    Food was excellent. Noise level was very loud for fine dining. Our server did not do a great job. She kept disappearing for long periods of time. Had to stop the manager once to get her attention.

    Big disappointment. The food quality did not live up to the way it was marketed, and certainly didn’t justify the price. We also waited far too long for our food ,well beyond what you’d expect from a 5-star restaurant. Overall ,Very underwhelming for what we were expecting. On a positive note, our waiter Manu was friendly and provided good service — but unfortunately, that was the only highlight.

    Service was slow and we had clarified a member at the table, had a food allergy. At the end of the night, we realized one of the dishes contained the allergen. Server went on to tell us that he did not hear us when outlined earlier in the evening. Server also mentioned that it was clearly outlined that the dish contained the allergin upon reviewing the menu again it was not listed under the dish. Overall, not the best experience and would not return.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Massimo’s! Our server was so kind and even surprised us with a free dessert. The food was delicious, the view of the Falls was breathtaking, and the timing was almost perfect! 8:30 PM would give you a stunning sunset and the Falls lit up at night. We went for 8:00pm and wished we would have waited a bit longer, but they were so willing to let us stay and wait. Highly recommend for a romantic evening!

    Our server Cadence was fantastic. She knew the wines, made great food recommendations and timed delivery of each course perfectly. The food was delicious. We had the penne Pescataro and Bolognese. We also started with the Burrata and had the chocolate fudge brownie for dessert.
