Wolfgang Puck = perfect food, perfect service- and a commitment to quality...
Great restaurant and follows the CDC guidelines when it comes to dinning. Will definitely go back.
Everything was fantastic! The food was creative and delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the restaurant was really thoughtful and consistent with COVID-19 considerations. Above all, our waiter, Abraham, really made us enjoy the night!
Amazing place for a breakfast and nice conversation
Always love this restaurant! perfect for brunch or small celebrations.
Always a lovely and charming getaway from all that surrounds us.
Every aspect of this experience was first rate--the beautiful venue, courteous attentive staff and excellent food. Perfect place to celebrate my dear friend's 93rd birthday!
Very disappointed. For what they charge the service should have been spot on. We had to ask twice for water, pour our own wine and tea. Food was good but not as special as we remember. The ambiance was lovely and felt very safe.
Absolutely delicious and a wonderfully attentive staff. Came for my fiancée's birthday and could not have ended on a better note than the chocolate soufflé (ask for extra crème fraîche). Also - the lights dim at 7:30 so come after that if you don't want to sit in bright lights.
Outstanding as always from the ambiance to the service and the food!
Birthday quiet and relaxing atmosphere - very enjoyable
I went for my birthday and it was very elegant and exactly what I was looking for.
Great food and impeccable service in a beautiful setting.
Great experience! Thank you :)
It was perfect. Quiet. Tranquil. Amazing service & food quality.
A little pricey!
Perfection. The Hotel Bel~Air has always been, and remains, one of a kind.
Best! Love it here!
The visit was great, server was excellent got me the omelette which was not on the menu. At the end a piece of chocolate cake for my birthday.
This was my first time to have dinner at this restaurant but it will not be my last. The location is an oasis and the staff is very welcoming, including for our dog who accompanied us for our anniversary. The food was superb without anything not being first rate. And the staff treated our dog very well, bringing a bowl of water, which was placed on a towel, and then a dog treat without having toe request anything for him. The space is so peaceful that is almost magical.
Love going to the Hotel Bel Air...secluded, quiet, impeccable service, and afterwards you can stroll the pond area and watch the swans and ducks. :)
We came here for breakfast to celebrate a friend's 50th bday. I haven't been coming here as often as I have in the past because of the hotel owner's stance on Sharia Law. However, with Covid, outdoor patios for breakfast is slim pickings so we ate here. I so wish the hotel was owned by someone else because I'd like to come here more often. Food, service, and ambience is terrific. There were very few tables with patrons and there were plexiglass partitions everywhere. We were also seated outside and the waitstaff had face shields. It was all made for a very nice break in these crazy times.
Always the best, the Wolfgang Puck restaurant at Hotel Bel Air is truly outstanding. The best service, food and ambience in the city. Highly recommended!
Overall this was a really lovely brunch experience. The hotel grounds are so beautiful and you feel like you're on vacation, even if you're just visiting the property for a meal. Staff is beyond gracious and friendly all around. The restaurant was outdoor and lovely and airy, and service was excellent. Menu is amazing and we could not decide what to get, which is a great problem to have.
The food was delicious and they even brought me the most incredible mille feiulle cake for my birthday which was a sweet surprise, literally.
The only things I would say that would've made it better is 1) a banquette table that was farther away from the walkway (minor issue but I did request a special table), and that the pasta I ordered for brunch was supposed to be a lobster and crab cacio e pepe, but when it arrived there were 2 teeny tiny pieces of lobster (like pinky nail size) and exactly one teaspoon of crab meat. The pasta and sauce were lemony and delicious, but when it is a $55 brunch pasta with seafood, make it full of seafood. That was so weird that I was embarrassed to ask about it, which is unlike me. I think someone forgot to put the rest of the seafood in. The dish would be delicious as is without any seafood in it, but as advertised it was really disappointing.
That bizarre dish aside, it really was a lovely, peaceful, civilized experience and the kitchen must've just made a mistake. I do recommend brunch here as the surroundings, staff, and food are delicious.
First time visiting - moved from Australia a year ago and have heard amazing comments about the food so thought to try it out. Very happy we did!!!
Great service our sever was superb and food was great .
It was just whatever not really worth the price but very beautiful area.
Delicious food, excellent service, quiet for conversation & beautiful grounds.
Beautiful Ambiance. Francesca was an AMAZING server!
Ambiance was lovely and service was excellent. All safety precautions were present. Food was delicious and nicely presented.
Safe and friendly with excellent food, service and ambience.
We had the recommended specials and both meals were just okay. It was very expensive for mediocre food.
A good Covid choice. Super safe and very attentive staff. Food is terrific. Never overly impressed with Puck interior design.
We truly had an amazing lunch. Chef David was outstanding.
Cannot wait to be back.
Really terrible service - Boiling Hot, No water for 45 min, an hour to get drinks and two hours to get food - which we had to take to go - Awful for such a lovely hotel.
Hotel Bel-Air is a crowning jewel nestled in the heart of Los Angeles. A magical destination where food and service remain unparalleled.
Yesterday’s experience was perfection - impeccable service executed by Lucinda and the food was delicious.
As always, thank you for your gracious hospitality!! I shall look forward to returning very soon!
Wonderful dining experience and service top notch!!
I would not recommend lounge though before dinner as noisy and unorganized due to Covid conditions and social distancing restrictions..
Fabulous staff and environment.
Outstanding service and delish eats!
