After bible study, our group came to Wockano for dinner. The food was remarkable and we enjoyed the atmosphere very much. However, it was our server Lauren who made this a night to remember. Lauren was friendly and professional. She anticipated our needs and superseded our expectations. She made us feel taken care of and she showed genuine interest in our experience. Because of Lauren, we will definitely be coming back again and we made sure to communicate that to her. As an added bonus, she went out of her way to make sure the manager honored our $10 discount for each of us. It made this experience special.

HIGHLY overpriced sake (my $32 bottle of Kikasui is only NINE BUCKS at my local sushi haunt), average sushi. Service was adequate. Probably would not go back, with other choices in the area.

On 12/26/2018 Restaurant was Not busey At all...The young Man at the Host check in was so disorganized and unfriendly as unfestive with a horrible personality very unpleasant as unprofessional. We arrived 10min early to our reservation and he told us he’d seat us when the waitress was not stressed...???? Then finally after complaining along with others waiting complaining we got seated 25min later! They only had one waitress working and she was overwhelmed with her area she was polite and did her best. Food coming out took forever and most was cold or poorly cooked mising something and the soup ( War wanton ) tasted like water nothing more! Each dish came out behind another that had already come cold or without the company of dishes we’d all wanted to eat together. There was 4 of us. Others complained to of the same issues and or of missing dishes they had ordered or unflavored dishes. This was a horrible pick during a festive holiday week. This used to be a great restaurant years back now it’s run Poorly and food is no longer good. Lost our business and that of many “Warner Bros”and surrounding media film and TV production offices and editing offices .

I had three non English speaking members of our party of 6 and the waiter was not very patient as we had to translate to get their selection. After delivering the several appetizers he finally came back to the table (30 minutes later) as we finished and in rude manor asked if we were ordering dinner. This was uncalled for and is unacceptable. I have been coming to this facility for years and this is the first time that I have received service in this manner. If it had been my first time I would not have come back but I know it is not the norm so I will be returning.

The bartenders was very attentive even though we were at a table. The drinks great were great and the food was delicious. I little pricy but you get plenty of food. Overall strongly recommend.
