Wildflower - Tucson
Daily 11am - 4pm
Daily 3pm - 6pm
Nancy the manager will be missed. She will now be in California at another Fox restaurant. She always made sure we were well taken care of.
We had the Spanish paella and beef short ribs.. The server was very good about substituting the grits with mix vegetables when we requested. The food tasted great. Will go back when in the area.
Wildflower is always a good meal. We had lunch this time and the Asian Chinese Chicken Salad is wonderful. The ahi tuna is always good. If you don't mind spending $23 for lunch, the lobster salad is a treat! Our only disappointment was the desert menu which did not tickle our fancy.
Would like to know how they make that tomato sauce in the smoked mozzarella dish - it was the best I ever tasted.
We enjoyed the food. Service was good but restaurant noisy.
Food was good and the service by Jake was great! A bit noisy but...
While staying in Tucson for a week for a conference, any one of us who went to Wildflower went back the next night, and the next night. I was the ringleader telling everyone because I live in SF and love food. I know great food when I find it. A dish could be different than Wildflower's best menu selections but could not be more delicious. There's kind of an end of scale on food. When it's 0-10 and you have to pick 10 but you really want to say 25, that's Wildflower... especially bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, beef short ribs, horseradish mashed potatoes, smoked salmon on potato galette appetizer... and the salted caramel pudding. One of our group said it was better than sex.
Met friends traveling through Tucson at Wildflower and they were very impressed. As always the service was unhurried but very attentive and the food was outstanding. Wildflower is one of Tucson's best and the staff there continues to hit the ball out of the park.
Hi there! I choose to go there for my birthday every year. Food is delicious and the wait staff great. The chef is especially creative with his birthday treat! Also, this is my place to go for "chick" get togethers.
Really amazing food and ambiance... it is an energetic crowd so expect some volume ... Tuesday = Half price on all bottles of wine = Amazing!!
Once again Wild Flower didn’t disappoint, an excellent meal with a very good & reasonably priced wine list
Very good food but quite loud. Had a party of 8 and could only hear the people right next to you. However the food and service outweighed that issue.
Food and setting was very good, fish/chips, paella excellent as was the calamari salad. Service was off.
I enjoyed the food very much but the service was quite slow, the restaurant was full and maybe that's the reason. They even apologized several times for the delays. The noise in the restaurant is quite high as well.
Wonderful dining experience! Food is top notch, and the service is terrific. Inside noise level quite energetic, outdoors nice and quiet. Our server bartendress Bridget and manager Brad know how to take care of guests. Will definitely return when we are back in town.
Had a wonderful dining experience. The staff was helpful and attentive. Service was excellent and the food was out of this world. Would highly recommend this dining experience.
two people had bar-b-que tacos - were not good - very few pieces of chicken - mashed avacado on only one taco. Lots - too much - of shredded cabbage - very dry. Beans were very good.
Wonderful service from Trevor.
We enjoyed a terrific bottle of pinot noir from Oregon.
We split the spinach salad, which was delicious.
My wife’s steak entree was excellent.
My pork dish came out too rare for me but kitchen quickly fixed. Suggest asking customer how he/she wants it prepared.
Donuts for dessert are outrageously good! Get some!!
Wildflower offers a diversified menu and great food options plus seating on
the outdoor patio is great. We were seated in between 2 doors which resulted in
heavy traffic on either side of our table which was bothersome. Selections
were well prepared and prefer outside as the din from the dining room
can be quite distracting.
We always enjoy Wildflower. We like to sit on the patio where it is usually a bit quieter. This visit, the chef was able to do a work around when the dish I wanted had onions...he substituted rice from a different dish and it was super. My husband felt the portion size for the ravioli was too small for a main dish.
We sat outside on the patio which I always enjoy.
Service was excellent. Food excellent.
I always enjoy Wildflower.
My wife and I really enjoyed our first trip to Tucson. Wildflower played a big part of our overall happiness. Eppy was amazing and so was everything we ordered!
Great service, delicious food, well curated wine list. A great “neighborhood” spot with easy access close to shopping.
A little loud if you’re on a date or with a larger group, so conversation can be difficult.
Excellent service, food, ambience, affordability. Very pleasant experience.
Outstanding service and food. So creative. We brought out of town friends and they were very impressed. Wildflower was very accommodating with our reservation.
Food was great. Great service.
great experience with the service and delicious food will go back again.
Always a pleasure to dine at Wildflower. We prefer the patio as it is less noisy. Service is excellent and the food never disappoints.
We always enjoy our meal and time at Wildflower. Eating at the bar, however, is slow. The bartender is by herself/himself and needs more help to take care of all the drink orders and the meal orders of those few sitting at the bar. Wildflower could use a larger bar area.
Great patio dining, leads noisy than indoors. Food was excellent as always.
Very helpful and attentive staff.
Enjoyed the outside seating.
Food came out fast.
We all had salads. Good, fresh ingredients
The seared ahi salad dressing was almost unnoticeable. Could use a little zesty flavor.
We've lived in the Tucson area for 2 years and have dined at the Wildflower several times. It is somewhat disappointing to see the same menu items with no changes or specials offered at lunch. The receptionist and our waiter were satisfactory but certainly not deserving of a top restaurant in Tucson rating. The overall four star rating would have been a 3.5 if that were offered. Our evening dining experiences have been excellent for the food quality but very poor because of the noise level.
Consistently delicious and high quality selections and service. A Tucson treasure that I always can confidently recommend.
Wildflower is our favourite restaurant. The food is always delicious. The service is also good, and Tuesdays are always 1/2 off on the entire wine list, including the reserve list. In addition, the Bars of Sin are worth crawling across the desert on my hands and knees. The best dessert in the world!
As usual our lunch was wonderful. We both had the chicken salad sandwiches and have ever had chicken salad that tasted so good. The young lady that sat us was friendly and made me want to talk to her. Our server was exceptional and I believe had radar as seconds before my glass was empty it was filled, and I believe that 15 seconds after we were finished eating she cleared our dishes. The atmosphere makes me feel that I am in an English garden. We will continue enjoy going there.
I've had very goos service in past. Last night was an aberation hardly many customers, but agonizingly slow .cooperative server, but problem is probably kitchen/ After long delay, food served practically cold, On the other hand, companion's meat came hot and appropriate. Kitchen remade supper, but it took a long time, by which time, I could no longer stay.
We enjoyed our waiter he was great!! Our food was delicious!! The portion sizes for the price were only okay. I like there lunch menu and prices better.
My dad came into town and my husband and I took him where we take all of our friends and family who visit to our favorite restaurant, Wildflower.
My wife and I dined at Wildflower for the first time recently in celebration of our anniversary. We were pleased with the whole evening there. My date had a Thai Grapefruit martini which she thought was wonderful. I had a cabernet that was good. She started with a dinner salad that was enjoyable. I ordered the paella, she ordered the lemongrass scallops. Both were substantial and tasty dishes. Service was properly paced, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We will definitely return to Wildflower. If our experience is as pleasant I would certainly consider upgrading my review grades. I just like to determine consistency.
Everything I’ve ever ordered here has been delicious. Good place for a nice date.
