I was disappointed by the ambiance created by the staff. The host and hostess had unprofessional banter going on at our arrival and that was our first impression. Then by 9pm on a Sunday night waiters started taking down tables and closing out in front of us. Several large plastic drink containers were left right in front of our booth for 20+minutes. It definitely gave the impression that the staff wanted customers to leave, despite there being a lot of customers left and it being a holiday weekend. Not what you would expect for this caliber restaurant where you are paying a lot for dinner. It will make me rethink returning despite good food and good personal service by our waiter.

Blah , we have been going to wildfire since it opened , with friends , family events , business meetings etc. decided to take my son here for breakfast and it was overall , disappointing! Cold coffee , very dry eggs and service wasn’t the usual standards. Oh well , it was a Sunday morning. In the future , we will skip the “brunch “ and all will be good !
We went to Wildfire to celebrate Valentines Day. It was a fantastic dinner, great service and great environment. We have been here many times and it’s always great!
The service was pretty good, but the food was just okay. Probably wont be returning due to better options in the area.
The atmosphere was a nice private setting with low lighting. The food was delicious and priced just right. I highly recommend Wildfire for future occasions!

Check in for reservations needs to me more clear instead of an awkward bundle of people around the host desk

We arrive about 10-15 minutes early and they already had our table ready. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our food came quickly and it was perfect. We had a great time my husband and I. Our Valentine’s Day dinner went very well.
My husband and I went there for Vday. We had a great time. Service was fast, everything on point. The food was good for its price. The cornbread was the best cornbread I’ve ever had.
My wife came here for our cozy romantic valentines day dinner. Excellent Fillet and loved the signature crusts. Other than that, this place came up short for a fancy occasion. Our greeter tried to seat us in right in front of the busy dining room entry way and when asked to be moved to an empty table in a more quiet area the attitude was of clear annoyance and unwelcomming. We also expected the clientele to be more upper class considering it's location in the high end galleria mall. Men and ladies wore jeans and untucked shirts; it was an embarrassment to wear a suit and tie which was highly unexpected. I'd suggest to Wildfire that they should have and enforce a strict dress code in their dining room but what restaurant can turn away customers in this economy? Shame. We won't be back here for a special occasion. I should have gone to something with class like Prime Rib in DC.
I think because it was Valentine’s Day they must have had a lot of folks call out. It was definitely the B team there tonight. We are frequent patrons of Wildfire and it is usually our favorite restaurant. Tonight was disappointing. First, our server was rude and either had way too many tables or just didn’t care about her customers. We saw her about once every 30 minutes. Next, our menu was missing a page, so we had to ask for another to see the specials. When our server was taking our drink order, she started talking to another server. She pretended she could hear us and hold a conversation at the same time, but ten minutes later she came back to ask our order again. Took about 15 more minutes to get our drinks.
We ordered calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked to perfection. Only problem was they served it with cocktail sauce instead of marinara. Like i said previously, probably the b team tonight.
I ordered the ribeye, expecting a nice chunk of beef. I was very surprised when a my strip showed up with some type of topping. They corrected it quickly and that was appreciated. The ribeye was to be cooked to medium rare. Some parts were. Other parts were well done. Even more sections were still raw. I ate what I could and brought the rest back home. I will finish cooking my steak for breakfast.
We went for Valentine's Day for which Wildfire had a special menu that included several gluten free options. We were seated in a booth in the Martini Lounge as we requested which, considering the crowds that day, was very much appreciated. The food was excellently prepared and our server was fantastic. A great way to celebrate a special day.
It took a bit to see our waiter, but once he greeted us he continued to be prompt. Food was moderate - the lamb was MR with a number of spots that were R. The dessert and wine definitely saved the meal this time. I’m normally a fan but I guess it’s time to explore other options.

We dined at Wildfire-Tysons Corner for Valentine's Day dinner (2018). The menu is fabulous with great food that is delicious and served in the right-sized portion. The atmosphere is excellent for a quiet dinner or a celebratory event. This time it was the service that was definitely worth mentioning. Alex, our server did a great job of juggling multiple tables and assuring us our table was a priority through word and deed. One entree was slightly under cooked. There were no questions or discussions on what constituted "under cooked." The entree was immediately taken to get it right. The manager on duty was Byron, who deserves mention for taking care of the "glitch" in our dining experience. He did it in a most personable and professional manner. He stopped by and apologized, then returned to check that all was right. The entree was taken off our bill, as the management obviously understands customer service. A free dessert was also part of the resolution. Kudos to Byron and Alex. We hope to see them the next time we dine at Wildfire.
Took my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. The food was amazing the service was great. Was seated immediately. Will definitely be back.
