Overall great except stay away from the sat night beef wellington special both wife and i got it=raw dough wrapped around a flavorless filet steak. That pretty much soured me but in their defense we didn't complain so can't say what they're response would have been. Positives great service, beer soup great, scalloped potatoes great. Overall i would try again have had good steak at other wildfire location just think they should 86 beef wellington.
Our server Chi was outstanding!!!! He was attentive and customer service was great!
Excellent as usual. Noise level high, would like to hear music.
Lots of families, lots of little kids. Calamari seemed overly fried, house cocktails we ordered were nothing special. Steaks were good (not great). Over all just a ok experience. We did go on a Saturday night and it was packed so that could have something to do with the ambiance and noise level.
Continues to be as terrific place with great food and service
It was my first time to visit, and everything was great.
Great food and service
Our meal was fabulous. We started with Calamari and a bottle of Tattinger. Debbie had a Petite Filet and I had the Red Florida Grouper. For my birthday they brought a dessert with a candle. It was delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We had a great meal as always.
The service and food are excellent. More privacy between booths could make it quieter.
The parmesan crusted cod was fantastic. Wait staff is excellent, can't wait to return.
We had THE best server (Patty L) and food was great as always. Just tried the Stormy Night Martini For the first time.....best martini ever!!!!!
We usually have amazing service - not sure what happened this time around. Waited a long time to order our food and then waited a long time to get our food. Food was delicious when we received it, though!
Really good food. Pretty standard steakhouse stuff but always reliable. They accommodated a request beautifully and the service is always top notch
Overall our table, waiter and food were good. I did order the petite filet medium and I received it medium rare. It was red throughout except for the crust. I have eaten here before and have requested medium and have been pleased. I did not want to complain particularly since we were celebrating my daughter's birthday.
Sat in the “Buckingham Room.” Meh-seemed liked a room used for banquets. If seated in there, ask for a table in the main dining room. Service was ok. Not efficient, not slow. It took awhile-5 minutes to be acknowledged and another 5 to order drinks. Food: my husband liked his filet-BUT he wanted the au gratin and they were out-at 7pm! The side of broccoli-YUCK! Half green and undercooked-the other half brown and over cooked or scraped off of some other plate. When I pointed out to the waiter I couldn’t believe the kitchen let the broccoli out of the kitchen-he offered to get us another side, to go. Um, no thanks. My medallion filets with Parmesan, blue cheese and double baked potato crust was okay, however could not tell which topping was which. Probably will not be back.
Food was excellent!! Service was slow and the restaurant was very crowded. Servers were very nice, just overworked.
Not our best experience at Wildfire. Significant lag in the kitchen and with staff’s attentiveness to our group of 7. Steaks were Under/overcooked and one entree was delayed by 6 minutes (forcing one of our guests to eat after most were almost already done). No reference to the delay on our final bill. Disappointing! Staff always friendly, but when kitchen is off, it impacts everything.
Always top notch ! Wildfire is a definite favorite !
This is the second time we have eaten at this Wildfire. And the second time that one of our orders of a filet medium rare came charred on the outside and dark red raw on the inside. By the time a replacement steak was brought to the table everyone else had finished their meal. I will say the food is good quality however. Amazing mashed potatoes!
Another negative is the sound is a bit overwhelming. I think they have scrunched too many tables into the restaurant.
As usual the service and food at Wildfire is consistent and very good. You can always count on a good meal. Really enjoyed the special cocktail, Door County Cherry Old Fashion.
We have been many times and it is a favorite for my parents but this time the food was not consistent. We ordered two steaks, both medium and one was medium and one was closer to rare than medium rare. One of the lobsters did not come out, which they did comp for the inconvenience but it was not what it used to be. It used to have a bigger pile of parmesan crust and this was much smaller. The server was excellent and the manager was very nice about apologizing for the delay in the lobster.
I have been to much better steakhouses that cost the same or less.
This restaurant has always been one of my family's favorite. But this last time gave us a much different experience. All of our steaks were very undercooked, my daughters ribs were burnt, and my other daughters mashed potatoes were cold. Another disappointment was that they changed the bread that we loved and don't even warm it up anymore. I hope this is not the new normal for wildfire. It just won't be worth it.
My wife really appreciate the server and the food was delicious overall she enjoyed her birthday meal.
Attila is the best!!
Very nice experience. Pretty expensive considering the atmosphere.
We really enjoyed ourselves at Wildfire! The food and wait staff were outstanding. We had a slight mishap but management was prompt to take care of the situation. Their #1 concern was for us have a wonderful experience all around, and we did!! We'd Highly recommend the restaurant.
Everything was perfect, as usual. Prime rib and au gratin potatoes were outstanding. Their martini’s with blue cheese olives are the best.
Fabulous service and food, especially for the price!
The problem with OpenTable reservations is that a restaurant gives you the absolute worst table every time...
Our waitress (Nancy) came off very off putting on first greeting. She seemed to be rushing us when my wife was trying to decide on a wine. Later when deciding on an appetizer as she was walking away she said " SHOULD I PUT IN FOR THE SALAD YES OR NO ?" Very disrespectful. To make matters worse she was talking to the people in the booth next to us the whole time ( She obviously knew them) very distracting to us. Once as she was walking by our table she said"EVERYTHING OK ?" Again very abrupt and she didn't even stop walking. The bus boys were excellent and respectful. My wife ordered a Cappucino and instead of going to place the order she again stopped and was talking to the booth next to us. We finally said cancel the Cappuccino and bring the check. She tried forcing some deserts on us and we kept saying no thank you. She also called my wife "Young Lady" which she does not like. (She is 63)
Amazing experience! Went with my best friend for my bday. Our server had a great personality and super attentive! Food was absolutely phenomenal! Order was cooked exactly as I asked. Worth every penny. Recommended by far!
Awesome time. Drinks was real good.
Steak was kind of Bland!! Service was good not great. Appetizers and desserts were good.
The food was very good. I had the pork chops and my friends had the salmon. All dishes were delicious, and the portions were ample. Our service was excellent!
Always great food. Comfort food prepared gourmet Very friendly staff
We loved being seated in one of the side rooms and were able to hear perfectly!
Thank you for an amazing anniversary dinner. We will definitely be back.
Friendly waiter, great special and quick service. Highly recommend for a good meal with average prices.
AS always, Wildfire was a delicious and delightful experiance.
