Food and service are good would tell friends about this location to go.
We had a reservation and got seated immediately on a Friday night at 7:00, which in my book is a huge plus to have a reservation honored. Our order was taken by 7:15 and within 5 minutes the soup my husband ordered came out. Literally 2 minutes later our food was brought out by a manager. We were quite surprised how fast and he said, “Too soon?” We didn’t want to be those ones to send it back, so we said it’s ok. He did apologize and said he’d take the cost of the soup off the bill. All the food was delicious and perfectly cooked to how we ordered. Dessert tray was brought out by a different waitress, she said our waitress asked her to, since she was too busy with other tables. We got our bill and the the soup wasn’t taken off. We saw the manager on the other side of the restaurant, running around like crazy. We didn’t bother questioning it, as it was only $8. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, but felt rushed as we could sense how quickly they want to turn the tables over.
Great service & great food!
Service was not as attentive as usual. Great food and great atmosphere
We loved every part of our dining experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The only thing is the scallops were so so small and for the price it didn’t make sense. Otherwise everything was delicious and wonderful!
We went on Sunday 02/18 at 6:00pm and the place was packed. We had a reservation so got seated within 5 minutes. Even though they were extremely busy, we didn't have to wait long for service or food. We had the crab stuffed mushroom appetizer, the Wildfire chopped salad, the petite filet with parmesan crust , crab cakes, and the berry/vanilla ice cream with oatmeal crumble for dessert. Everything was wonderful. The salad was so large that we took about half home after both having a good size salad plateful. As it was busy, it was fairly noisy in the restaurant so I wouldn't call the place romantic, though we were there to celebrate our anniversary. I would go again, just maybe not for our anniversary.
An upscale steak house offering several dinner options. Unfortunately, our most recent visit wasn't quite as memorable as previous visits. Meat cuts were slightly disappointing, and salad portions were reduced in size. We're hopeful that this was just a rare occurrence.
We eat at Wildfire often, but usually for dinner. Our party of 5 ordered three salads, a burger and crab cakes. The burger and crab cakes were good, but the salads were unusually bland. Two of us had the Waldorf salad that tasted like it was covered in watered down onion mayonnaise, and the other one a bland and dry Caesar. We thought the salads would be great, but were far from it.
Always delicious food. The steak is always cooked perfectly and the drinks are never weak. Good service and atmosphere
Great food as usual
We ran over an hour late, and the were very accommodating. The food was awesome.
Love THIS Wildfire. I have another one closer to my house, but I prefer to come to the one in Schaumburg. Service and food were perfect.
