I could have given it an excellent on food, but we are really picky eaters, eating mostly vegetarian fare and I don't like steak, crab or lobster, but love shrimp. There was one appetizer that was just shrimp, the rest of the menu had shrimp stuffed with crab or other combinations I didn't like. I asked the waitress if there was just shrimp on the menu and she said they would be happy to accommodate me by grilling or blackening the appetizer. I had had it previously cold and LOVED the tartar sauce, in fact, I was at home and actually ate the rest without the shrimp until the small cup was clean. It was superb grilled and more than enough for a main dish. The wedge salad is also excellent. My life partner enjoyed his meal, too. The carrot cake was superb---one of my favorites and so was the creme brulle. They generously packed up what we couldn't eat and there was plenty for snacks at night (my downfall) and a meal the next day. Being more used to a faster pace, the time it took to eat was the only objection. Had we not been in a hurry, it wouldn't have been a problem. All the staff were super nice.
Food was out of this world. The staff is attentive and Chris was great. He made sure to check in with us and made the time to stop and socialize. Makes you feel welcome. The soufflé is the best dessert and full of flavor. Some might think a bit on the high on the price bet a melt in your mouth Filet.
The Seafood Sampler is great and my girlfriend will do that for a meal.

William B's is a place to go if you are looking to be treated like royalty. The staff is very pleasant and accomodating. The atmosphere is beautiful. We have been there quite a few times and it never disappoints us. The food is a bit pricy but it is delicious! the prime rib is huge, thick, and juicy. All the side portions and salads are enough to feed 2-3 people. The prawns were amazing, just wish there were more than 4 on the plate. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious as well. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to go.
Had a reservation for over a week for a smoking table. Was told we would have to wait up to an hour for the table. It took an hour and 15 mins to get food. Waitress said there was a big party in the back n we had to wait until they were served first. Asked for a second drink and had to wait about 20 mins due to they ran out of the strawberry mix and had to find some, again per the waitress. We eat here evetytime we are in the area and this was the worst we have had. They are normally pretty good and nice but not this time.
William B's never disappoints. Service was very good. The only thing that was different was the seasoning they used on my filet, which had a taste of chili pepper. I have never had that experience before, I did have the filet butterflied this time, which I have never done before.
They messed up our stake order my wife received a medium stake and I received a medium well they should have been reversered. Also the food was a bit cold not even warm. The last issue was how long it took to get our food. This was are third time eating there and most likely are last
The food and service were good, but the surf and turf was a disappointment. Steak was excellent, but the lobster tail was tiny (Outback Steakhouse tiny) and overcooked. I knew it didn’t come with sides, so I ordered one. However, some of the house specials did include sides. My husband got the Beef Wellington which included fingerling potatoes and green beens. My dish was $59 before the side dish. My husband’s dinner was $17 cheaper. Basically, surf and turf was way over priced when you compared the dishes side by side for value and taste.
Always been a fan of William B s but my recent visit was a let down. After we were seated it took an hour to get our soup the server seamed to avoid us and the blue cheese dressing tastes like it was out of a bottle. It used to be to die for! Hope you get it together william Bs. One good thing Patrick the manager was pleasant as always!!!
We have been to William B’s many times, and the food has always been fantastic, but this time I had the Sea Bass, and it didn’t taste “fresh”, it was a little fishy smelling and tasting. The rest of the food was great, as usual. I have Sea Bass many times in several restaurants, and it always smells and tastes fresh. I think I will go back to ordering the Salmon, at William B’s, which is always wonderful. I still would recommend you to my friends and family.
First server was short w/us and somewhat rude so had to ask for a different server. Waited over 25 minutes for two cocktails. Chris was our second server and did a great job. However, two of us ordered lobster and specifically asked that it NOT be overcooked but unfortunately, it was awful and yes, overcooked, let alone extremely small in size. Manager came to table and we expressed our disappointment but nothing was done about it. Up charges were found on bill which we were never advised of, we demanded them be removed which they were. It was my b-day celebration, could have went anywhere, but chose William B's. Was extremely disappointed this time with the meal. We have had our Christmas party there the last two years in January but do not believe we will be coming back this year.
Took my wife for our anniversary dinner. Restaurant was busy but still very quiet. Menu was diverse and our server was fantastic. Beef Wellington was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my wife loved the seafood risotto. Don't expect an inexpensive meal ($100 pre-tip) but it is priced in line with other fine dining experiences we've had.
Great way to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Started with stuffed mushrooms to share. I loved the lobster bisque soup. My entree was veal Marsala. Hubby had Caesar salad and pork tenderloin. Both of us brought some home as the portions were plentiful. No room for dessert. Service was outstanding. Strongly suggest reservations.
