I have never been disappointed in the ten plus years I have been Dining at this restaurant.
Our server was not friendly or helpful at all. He could use a little help in the personality department. All he did was take our order and bring the check. That would be fine if we were picking up fast food somewhere. I think it is safe to say he does not like his job...
I had the worst experience I have ever had at Wildfire on Saturday. The temperature in our room of the restaurant was about 55 degrees, so it was very uncomfortable. I ordered a salad for one and was brought the salad for 2-3. No one ever came to remove the salad or bread plates off our small table, so there was no room for the food. I tried to hand the plates to the person delivering the food, so there would be room for our entrees. However, he would not take them. There seems to be a lack of training throughout the restaurant.
We had a wonderful dinner and our server was great! Celebrated parent's 55th Wedding Anniversary.
Father’s day brunch!
Ordered the Macadamia Nut fish as a lunch entree.I asked for the nuts on the outside of the fish to be crispy. When presented it was barely cooked. They took it back, when it came out again, it was completely dried out the ( fish).
Very inconsistent with their food quality. It is not inexpensive $27.00 lunch portion, which I don’t mind if it comes out fresh!
Service and food were great!
The food was delicious!
Really good food, the trio of steak medallions could not possibly be better - Service was slow starting but then improved to really ok. It's always busy there so always noisy - The restaurant is starting to show it's age I am thinking a refresh is due soon.
Actually a bit to loud but tolerable, Tony was great as was the food.
One of our favorite restaurants - doesn't disappoint!
excellent food and service could not be better. great triple berry pie, too.
Ordered the berry mojito, which I thought was over sweetened (tried watering it down with ice). The bacon wrapped scallops were very delicious ( didn’t care about the apricot sauce). The filet mignon was fabulous, but the redskin potatoes were a little dry. My partner had the prime rib and ordered it medium, but it came out medium rare. Wild rice was okay, nothing special. There is a big hype on their bread, but honestly I thought it would be better. Although, the cornbread was very tasty!
Excellent food, service and atmosphere
we came for an early dinner with my 4 year old twins (the kids menu is perfect by the way).
We always come back!
Incredible service, Incredible food. The Chop Salad is legendary. The Steaks were perfectly seared and on temperature.
Wildfire is consistently good and has been for years. Love their food.
We had a lovely evening and everything was perfect
We sat next to a table with a child that was shrieking at the top of his lungs. His parents thought it was funny. The whole area was upset and management did nothing to help solve the situation
Our service was great and the food was delicious. We had a group of 7, so the table was a tad tight, but overall we were fine. The restaurant was quite loud so we struggled to have a good conversation at our table.
We were celebrating two birthdays. We needed a place that had a gluten-free option for two of our party. We knew that Wildfire had a gf menu. They had the halibut special and said it was very good. I tried the coconut shrimp. It was very tasty. You don’t find it on many menus.
We like the Lettuce Entertainment resturants a lot. Wildfire is one of our favorites.
If you are near Oak Brook give it a try.
For noise level, I was there at 11:30 am, so the restaurant didn't have a lot of people. I'm sure when there is more people, the noise level will be higher.
Always great quality service and food when dining at Wildfire!
Celebrated our second anniversary here! Percy, our server, was great. He didn’t rush us but was very attentive. He made great recommendations and the food was excellent! To top it off, he brought us a small piece of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream to help us celebrate the occasion. What a fun night!
As always, the food and server were the best! It’s always an enjoyable time there!
We hadn't been to Wildfire since Lettuce Entertain You stopped their summer coupon booklets. We went for a birthday lunch celebration. The service was top notch, but we thought the food was sub par. The fries were limp and greasy, the buns were oiled or something and the salmon was overcooked. The decor is also starting to look a bit tired and dingy. I would not hurry back.
My friends ordered the Halibut special for about $38.00 per person. They complained it was way over-breaded. We were also seated in a corner of a room which was uncomfortably warm.. Not the Wildfire I used to go to in Deerfield, Il. years ago.
Our server was very slow to respond after the meal was served, my food was lukewarm in temperature, and there was lipstick on my water glass
Excellent, as usual!
The steak that my husband ordered twice tasted burnt. The prime rib was dry and it looked just like a chunk of meat. The waiter dropped a knife on my clothes with food on it and didn't attempt to help me clean it up.
Everything was excellent! We had our favorite Macadamia nut encrusted halibut with asparagus, which was excellent as always. Our server Michelle was very efficient yet friendly and went beyond in her service. A very enjoyable afternoon! We always come back!
Great time went for my daughters 20 birthday we are regulars to begin with but usually go Schaumburg but want to say are server Jay was outstanding !!!
Always a great dining experience! Great gluten free options as well.
Food is very good! Service not as attentive as the past, also very noisy working staff-dropping dishes and causing a lot of unnecessary commotion.
Not sure if I’ll return.
The prime rib was horrible... super tough and dry. Very disappointed.
Good as usual!💕
My porterhouse was tough and fatty.
My wife's fillet was dry . Food quality wasn't up to what they charge. Restaurant wasn't busy either .not a good meal
A little crowded, noise level high. Parking is a issue
We don't dine out often, but we completely enjoyed our Wildfire experience. The only negative would be the parking situation which has nothing to do with Wildfire.
