Without Papers Pizza Ratings and Reviews
The food was fast and Mia our server was excellent. She was amazing, funny and we have been back several time mostly due to her energy.
The pizzas are great and probably the best crust we've had in Calgary. We've been to alot of pizza places in Calgary. We've without papers is a must visit restaurant.
Great pizza. However, I would say it's pricey for what it is. My wife and I each had a pizza without any drinks and with tax/tip, our bill was $50. I'd have to say, that's a bit much for how much a simple pizza should cost. (Admittedly, we each had leftovers to bring home)
Great good. Marinated olives were delicious. Everyone loved the food. Pizza took a while to come out and service was slow. It looked like our waiter had a lot of tables to cover. Perhaps the most challenging aspect was the noise level. Music was loud. With a larger table and a couple of individuals hard of hearing it was a damper on the conversation. Overall, great place for a younger crowd but leave the older folks at home and get take-out
WOP Pizza's thin crust pizza is the best in Calgary, in my opinion. The ingredients are great, the atmosphere is vey friendly and the open kitchen and wood fired oven make for interesting conversational background.
Their sauce is put on with a light hand and my wife and I really enjoy that as the ingredients are more pronounced We also enjoy the old classic movies playing on the walls.
This restaurant never disappoints. Great variety of pizzas and very reasonable wine. The crust is chewy and has a great bite without being too much. The toppings are plentiful and flavourful. Sadly, they were out of the caesar salad. The beet salad was good, but nothing special. We shared 4 pizzas and 3 salads among 6 people, all with healthy appetites. We all left full. Especially those who had the cheesecake and tiramisu. The cheesecake was great. Luckily I was too full to indulge.
Especially liked the meat and cheese platter! Loved the big screens that can be seen from any seat, they were playing the last Hip concert which we appreciated. Love the casual environment yet with top notch food! Well done! If you like a nice authentic Italian pizza with a glass of wine or beer this place is for you.

A desperate swing at mediocrity, W/O Papers misses on every aspect of dining; except location and service. The service was simply outstanding from greeting to exit.
The food, on the other hand, was an over-salted affair (crust, ingredients- I think they may have salted out wine as well). Coupled with the temperature hoovering around Dante's ninth level, we found W/O Papers to be a devestating miss (for the second time now). So abandon hope all hope and come hydrated.
Missed our order, server found out an hour later. Manager said would give us free desserts but nothing given to us at all, only our full bill shown up. Bad service and food is so so, not worth to wait for an hour to get pizza, what they offer (free dessert) was lie only.
My husband and I were craving pizza and we are so glad we chose Without Papers. We sat by the window and enjoyed the evening scenes below on a warm summer night in Inglewood. We came for the pizza and it didn't disappoint, perfect thin crust with delicious Flavour combinations of toppings. I would love to come back to this cool spot and share some appies with girlfriends.
