We tried many items on the menu and shared. The cocktails were great and everything we tried was delish. We had a tuna roll with a shrimp standing on guacamole that was memorable. Golden shrimp app was very good. Yellowtail tuna sashimi with jalapeño and ponzu citrus also very good.

As always we had a wonderful meal with great service and a genuinely appreciative staff. Had the Crazy Chicago will and I was not crazy about that one, but the bluefin sampler with Mango Ponzu was outstanding. So was the Crazy sexy dragon. Now if they would just bring back the Thai Crunch...

Service was awful and it was not that busy. My go to meal has melted cheese ok the sushi and it seemed like it was made and sat hours ago & not warm.

The tuna app was good

Restaurant was understaffed for a holiday Monday. Only had two waiteresses and one was serving as bartender as well. Plus a "manager" that stood around and talked on the cell phone and didn't help the staff when they were slammed. Had to wait a long time for service, the only reason we got served was because we were directly across from the service/register station and we could flag the waitress down. They were very frugal with the wasabi and had to ask twice for extra, by the time we received the wasabi we were just about done with all our food. Had to wait 30 minutes for two rolls and were almost late for our movie. Bluefish in Park Ridge is much better, service and food.

Wildfish is tucked away in downtown Arlington Heights near the movie theater. They have been a favorite for us for a long time and we need to go there more often! It may be crazy outside, but once you step over the threshold into Wildfish you'll feel yourself relax in the calm interior. This time - maybe for the first time - neither of us had sushi. My husband had a bento box and I had sesame crusted seared tuna - both were excellent. Service was, as always, wonderful.

The food was very good and fresh tasting, just a little pricey for sushi. The restaurant is small but nicely decorated with a relaxing anbience. Tables are a little close together so it will be tight if the restaurant is busy.

The bento box was well prepared and proportioned. It was a complete meal and included all of our favorite foods. The service was great and they allowed substitutions on the sushi portion of the box. Can't wait to go back.

Wildfish knew how to make my dad's 79th birthday celebration special. With the green tea ice cream topped with a birthday candle, we sang happy birthday. They took a picture that quickly printed and presented it to us in a nice frame.

Checked in on time at 6pm early enough to be out in time for 7:30 Theater reservation. Order was taken at 6:20 then it took 15 minutes to bring the soup. They seemed to have forgotten about us after that even though we were in the front of the restaurant and it wasn't very busy. At 6:45 pm we reminded them we needed to leave in 35 minutes. Took them 5 more minutes to bring the salad. At 7 we asked where our food was and asked for a manager. At 7:06 they brought out 3 of the 5 entrees, not the sushi and also not the halibut which the waitress said would take an extra 5 minutes. That came at 7:15. The halibut was way over cooked. The manager apologized and gave us sushimi to take home but we had no way to refrigerate raw fish for the three hours we would be at the theater. We ended up not eating the halibut and running out the restaurant with minutes to spare for the show. No reduction to the bill.

Even though we've eaten here before, we won't be going back.

The salmon teriyaki was terrible. It tasted old and had a strong fishy taste. I couldn't finish it. They also noted my open table reservation after mentioning it twice. Terrible experience. I won't be going back for a long time.

We've been to Wildfish a few times now, and each time it's a very nice evening. The food is quite good, and the service is exactly what we appreciate - being attentive without being intrusive. We will go back again sometime soon.

Everything about this dining experience was mediocre. Overall, the sushi was good
but a few pieces were chewy. Service was earnest but lacking. No longer a must when

The sushi that we ordered was excellent. Our server was slow and not that helpful. We ordered the dessert that looked good as pictured on the menu. When it was delivered it had freezer burn crystals from this premade dessert. When we mentioned this the waitress said it was the one we ordered and it was ok.

My husband and I would frequent the Deerfield location but it had recently closed its doors. This is a smaller space and there really is not a decent to be had. We were put at a table in the back 2 steps away from the back door. Service is awful but the sushi is very fresh which the only reason we would return.

Fantastic sushi. Honestly some of the best I've had in the burbs. Music is a little off (think 2000's and current pop) with the rest of the restaurant. Otherwise everything else was superb!

I don't go to a lot of sushi places so read my review with that in mind. We had 2 maki rolls and they were good - especially the Dragon Roll. The only fish options were salmon or spicy tuna with other ingredients. So it was hard to choose variety (maybe that's standard). I also thought it seemed a little expensive. The service was just OK. I had a hard time understanding our server and didn't get much help in understanding the menu items. I also got the impression they wanted to turn the table over. I would try it again because there aren't a lot of options for sushi (restaurants) close to where I live.

First time I've been to WildFish in Arlington Heights and I've lived in the area for years. They have a great menu with lots of choices to choose from in regards to sushi. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but you get a great amount for the price you pay, the ingredients are fresh and the sushi is hand crafted in view of the whole restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is great! It is dim and the seats are close, but not too close to the other tables. Staff is great as well!
