   The staff is very friendly, engaging and wonderful. Special shout out to our server Jessica and a lovely person named Amanda. We’ve had wonderful conversations with her the last couple times we were here. The food was yummy and I love that the restaurant is far removed from the hustle and bustle of the casino. It was nice having some downtime. Definitely coming back again. :-)

   The food is amazing as always. The service was wonderful..I love the willows and I will definitely be going back..

   We waited for a bit which was totally fine, we sat at our table and once our waiter came and saw that we had our kids with us he started mentioning that they had special’s. He mentioned that he had a porter house for 140 but he could ask if he could get it lowered to 120, I’m not sure what he thought, but it’s apparent that if we are dinning there we could afford the dinner. When my husband asked him about a scallop plate, he also mentioned that was going to check if he could lower the price, which was very uncomfortable. My daughter got a surf and turf. Meat was great but the lobster was very chewy, but the flavor was great. Overall the food is okay, the ambiance is nice, I guess it’s just not Hispanic or kid friendly.

   Service, food, and ambience was exquisite. When they say 1 lb baked potato, they mean it 🤯

   The level of service we got from Richard the manager and Rachel our server was exceptional. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was excellent and VERY generous portions. We look forward to going back.

   The Willows is our favorite steak house! There are many delicious main entrees to choose from but I always get the filet mignon. Every time it is perfect - melt in your mouth delicious. My favorite sides are the asparagus and mac n cheese, which has a very tasty cheese. The dining room is cozy and the staff are so nice and courteous. Not to forget the wine list and specialty drinks! You c you can there are delicious desserts too! The Willows is always a must do for us.

   Food was amazing! My husband had the surf and turf and I had the 3 course meal deal and chose the Filet Mignon. The Calamari appetizer was so yummy and it’s a large amount. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We’ve been here before and will definitely go again! Prices are a bit high but well worth it!!

   As always a great way to finish a trip to Chumash. Staff is great and good is excellent.

   Server forgot about us we were waiting for 20 minutes meanwhile shes greeted the table behind us even though we were sat 5 minutes before them. She kept walking past without saying anything or acknowledging us. Also the section was not busy it had 3 other tables who were already finishing their meal and It was the same server for the entire section. finally I asked the first person I saw if they could grab our server because at this point we are starving and nobody was coming except a host who brought us water. The person I asked went to go get our server but then came back after 2 minutes and said looks like I’ll be your server. So don’t know exactly what happened but it felt weirdly personal. The girl who ended up being our server was nice but it was still a super odd experience. Ambiance was dead the food was great but just felt a weird vibe
