Amazing service and atmosphere!!! Great sushi and appetizers!
First and last time at this location. Very small portions compared to other location we visited previously. Service was also better at previous location. They load up the entrees with veggies and skimp on the meat/seafood. Even spoke with the owner as he was here the night we visited. Told us the portions were standard at all locations as he owns all of them. Not what we expected for our second visit.
Service was super slow. After being seated, it took 10 minutes before our server came over. Then after delivering drinks we didn't see her again for 10-15 minutes.
Service and food timing was slow. Food quality was good, would love to see a server and timeliness of food service improved.
Food was average, but not authentic .
Wok n Fire never disappoints. Dined on the outdoor patio. Gluten free maki rolls and wine. Server was helpful and attentive without being annoying or hovering. Cannot wait to return!
Out server way Awesome
Food is always perfect there
Service was slow and food was not the same as we dine at other wok n fire place
Not much to say other than...get the panang curry! Its amazing.
The other Asian food is good - too much bell pepper in the Kung Pao though
Service was timely and efficient
As far as chain restaurants go, this isn't a bad option. The food is pretty uninspired but seemed fresh and was fine. The cocktails were weak and the wine selection is quite limited. We had a group of 10 and they were very accommodating . If you're looking for a mainstream Asian restaurant, there are several Wok N Fire locations that will fill the need.
I made a reservation. It was not there. I pulled my phone out and showed the reservation to the hostess (correct address, time, everything) but it didn't show up.
We went for a romantic dinner out. We thoroughly enjoyed the kung pao noodles with steak. Meat and vegetables have wonderful flavor and are so fresh at this place. Governor's chicken was a tad dry, but good overall. Our service was slow, and the restaurant was a bit noisy.
Service was really slow but food was good
Good food and cocktails but staff was not very attentive. It was a crowded Friday night so I will give them give them a pass and try again.
Good is good. We had sushi and lettuce wraps.
We enjoyed the food, presentation was nice. Service was terrible. Our server couldn't be less interested in helping us. We had some questions about the menu, but she never stayed long enough to answer them. We had to keep asking her to come back, and the only time she seemed mildly friendly, was when she handed us the bill. (I hope she didn't think that would get her a good tip.)
I love this place for the sushi, lettuce wraps, crab Rangoon and so much more. I come here at least 2-3 times a month. Great restaurant.
Food and service was great not first time here and will def. come back
Every time I go to Wok n Fire my food tastes delicious! Chicken Teriyaki is da bomb.
You can always count on Wok N Fire
for a good value and quality food.
This is such a great place to eat, food is very good and not expensive . Must try.
Food, service, ambiance good but definitely over-priced
We reserved outside seating and we get there and a table for 4 is not avilable becasue they never noted my note for "outside seating"
Tuesday night, 7pm, no dinner plans, what to do? Made a last minute reservation on Open Table. Had a wonderful meal as always. Restaurant was really busy for a Tuesday night - great to see because we love this place - would have had a brief wait for a table, even with our reservation. Has never happened before but we wanted to sit outside anyways which happened to be wide open. Other than the occasional car entering the parking lot it was reasonably peaceful, surprising since it is adjacent to the parking lot and only a couple hundred feet from Lake St. Our server Jamie was very attentive without hovering and most accommodating with our food and drink questions/requests. My wife had a gluten-free Wok-Tossed entrée (Ginger Vegetable) which tasted great to both of us. As typical, I had Maki Rolls which I am always excited to find prepared gluten-free. I had the Fantasy Roll which is always FANTASTIC!! I also tried the Tiger Roll for the first time and was not disappointed - my wife is a big avocado fan so she loved it too. I also have ordered the Crazy Roll, Mexican Roll and Philadelphia Roll in the past which were all excellent as well. You cannot go wrong at Wok'n Fire and we cannot wait to return, next time with friends!!
I had a craving for sushi and it really hit them spot. I was disappointed they did not have any fatty tuna, so I got the egg nirimi and eel instead - was still delicious. Also enjoy led the inky rolls which were awesome - I love scallops!
Sushi is awesome and they have great Asian dishes to choose from. The food is awesome and definitely worth a visit
Food and especially sushi is always great! Service was good enough.
Great food and service was awesome.
Menu selection is vast and everyone can find something that is made they way they like it
Do not go after 10 pm on weekends. We couldn't eat in peace. They start weeping the floors while you are eating. They turned on the house lights while we were still eating indicating us to hurry up and finish eating. Worst service ever!
Food and service was excellent! The menu is varied and our wait staff offered to change some of the items without delay. The banana fritters are to die for! The food was a bit expensive $100 for table of 4 with 3 drinks. Also, the restaurant was extremely cold - we ended up sitting outside. afterwards to talk as we were freezing. Otherwise, it was a great restaurant and great meal.
I took my wife there for Mother's day and per my request during reservation, they wished her happy first mothers day which was very nice. Food was really good especially Sushi. The waitress was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back and recommend that place to anyone.
Has a great gluten free menu for a Asian restaurant. Love the atmosphere and love the location.
The menu is extensive with sushi and kitchen prepared items. The Cantonese orange peel sauce is my favorite.
We love going to Wok'N Fire! They have the friendliest staff not to mention knowledgeable! Their food is always on par and very delicious. Would recommend to all my friends and we will keep going back.
Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I had made a reservation for 7 and when I got there(at 645) they toldrme I made it for the wrong location so I went online and fixed it to the right location. I than sat there for 25 minutes waiting for a table while people kept coming in with the same number of people in their group as me with and without a reservation being sat immediately. After this happening with about 6 different people I asked why I wasn't being day and they were and they replied with "well you just made your reservation and you have to make it an hour ahead of time(which I originally did just to the wrong location) so we have to seat people on that actually scheduled a reservation before you" and when I asked about the people who didn't have a reservation they replied with "well they chose to sit at a high top table in the bar area" I was totally fine sitting anywhere in the entire restaurant. I also made my reservation on OpenTable to get points and they never approved it so I got an email saying I never showed up. Needless to say after waiting almost a half hour to be sat the food and waitress were excellent. So make sure you make the right reservation or just walk right in lol.
Went there for my husbands birthday and it was great. Appetizers, drinks, and sushi were delicious. We go there as often as we can.
food is delicious, service is excellent & decor is beautiful! We love coming here with our friends and family!
This used to be one of the best restaurants in the area. Now the food is simply mediocre and the nose level is unbearable. I was there with a prospective client and couldn't hear him at all. In addition, the food was no where near as good as it was in the past. The service was nothing special, our waitress doing the bear minimum.
We went on OpenTable to make our reservation around 6:00pm and found there were over 15 spots every 15 minutes from 6:00pm until the rest of the evening. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 and the two childish male hosts said if we did not have a reservation then it would be an hour wait. Highly irritated, I pulled out my phone, made the reservation for 6:45 on OpenTable and said take me to my table. the two of them look at each other like they had no idea what to do and were very unaccommodating. the waitress was great and the food was fine, but it was very hard to enjoy the evening with such a bad start and we would not have stayed if we didn't drive an hour to meet a friend out there. I do not know what policy they have, but this was insanely stupid. This suburb is not a fancy suburb and this restaurant is not a fancy restaurant but if they want to try and be posh then they need to beef up their management so that guests don't feel like they are walking into a chuck e cheese when they come in the front door.
