Had a great meal at Wisteria. Food was AMAZING - beautifully presented and really flavorful. Highly recommend!
You do well with a larger group!
The service was fantastic and I enjoyed both the size and quantity of my meal. The ambiance was nice, worth seeking out for a date night.
Meeting with with an old friend for dinner before he moves back to Dallas. The food was excellent as always, and I enjoyed the Icelandic Cod special.
Great food. Great service. If you live in Atlanta you need to try this restaurant.
Wisteria is our “go-to” restaurant for special occasions. Food & service is great and the ambiance is very welcoming.
Loved the place on the outside and inside! The food was excellent and the service was outstanding!
Absolutely wonderful every time we go
Wisteria was in a great location, great overall vibe, loved the décor.
Our waitress was awesome.
Food was good but a little bland.
Would like to try it again sometime.
Would be helpful to your guests if you mention the unique profiles of some of your dishes. Was not prepared for the strong char taste of your beef tenderloin nor the “sweet buttermilk” taste of your fried chicken. These were elements that your menu did not mention and these particular flavor profiles are not to my liking. I would have ordered other items, had I been aware.
It was all very good but I wish there were more vegetarian options for the main courses.
Awesome complimentary valet parking, service, food, drinks and desserts. Reservations highly recommended.
The trout was delicious and I like that they have a gluten free menu. We also got the shrimp and grits and the catfish and both were excellent. The server was very good and when he found out it was a birthday celebration he brought us a complimentary banana pudding.
I ordered the fish on succotash. It was greasy and not flavored well. For the price, the meal was blah. There was very little succotash served on the dish. Not good!
We have dined here several times with pleasure. Something was just “off” on this visit.
We ordered the mussels, quail and scallops to start. Quail was chewy and dry, mussels were very “fishy” tasting and the scallops had an overpowering pork flavor.
I ordered the trout and my husband ordered the beef tenderloin as entrees. The trout was bland and my husband’s beef though cooked perfectly medium contained a large amount of gristle.
Mitchell was our server and he was so good to us. We went for my partner's birthday and it was perfect. They even gave us a free birthday dessert. This place is pretty fancy, we felt like queens here. They were really on top of their game refilling our wine and water glasses for us. And the CHEF - this food is amazing. We had the best mussels of our lives there, you have to get them. I got fried catfish which was delicious and the pumpkin hushpuppies were so great. We had such a great time here, it was perfect for a birthday dinner!!
My overall experience was AWESOME, though I did have to wait almost 45minutes despite a reservation. The staff was apologetic, which was appreciated. The space is small, so if you are waiting you will feel as if you are in the way. I will be back though.
Another great meal at Wisteria! We’ve been here many times for special occasions. The food is always delicious and creative. And the service is excellent. Highly recommended.
Good was tasty and portion size good.
The black eye pea hummus and pickles are a great appetizer
Outstanding. Best veggie plate I’ve ever had, great sel3ction of 7-8 items, well seasoned and ample amount. My wife had low Country boil and loved it. Bread was very good. Hunter was excellent waiter. Can’t wait to return.
Great for guests with food allergies and special diets. Delicious and authentic. The only downside was that we had a bit of a wait after making a reservation. The wait was worth it.
Great neighborhood place! Valet parking next door and on-street spots, too - both easy. We reserved on Open Table, were greeted warmly and seated promptly upon arrival. We liked the cushioned seating along the long wall... cozy and a perfect spot for conversation. Bar was lively and crafted perfect Hendricks and tonic -- and Manhattans! If you like Cava, there's a nice Castel Sabartes on the wine menu that is crisp and not too sweet. Our server was a local guy, knew many of the patrons by name and was very knowledgeable about both wines and the menu. Service was attentive and well paced. Our table shared hot creamy baked Oysters, crispy tender Calamari and an Arugula & Grilled Apple Salad w/ the honey roasted pecan dressing... plenty to go around. Georgia Coastal Shrimp and Grits was velvety and not too spicy as a main course. Absolutely save room for the homemade Meyer Lemon-Buttermilk Sorbet... melt in your mouth silky smooth... with just the right bit of tart! We sent compliments back to the chef on the sorbet and he stopped by to let us know it was an favorite family recipe. Yum! If you're looking for a neighborhood spot for date night, dinner with friends or a special occasion spot - Wisteria may be your place!
The overall rating for Wisteria would have been very good, had it not been for how extremely loud it is. The food is very good, but it's hard to enjoy a nice dinner together when the decibel level of the conversations plus very loud music make it hard to hard to hear what the person across the table from you is saying. It feels like there are way too many tables crowded into a very small space.
Great food and great service for a reasonable price.
We shared appetizers, black eyed pea hummus with pickled onions, okra, radishes and green beans and arancini. Both excellent and proper portions size so you don’t fill up. For entrees, we shared the trout. I like trout. Theirs was delicious. Plenty of interesting options to choose from including wine and beer. Service was exceptional. Conversation was possible as noise level was reasonable. I would return.
Bar service was slow; food was not as well seasoned as it was before (same entrees were ordered)
My wife and I have traveled all over the world many times and would place our dinner amount the top 5 meals of all time. I am also a chef and have cooked pork tenderloin for 50 years. My dish was exquisite and I am deeply humbled if not emotional over our dinner. This was a night where the stars were aligned, the entire staff, front of house and back of house were on point. Our server, Hunter, is a true pro!
Bravo Chef Hill and Chef Brown!
Wisteria rocks!! Fabulous food. Wonderful wine. Attentive service. It delivers time after time, year after year. Can’t wait to go back!
Great experience all around!
Came here for a ladies night. Had to wait on my friends for about 20 minutes so I sat at the bar and Brad the bartender was great. His wine recommendation was spot on and he was fun to talk to. When they arrived we were seated quickly and ordered the black eyed pea hummus plate to share, and a friend and I ordered the vegetable plate and my other friend ordered the trout. We all said the same thing, our meals were outstanding and we would be back. My only thoughts for improvement would be the server seemed slightly irritated and/or impatient. I don't know how to describe it other than that. One specific example is that when she gave us our check, it was just one and we needed it split three ways. Although we had not asked for this, she didn't ask us either when taking our order and typically unless a family is eating, I would assume this would be a question the server would initiate. When we told her we needed this she seemed slightly surprised and a tad put upon, even though they were very slow. Regardless, I would go back in a heartbeat.
Perfect romantic/cozy restaurant for celebrating our anniversary. Excellent food, atmosphere, service, and location.
Service was wonderful! There are allot of food choices and dinner was excellent!
The food was wonderful as always. Chef Jason does such a great job with seasonal ingredients. I had the lamb shank-it literally fell off the bone! The tuna poke was terrific. My niece had the crab cakes and mussels. We both enjoyed it all. Our server was also great-very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back soon!
The crab bisque was amazing, as was the mac and cheese. Our entrees were great, and the service was friendly and prompt.
Always a place you can count on for great food and service. Like a good, loyal friend. Dependingly delightful.
While locals for some reason it had been awhile but alas the quality was the same — excellent. I love the skate wing! And grapefruit tuna poke is amazing.
Always a fantastic culinary experience! The black-eyed pea hummus is a wonderful surprise of flavor and texture. The specialty drinks are always very flavorful. Their fish dishes are definitely a favorite! The wait staff is so nice and accommodating, and are always on their game! The atmosphere is intimate. A great place for a fun dinner with friends, or a date night.
Always able to accommodate 10-20 people during the week.
Love this restaurant. Always consistent in their food and service. Valet parking helps. Highly recommend it.
