Went for dinner before a concert and it was great! Great atmosphere and great food!
Just really bad. Our food took 1.5 hours and when I got it my fries weren’t even warm. Waitress never came back to offer for another drink or water. Just bad.
Upon our arrival I had requested a table on the patio; having visited the restaurant many times I was well aware of the table sizes and seating. We were told we could not sit on the patio because we had 5 people in our party (1 was a 2yr old). We were only seated on the patio after another server came over and I explained the situation. Our server was incredibly friendly, the service was quick but we didn’t feel rushed by any means. The quality of the food was great.
Lovely Brunch. Friendly staff. Patio is lovely and good value for money.
Overall great... but when we were ready to leave, we had to physically get attention to obtain our bill (at a time when restaurant wasn’t overly busy).
This is my third time trying this place and the servers are not friendly. They seem to be arrogant and have a poor attitude.
If there was zero stars I would rate it 0. Booked a reservation for 7 and increased to 9. We were seated at a table for 4 people and the staff refused to give us an extra table for our food and drinks even though the restaurant was not even 50% full. They kept making excuses as to why we couldn’t be seated - would have spent way more money but decided to get up and go somewhere else !!
It took a very long time to receive our food, and when mine came, they had to send it back because they did not confirm the food allergy I had with the kitchen. This caused them to make a new order for me, and the rest of my table did not want to eat until I received my food, resulting in them eating their food cold.
A colleague did not have his glass filled. We did not know where our server was a majority of the time to ask for additional serviettes or condiments. There were only 3-5 tables filled so the restaurant was not busy.
We were disappointed in the service
Service was very bad. Almost 40 minutes to get drinks
Very loud due to a large party, but otherwise a perfect experience.
Normally I love this place, but this particular time they were out of several items (a few beers, oysters, some other food items) and the service was particularly slow to start. I think it was just an off night and I will still come back for sure!
Overall food and drinks were really good. Service was extremely slow though, took us over 25 min to get drinks once ordered.
Booked for 25 people on a quiet day. Service was rude and slow. One table didn't even place their orders and the other 2 got theirs. Waitress had lots of attitude. Not a good impression for my customers and will never go back.
Food was bland and service was sub par.
The Manager on duty really made our day. I made the reservations a week in advance. I was not aware there was a TFC event going on. The restaurant was much nosier than usual because of that and the brunch menu was not offered as a result. The Manager went out of his way to try and accommodate us and provide great service.
Popped into the Williams Landing after a Marlies game. Our son and wife met us there. There was 6 of us and we all really enjoyed our meals. My son said it was one of the best restaurants they have found since they moved to Liberty Village. Great job
Amazing time. Great service, friendly staff!
10/10 would recommend!
Our server was very good to deal with and the breakfast was very good!
Just One suggestion maybe it is to have the music volume a little lower during breakfast hours. All in all it was very good! Our server was amazing!
Waitress didnt give back change for 2 of us...wasn't cool
Great service ! From the welcoming manager who assured we had a table that met our needs (close to tv to watch the game) to the waiter who tends to us just enough as to not disrupt our date :)
Food was tasty ! As usual.
Great food, great service and so accommodating. Will be coming back for sure.
We were there to watch the super bowl at our local watering hole
Perfect goto for spur of the moment gatherings
Excellent service and Excellent Food! Very impressed!
our waitress Hillary was awesome 👍🏽 would recommend the resto and her as the waitress to anyone
I took my daughter for a special dinner. Great experience, excellent service, good food. I wouldn’t rank it as a top restaurant, but it’s a good after work spot for some drinks and a decent dinner with friends. The fish tacos were okay - much better to be had in the city elsewhere - but she enjoyed her off menu Mac and Cheese (just ask and they’ll make it).
Servers were great and brought a cake to the celebrant
the worst dining experience I have ever had. We left after 2 hours after waiting 40 min for our first an only round of drinks and other that one appetizer never received our food. Granted they picked up the cheque but we still left empty-bellied and unsatisfied
Trendy hot spot with an awesome 2nd floor patio, great food, outstanding service and loads of eye candy!! Love the entire Liberty Village area!!
Went for a birthday / parents night out without kids. Had an awesome time. Drinks were delicious and the food selection was broad and really good. The burger special was really enjoyed by one of our group. I had the salmon and it was tasty.
Awesome spot. The bar and restaurant area has a great vibe. All open concept and very inviting. The patio is one of the best. We will be back!!
Good food and service, but the entrees were a little pricey.
Planning a Saturday brunch with a group in Toronto is hard, if you don't want to stand in a line-up, especially with kids, so reservations are a must for our group. William's Landing was a first for all of us, based on being able to make a brunch reservation. Glad we went: Amazing indoor-outdoor seating, great sized tables, delicious food in big portions, fun cocktails. Definitely recommend the cheesecake-stuffed French toast. The homefries were just 'ok'. We had a toddler with us, who got his own kids menu to colour on, and the staff were helpful with storing the stroller. Unfortunately our server was not very attentive, and actually scowled at us a couple times. I'm sure this is only one person though, as the rest of the staff seemed upbeat and efficient. We'll definitely go again, and just try our luck with a different server next time!
Went before a concert, was bustling... friendly service excellent food! Will he going back!
Our server was Samantha, she was amazing. Checked on us the perfect amount and always smiling
The service overall was decent.
Made a reservation - we were going to the concert for 8. Got there at 6:10 and was seated but it was 25 minutes before anyone took our order - before anyone even looked at us. I had to get a hostess to complain. We ordered drinks and appetizers and asked if we should order our main dishes then because they were so busy - our waitress said no - there is no problem with the tuna salad, it is fast. Well it was 7:50 and no dinner so we had to settle up and leave. I understand its a busy place but when you know there are concerts happening at the Bud stadium then either make sure you have enough staff - or just do not offer reservations.
The food was good, but I knew that already. The service, however, was really lacking in speed and efficiency. Our server was lovely on a personal level, but it seemed the section was just too big perhaps, and there was clearly zero support from any colleagues. We waited a very long time to have any plates cleared, receive new ones, everything just sat in front of us while workers walked by empty handed. Then the bill just never came when we had asked and needed to leave. It didn't seem busy enough to be having these issues. Disappointing, from someone who works in the service industry. Also, what's with the sexist uniforms?!!? Ugh!
Felt sorry for the waitress. Horribly understaffed for the holiday Monday crowd. 20 minutes to get a drink and 40 from time of order on food. Would have languished over all (great ambiance, good food) but we had to make a concert and anticipated we'd have plenty of time... we didn't.
Go here but only if not looking at this being a precursor to something pressing.
