Server was very friendly and accomodating. It got crowded so the noise level got a little loud. Probably a less crowded time is a better noise level. The food was pricey but the quality was excellent so the value was good — not because of the price but because of the quality. Enjoyed our meal and our evening.

My Husband and I had an anniversary dinner on Saturday evening- excellent service and food! We started with an expensive bottle of Justin Cabernet and delicious crab cakes. Perfection. Hubby then had the Veal Oscar with an extra side of scallops - everything was delicious and well prepared. The Oscar style crab was big chunks, not mushy. I had the Surf and Turf - the lobster tail could not have been better! Firm but not tough, side of butter was the perfect compliment. The filet was well prepared, and the side of sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes were delicious! Excellent service (can't remember the server's name - sorry!) and wonderful ambience. We live locally and eat at Willows a few times a year - this was the BEST ever!

The service was pretty good, but the food just wasn’t. I had the lobster, which had a weird texture. I do not know if that is a Canadian lobster thing or if it was just cooked wrong. My husband had the Wagyu steak which was good, but the cut of the steak was irregular so it was medium rare in some parts and rare on others. Overall, we had a nice evening, but the food was way overpriced for the quality.

I ordered the filet minion at $56.00. I request med done. It came out looking flat as a pancake and well done. It was a little too salty but i could have over looked that if it was a real steak. Honestly i could have bought a package of 4 filets at costco that looked better than this for $56.00. This was my only complaint and i did not send it back as my medical condition was getting the best if me so let it go. My husband loved his soup. Waitress was excellent

Had a 6:15 reservation to make an 8pm concert. Didn’t get seated until 6:30. Bus boys great bringing water and rolls. A waiter didn’t come for another 15 minutes. Finally ordered special 3 course meal. Got our salads. Asked if they had ground pepper, said yes but never brought it. Ate half of salad as we still had 2 more courses. At 7:30, waiter assured us entree coming. No entry by 7:50. Paid for our drinks and went to concert. Other couples also left before getting entrees. Evidently chef gone and others unable to deal with it. Friday night with concert and 80% were reserved. Very sad.

Everything about our dining experience was amazing! My husband and I ordered a few appetizers and a salad plus an entree to share. The portions were huge. We shared and still had leftovers! Service was excellent. We will definitely come back.

The food is the reason we keep returning. We have some favorites (the artichoke, oysters, creme brûlée, reasonable corkage) but EVERY TIME we fine something new. Horseradish mashed potatoes were fun honestly. The LAMB. We’re definitely a beef family but have tried the sea bass once and this time opted to add the lamb and we LOVED IT. The service is always good, sometimes it’s superb but it’s always, at least, really good. This is truly a hidden California gem. We had the vanilla cheesecake over the creme brûlée this time and WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS SPLENDID, I mean it. I love this place.

I brought my husband here for his birthday and the service and food were phenomenal! Our server Hannah was on point, anticipating our needs and very friendly and communicative. We split a Caesar salad (the portions were very large) and had the petite filet medallions and scallops – all cooked to perfection. Our server brought us a dessert on the house that was delicious – cheesecake with a side scoop of ice cream. Perfect for both of us to share. It was truly a memorable dining experience.

Food was amazing. Had the worst service. Waitress had us waiting for 30 minutes to pay. Took the bill and went on to help other guests while we continued to wait. Food is expensive for the service they provided.

Willows is great, but we would not eat here every time we come up to the Chumash Casino. Food is great, but we come to have fun inside the casino & the restaurant is only open for dinner from 5 - 10pm. I come up about once a month & gaming is more important than the Willows for food!!!

Went to Williows two nights in a row. Steaks and service were outstanding. Wish there was a better selection of fish. Also, the pre-meal bread basket needs to be upgraded and need to make available salted butter. Overall, very good dining experience.

Food was delicious and Christina our server, was excellent. We ordered the Tomahawk chop for 2 which came with mashed potatoes, broccoli, and carrots. Started with lobster bisque and Caesar salad. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for excellent food and service!
