Excellent as always.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. The service was absolutely excellent, our waitress was so friendly and very informative. We each ordered a different plate and all 3 were so delicious and unique. We will definitely return.
Felt like server was rushing us and very uninterested. Food not up to our previous visits; disappointing.
I love Wildfish. The food is always amazing. I’m never disappointed when I go here for dinner.
My husband and I were celebrating our weddings anniversary. We were sat right away in a booth in the back just like I requested. Our waiter was very friendly and provided us with great service. The food was delicious and fresh.. my husband order ribeye and I order the sea bass. I recommend the chocolate Godiva lava cake :)
Service and food was excellent. Restaurant really went out of their way to help us celebrate our anniversary.
Wonderful restaurant, great service, delicious food and lovely time for our anniversary!
Our family has had dinner at Wild Fish for many years for all special family occasions. It is always the ultimate pleasure for all ages.
Poor service. Our waiter was more interested in her eight top party. My friends steak which he ordered medium rare came out medium well. The manager (Zach) I think his name was took it away and had another steak prepared for my friend. They forgot to bring his lobster bisque which he asked for twice. Finally he received it. I was told by our waiter that she was going to check on my drink order three times. I had finished my salad by the time I actually got my drink. Our appetizer of asparagus was brought to us with no way to serve it except with our hands. Finally we received both a serving utensil and some silver ware. We went there because this was supposed to be one of the best places to get Chilean sea bass in San Antonio, My wife said that the dish was so-so. I had the lobster bisque as well as a shrimp and crabmeat salad which was fairly decent. Now as far as the manager, he did bring my friend a new steak which was cooked properly the second time around. With all of these issues the manager took my friends lobster bisque off of the bill. So in essence at least for my friend the manager decided to fix ten percent of the problem that was his offer. The three of us will defiantly not be returning to Wildfish.
The food is unbelievable. We had the tuna tartare, the chilean sea bass, the scallops and truffle mac & cheese. Everything was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The service was fantastic and the decor was elegant and beautiful. This is a great place to take business clients and have them feel special or for a date night or special occasion. The menu is pricey but worth it, great quality food and good portion sizes.
Great food! Great Service!
The food delicious like always !!!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Wildfish Seafood grill. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was very good. The cucumber martini was fantastic. The food was very good too. They provided a delicious flaming cake for our deserts with a “happy anniversary” message which was compliments of the chef. Even though I was full, the desert was fantastic and I stuffed myself in it.
The prices were a little higher than I would have expected, but not too far out of line. The food was very good.
Service at Wildfish was amazing! Our servers were spectacular. The whole team made my wife's birthday a memorable one. We had the swordfish steak and Salmon with a side of crab fried rice. Both entrees we're great and we finished off with an amazing banana cake. We will definitely visit again.
One of our favorite restaurants in San Antonio
Never fails to delight
Food excellent. Service tops. Was seated in bar area and noise level very high. Would prefer next time to be seated away from bar area.
Staff was excellent. The food was as always excellent
Great food and service.
Table is always better than a booth, it looks like they do not have table anymore even with a reservation...
Our server Laura is always the best!!
We are San Antonian’s, who had frinds in from San Francisco. First visit for them, and they enjoyed everything very much. We had fish & steaks, as well as cocktails & desserts. The cocktails had a first class bartender taste & appearance. Brian waited on us, with attentive service & good sense of humor.
Enjoyed very much, and will return.
Appetizers were outstanding - one comment from a customer was" best pot stickers he ever had". Everyone had a great experience and I would return anytime I'm back in the area.
Everything is great. The service is excellent. The good is great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone as I would any Eddie V’s location.
Excellent in every way; service from Trever was exceptional, recommendations and attention paid was perfect. Food presentation and quality faultless. Wonderful evening to be repeated soon.
Great waiter Tony. Food delicious.
The food was excellent and the service awesome. One of the best dining experiences we have had.
Bryan our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us make our dining choices. Lump crabcakes were more crab than cake, scallops were perfectly cooked and swordfish was great. Seafood was very fresh and you can taste the difference.
You guys got it down. Y’all set the mood for my anniversary,my wife and I truly felt special. Hands down best seafood in San Antonio. The entire staff did an excellent job start to finish. I’ve already recommended several times and it’s only been a few days since my visit. Thanks again for the wonderful experience looking forward to returning.
Excellent meal as always .. I always get the Chilean sea bass .. maybe one day I’ll get something different .
The sea food tower is excellent .
Great overall experience. Table was late in being ready, but comped appetizer set things right!
Enjoyed showing our dear friends our favorite restaurant in San Antonio.
Sea Bass was to die for and the Parmeason Crusted Sole also good, but slightly dry, service impeccable, plus a manager that showed truly he cares and is genuinely all about you having the best experience.
The Caesar Salad, and the artichoke that was part of the bronzini main course, were both extremely good. The bronzini was overcooked and dry. The service provided by our waitress was outstanding. Management offered to start a new bronzini plate to replace the overcooked and dry bronzini that were served to both my wife and I. We declined the offer because the halibut I ordered the last time we dined at Wildfish was also served overcooked and dry. At that time we had accepted the offer for a second attempt. That second attempt was also served overcooked and dry. Management then offered a third attempt which to our amazement was also overcooked and dry. The process dragged out our dining experience another hour with no improvement in the results, which I explained to management as the reason why- this time - we were declining a send attempt to reserve the overcooked bronzini. I also mentioned to management that we had noticed that halibut was not on the menu, and that I assumed that it was missing because Wildfish had given up with the attempt to cook it properly. I think my comment was misunderstood by management as a complaint that halibut was not on the menu rather than a complaint that Wildfish apparently overcooks this delicate fish and dries it out.
I did not give Wildfish a particularly bad star rating other than value (the overcooked and dry fish degrades value) because (1) the service is excellent, (2) it is my hope that Wildfish will retrieve its ability to properly cook fish and (3) in view of the other excellent items that we were served it is apparent that Wildfish is capable of being a top-notch seafood restaurant.
In order to be fair, I do acknowledge that Management comped our desserts, which were excellent. On the other hand, I do feel that Management should have comped the bronzini plate in view of my reasons for not accepting their offer for a second attempt.
As always, WildFish’s Management and employee’s out-do themselves every-time I dine. Food is always the “Best”. Thank u.
Experience at Wildfish is always outstanding. The food and the service make it a wonderful dining experience.
Every year is better and better.
Very good. Pricey but was expected. It was our anniversary an d they made it very special. Put down flower pedals, had a note, g ave is complimentary desert. Service from Scott was very good, attentive and fun. He really knew how to pair food with drinks - even customized them. The red fish was the best I've ever had it was so fresh and the seasoning wasn't over p owering at all. My girlfriend's sea bass was clean and just tasty. Get the pineapple upside down cake. It was off menu and amazing.
Service was superb. Food was exquisite. Ambience unmatched. We are planning a return visit in a couple of weeks.
Other than having to wait an extra 30 minutes for a table everything was great! Food and service were both excellent.
Ray, our server, was awesome!!!!! Brandon and Brian were also fabulous! We cannot wait to return. The food was amazing but the service was what impressed us so much. We were so full that Ray surprised us with a little dessert to take home! Now, how thoughtful was that! Wildfish is now our fav restaurant! Burtons
