did get us a table earlier than reserved but they were half empty on a Friday night
We were here for the auto show and our anniversary. We thought that eating in the hotel would be easy and convenient- we were wrong.
Firstly the place wreaked from smoke from the casino.
The dinner came and my streak was horribly under cooked. My wife’s lobster never came. So she waited for mine to come and all the sides were cold as was her steak by the time mine came.
I asked for a manager and was told he was around- for 20 minutes I waited!
When all was said and done he offered me dessert. Seriously?
I wish I through $250 in the slots I would have felt better Than I did after dinner
Oh and I had a Puck gift card that didn’t work
Second and last bad experience in a Wolfgang Puck Restaurant
The cigarette smoke from the casino filtered into the restaurant, and the smell was overwhelming! I was the only person in my party, and I alerted my waitress that I was in a bit of a rush because I had a ticket to see the comedy show at 7:00pm. I'm not sure if she was new, but she wasn't very attentive, and when I asked for my bill I watched as she waiting on several other tables before going to ring up my bill. By the time she brought it to me it was well after 7:00pm. I ordered a crab cake, loaded baked potato, and Brussels sprouts for dinner. The Brussels sprouts were good, but everything else was mediocre at best. I can't, in good consciousness, recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.
There was no place we would rather enjoy our last meal of 2017 than at this restaurant! They had a special New Years Eve menu, which could not be passed up. We have dined here many times, everything is always amazing, from the food, to the ambiance, to the service. Zubir is such a friendly server, he always attends to our every need at such a fast pace, we highly recommend him as a server, and also recommend the burger or filet. We all enjoyed our perfectly prepared entrees while we reminisced over the past year, and looked forward to celebrating another occasion again very soon here at one of our favorite restaurants!
I've dined at Wolfgang Puck's Steak dozens of times and The food there is always great. Our server, Christy, was outstanding however the service is sometimes sketchy. I've found that the most consistent service is obtained by dining at the bar. The restaurant is kind of a cross between a sports bar and a fine dining establishment and can be noisy at times.
The food was delicious but our server seemed preoccupied. My husband asked for more bread and he brought me a 2nd cosmo...when I questioned why he brought it, he said my husband had asked for it. We explained that he had actually asked for more bread not another drink, and he rolled his eyes at us and spilled some of it on the table as he snatched the glass off...it took about 40 minutes and 3 requests to finally get more bread...besides that it wss a pretty good experience.
The starter of tuna tartare was a homerun. The wedge salad was as expected. However the filet and seafood linguine exceeded expectations. I know it’s a Steakhouse but the linguine is worth the trip to come back.
Sat at a table for 30 minutes with no one come N.C. over. Had to get up to find someone to help us. Never got bread plates. Poor service but good food
Celebrating the Christmas season!!
We had very good service and the meal was excellent will do it again but it was very noisy. Easy to get to and I had a very nice evening.I called the Restaurant and could not get a reservation but was very pleased to get one through open table thank you.
The food was very good. I had the seafood pasta dish. A bit surprised p, because the sauce was red. Use to a white sauce. It was ok. May have enjoyed Bette if it were a white sauce. My husband had a steak it was excellent.
The service was phenomenal. Our server Cindy was excellent.
Overall we had a good time.
Nice very nice keep it up
Excellent! We have dined here on numerous occasions! Highly recommend it!
Excellent Ribeye!! Cooked to perfection!!!
Great food, grate staff . I knew it would be a little pricey, but $96.46 + a $23.54 tip, was more than just a little pricy for a ground sirloin/hamburger and fries, a 6oz sirloin stake and 2 backed potatos. But all and all good experianc
