I didn’t like being seated right next to the kitchen. I sat right next to a wall. Not very comfortable. Also usually my stakes are perfect. However the ribye I had was very fatty. Not the best experience this time around.

The food was delicious as always. The service was not up to the usual standards we have come to expect from Wildfire. We were also very disappointed that the restaurant ran out of strip steak, one of their signature dishes. We brought our son to Wildfire for his birthday, specifically so he could try the strip steak. My husband asked whether they could offer a discount on the more expensive porterhouse, but the server said that the manager was not willing to offer us anything. This experience has cooled our enthusiasm for Wildfire quite a bit.

My salad was the best ever! My friends cod was outstanding! Our waitress was so much fun and professional. We loved her!!! I asked for a special accommodation for my diet. She more than met it! I will be back! It was my best friends birthday and they surprised her with a super dessert!

We had a great time at Wildfire in Oak Brook. They were so busy but we got seated right on time in a booth, that we requested. Our server gave us time in between each course which was very appreciated!

The food was very good but very expensive for the portion size. Waiter was great. Noise level was fine except we sat in LaMarca Rome and there was a constant banging of dishes just outside our table. We sat at the table closet to the door.

Food was excellent Had a reservation didn’t have wait more than 5 minutes when folks with no reservation had a 90 minute wait

My only complaint and it’s always the same. it’s very loud and it’s hard to carry on a conversation

The food was good. The one draw back this visit was that they stuck us at a table near the kitchen. This resulted in people dumping into our chairs constantly throughout our meal.

The service was great, we have been here many times and we will continue to go back, the food this time was a little off, the steak my wife received was a little tuff , for a steak and my baked potato was not completely cooked on one side, all in all it was less than expected this time but everything else was excellent, most of the food, service and is was enjoyable for the Valentines meal. Considering how many times we have been here to eat and the number of times were something was not up to par I would say we are still looking at a 98% rating on this place, remember if you do have a problem they will correct it imminently, we did not say anything this time because we know things happen, we will return.

Wildfire is in my top 10 restaurants. The food is always excellent, and I've always had good service. They are always extremely busy, and you have to make a reservation at least 3 weeks in advance, if it is a busy holiday or special day. Otherwise, at least 1-2 weeks in advance if you want a specific time slot. Without a reservation, I've been told at times it will be an hour and a half wait for a table, and that was during the off hours, like 1:00 p.m. on a Monday afternoon. However, with a reservation, I've always been seated on time and have never had to wait because they're running behind. It is rather pricey, as most entrees only come with one side, so if you want a starch and and a vegetable, you will pay extra. Steaks I've ordered were always cooked to perfection and were of excellent quality. Other specials were also very good. Cocktails are done very well. Desserts are made in house and are also very good. I belong to the frequent diner program, and it is well worth it to join.

My family has been going here for years. We have our favorite waiter Jorge who treats us like royalty when we’re there. He takes very good care of us, never and empty glass or dirty dish on the table the whole time we’re seated. We love Jorge and his spectacular service. We love Wildfires food and drinks, always consistent and delicious! Great staff and atmosphere every time we’re there is a great experience. We will see you next time again as well
as for many more delicious years to come! Keep up the greatness Wildfire!

I would now recommend anyone to go here on Valentine’s Day. I had a reservation for 8:30. We were led into a small room that was stuffed to capacity with small tables for two. We were so close to the other table that I did not feel comfortable enough to have a personal with my husband. I also felt very rushed throughout my entire visit.

Environment was subpar. We were crammed into a room full of tables. Resulting in an experience that was lacking in any sort of class or luxurious ambiance. Steak we received was cooked from medium to well done.. very confusing for a restaurant that prides itself in being able to cook a damn steak! Get it together, let’s go!

Food was excellent (trio of Filet medallions x 2) and service was very good. Restaurant was very crowded, lots of people waiting for their tables - but it was Valentine's Day. Venue is starting to show wear and tear maybe an update and an expasion?

Overall a really good experience.

OVERALL. great value for the quality and quantity of food. Service is excellent, friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that the tables are so close together, its loud and no decor on the tables make it feel like a casual place instead of a special night out (we went on Valentine's Day) .
