We've been going to Wildflower since it opened many years ago. The food is always great. For the first time, though, the service was unbelievably slow. We didn't finish until after 930. Our reservation was at 745. Most of the time we were sitting there waiting for food to arrive. We asked the server what was taking so long and she said the kitchen was backed up. But by the time we were almost finished the restaurant was mostly empty.
On vacation loved it perfect for a great dinner with friends
Way too noisy. Patrons were literally shouting at each other to be heard. Food has slipped a bit from the past. Service is still very good.
Wildflower is dependably good. Often excellent! The patio is the best bet because the noise level inside is unbearable.
Good service; great food; way too noisy. The room needs soundproofing!
Ambiance, service and wine were great. My date ordered the ribeye special, medium well and after sending back and it still was rare inside we changed our order to the sesame shrimp pasta dish. While that was good it was oversauced. I had the fish special which was really good but my date was not so lucky. May give this place another try as every thing else was enjoyable. I do think however that after two tries on a steak at least our after dinner coffees should have been comped but that didn't happen.
My favorite restaurant in Tucson, based on its professionalism, high quality food, location and excellent service. January 6th, my birthday, was no exception. Stampley, at the bar, provided excellent service and the night was wonderful in all respects. Love Wildflower.
Artichoke was outstanding. Prime rib was very good and wine selection excellent
Predictably good as always. We were seated promptly for brunch. The bread here is outstanding. Salads were fresh and good size. The chicken salad sandwich was served on freshly sliced bread. Service was a tad slow, but OK. Can't really go wrong at this place. It is a relaxing atmosphere and the food is excellent.
Not a Fox restaurant fan as I think the food is ok, but Wildflower is my favorite of the Tucson chain.
