William B's Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
This was the first time we have actually tasted a meal and slowed down enough to take it all in. The appetizers we brilliantly presented from the base of plate to the top layer- it was a burst of multiple flavors adding to the overall magnificent dining experience. The service is bar none- thank you Henry😊 and the awesome chef in charge of that kitchen!!
Server was more impressed with his own service than we were. Keeping drinks even water was difficult at best, finally was brought a pitcher and were told "we sure do drink a lot". I sent my steak back due to a long hair baked in the blue cheese topping. Replacement took >20 min for a rare steak. Offered poor excuse for desert as a consolidation for steak. Wow. Located in a low end casino, it shows.
Food was decent but not great for the price. Jack Binions at the Horse Shoe is much better for the price. The place is nice, but we expected better food. I had the lamb and the misses had the fillet. The gnats were terrible in the restaurant and the hotel bar.
Beef Tips appetizer was great, sweet tea was not sweet enough, I asked for a medium well steak and it came out well done, my husband asked for a well done salmon and it came out medium. The venue was a great one for my husband’s bday and the bday cake slice was delicious. The price is reasonable compared to others.
Enjoyed our dining experience! The food was great (we both had a filet with prawns, a "special" for $32 which was a good price). The service was excellent. We were seated immediately, and we had the good fortune to have Samuel as our waiter! He was just so gracious, attentive & friendly & that made the whole evening even better!
We always enjoy eating at William B's, and this time was no exception. The food and atmosphere is excellent and the service is outstanding. This night our waiter was Larry, he has been at William B's for 25 years and it is always a pleasure to have him as our server.
We had not eaten at William B's in several years and were pleasantly surprised with the updated menu and the excellent quality of the dishes we ordered.
However, the most outstanding aspect was the service from our waiter whose name I sadly cannot recall. He was so pleasant, prompt, and knew the menu well. And it was evident that he really enjoyed his job.
I would certainly recommend an evening there.
