The restaurant area is closed temporarily so we were directed to a table in the bar area. Not as pleasant for dining as the restaurant area but same menu. Good service. Good food. Love the Greenwich Salad with grilled shrimp. The steak topping looked great as well. Yum!

Upon arriving we were told that they have been closed for the last 3 months and no longer serve brunch but they do serve a breakfast.
After of years of coming for brunch which was always very good, they offer a lame breakfast buffet.

I would have liked the curiosity of a call after driving over an hour to get there

A restaurant in the hotel is usually "questionable". Not a lot of choices in the menu. Although, we only ordered a few appetizers (Prawn, Margherita Pizza, Wings and Fries) they were all tasty. The service was friendly and attentive not rushed. It's spacious and ambiance was nice. I'm not sure if I'll go back but definitely worth trying.

Good service, nice people. Food just poor however. We were there for lunch, prawns greasy and had been grilled intact, shells, eyes and all, very difficult to eat with the sauce. Salad with grilled chicken just not a good mix or presentation. Chicken grilled to non edible state.
Clearly a chef who didn’t have a grasp of whatever cuisine they were trying to present.
We’ve been there for brunch and thought it good. This meal was anything but good and we won’t be back.

I love this place and it is the best Sunday brunch I have ever been to. The food options are incredible and varied and the champagne is endless.You are surrounded with Palm trees and running water falls and ponds and is very tropical which is great on a cold Fall or Winter day. I have heard rumor that they may not be open every Sunday because the crowd has fallen off. I think it is just that they are not marketing the spectacular Winfields Brunch properly because it would be very very sad to see this wonderful brunch experience end. Don't miss out.

The quality has deteriorated since I was there a few years ago.
There were fewer stations. ANd when I have a special brunch, I like pancakes and waffles, neither of which they had.
Took forever to get a bloody mary.
And when I made the reservation, they asked if it was a special occasion - it was a birthday. When I arrived, the hostess confirmed that it was for a special occasion....and just what did that mean? No birthday, or celebratory anything. I didn't expect a cake but why ask, if you plan to do nothing.
Before i left, the waitress mentioned that the brunch might be discontinued. GOOD IDEA!

Needs to offer more homemade fresh food at the buffet. Very generic and low quality for $20 a person. Get rid of the buffet and consider only menu ordering or family style meals.
Organic choices would be great.
Offer daily Tappas and Drink specials at a low price.

Brunch is served in a beautiful lobby. Food is also fresh and very good. Can be pricey if you do not eat sushi or drink alcohol.

Great brunch with friends - mixed group of adults and kids - everyone was really well looked after. One of the kids decided he wanted another pancake just as the pancake stand was shutting down and staff opened it up again, just for him. Great service, as always!

I have been going to this brunch for almost 10 years. The food quality has gone down as has the flavor. The ambiance is not what is used to be. The place is over crowded. The dessert is 2 stars at most. I do not think my family and I will be back there as we were so disappointed.

For a $59.00 brunch, one would of expected everything to be first-rate...not so much here. Most of the chafing dish foods were not hot. The breakfast sausages were under cooked and did not get a response when pointed out. All the deserts were in direct sunlight and were sweating and soggy. We were also forgotten about when coffee was requested. Their bloody mary cocktails were not identified as to the different spice levels ordered, and couldn't be determined even after tasting them all(?). On a positive note, their omelet station was excellent. Their prime rib, pasta, and cocktail-shrimp stations were very good. They did keep quickly replenishing all the foods and it is a beautiful atrium to dine in. A return visit? I think not, with these conditions and prices.

This place was great! Very good service and the dining area is unique as its in the hotel with the high ceilings and loads of light coming through. The food was good! Flat Bread pizza Appetizers were great, but the shrimp in the shrimp pomadoro were small and a little overcooked, as they were rubbery. All else was very nice. The waiter we had was very kind and attentive!!! Well worth the visit! We would just ask that the shrimp be a little less cooked...but others in our party got chicken and steak and everything was well prepared! Great place to visit!

Despite the reservation was for Winfields, the restaurant was closed (it is the second time that they do this to me), so they seat you at the Gazebo, that is their Lobby Bar.

They should clarify this as it is misleading, the restaurant is closed after 6 pm, so you will end up in their lobby bar, with a different menu!

This is not good for a brand name such as Hyatt. There is nothing wrong with telling customers in advance that the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch.

French Onion soup was very good, NY Strip Steak was cooked perfectly, however, it was a bit chewy. I've dined here several times and was looking forward to the steak dinner. I was disappointed. Also, coffee is terrible. I would definitely recommend they invest in a premium expresso machine

The only issue I had was they need to update/maintain their current menu. We were disappoint that a particular meal that we specifically went their for was not longer on the posted menu.

I would strongly suggest that their Seafood Pomodora be put back on the menu

The hostess and waitstaff were very nice and the gazebo area is very pretty, though not where the dining room is, but the food was simply lacking. We had both dinner and breakfast buffet the next day- neither were remarkable and most items went unfinished as a result by both of us.

Selected this restaurant as we were staying at the hotel for New Year's Eve and didn't want to drive anywhere. Nice atmosphere in the atrium of the Hyatt Regency Greenwich hotel. Food was good - not spectacular - with a varied menu. Typical "hotel food" prices for this area. Service was good - waiters were very attentive. Huge portions - containers provided on request to take home leftovers. Would dine here again, but with so many great dining options in Greenwich and Stamford, ask for recommedations.
