An excellent evening all around! The meal and drinks were perfect. Service was spot on - attentive but not intrusive.

Great service, outstanding food, and the Best Martini I've had in a long time! Our friends both ordered the Turkey Burger which they said was great, and my wife and I shared a Cheeseburger and the special of fried Ahi Tuna appetizer - so good! We substituted the spinach versus fries, and it was so convenient that the waiter offered to bring our food already split in two on separate plates so we did not have to do it ourselves - very classy! I ordered a Martini and it was the largest sized I've received in years and worth the money. When I made the reservation on OpenTable I requested a booth, and sure enough, a booth was ready for us! All-in-all a wonderful visit and we'll be back. We were going to the nearby movie theatre and this Wildfire is literally half of a minute away and had convenient parking.

Been to this location many times with no problems. This time, service was lousy. It was mid afternoon, so not terribly busy. We were seated for 15 mins before anyone acknowledged us at all. Server said "no one told her", yet we saw her visiting tables well within view. Offered free soup or free dessert. Um, no. If we weren't ordering it, why would we want it cuz it's free?

I would recommend this restaurant for just salads and burgers! I Ordered a bone in ribeye streak and it was not good!! There was no bone in my Bone in ribeye! Our server was terrific and very helpful! Mentioned it to the manager and she didn’t care much and told us the cuts they get have a very small bone. Don’t call it a Bone in ribeye then.

Great for all things steak. Service is wonderful, steaks come out just the way they’re ordered. Double baked potato is a sleeper. Don’t go for a quiet meal, the place is loud!

The restaurant is nice, but I expected it to be more upscale. It felt like a normal chain restaurant, but with higher quality food and prices. Semi tacky decor and had to wait despite having a reservation. Server was good and food was pretty good. Just had higher overall expectations based on reviews.

Chicken sandwich which came with fries was both served cold and very dry. Obviously overcooked. Fries were cold and soggy. Fortunately the management did not charge me for it.

I've eaten at this Wildfire location on several occasions; but this time the experience was very much sub-par. I ordered my usual turkey burger, which I an almost positive was beef. It was thrown together and falling apart because the bun was soaking wet with over ripe tomatoes, excessive roasted onions, etc. I would have sent it back, but was with a client and didn't want to make a fuss; and our server just had too many tables.

I’m a true fan of Wildfire. I live locally and it’s my favorite place to dine, especially for lunch with good friends. Your servers are excellent. I go to Glenview too. But like your restaurant better for overall quality. So glad you’re in Lincolnshire!

Been here many times and always good service but not on Sunday. Had ribs and was never offered bowl for bones or wet napkin for messy hands. Our server “disappeared”for long periods of time and nowhere to be found. I have never complained about anyone, but just had to this time!!

This was my first visit to Wildfire. I really liked the menu choices. The breads are very good. I could have made a meal with just the cornbread!
I had the Sunday Special which was a turke dinner. It was very good!
I plan to return and soon!

I've been here dozens of times, and the food is always very good; no exception this time. My only "gripe" was our server was a bit abrupt, not unfriendly though. When we asked for gluten free menu, our server asked "why, does someone have a gluten allergy?" Um, none of your business, but, yes...Otherwise, everything was very good; in fact, I ordered the 10 oz. prime rib, and I actually thought it looked bigger than 10 oz. Not too fatty either. Filet with shrimp was decent, although filet was slightly overcooked, and tender, but not super tender like you'd expect from a filet.

My second bad experience at this location within a two week span. Filet Medallions were raw in the middle both times, I reserved a booth and 4 of us were crammed into a small booth when there were at least 8 larger booths available, salads came before appetizers, dishes weren't cleared from the table at all, but beer glasses were taken away with no offer of bringing another beer. I love WIldfire, but will never visit this location again.

We have been members of leye for years I did not request my usual seating in the bar. the booths were all but one empty and they would not seat us in one. But it only got worse after that.
Our Waitress, was not at all engaged in taking care of us, "Kim" was her name. Our food was not hot .my friends drink was not good ,we sent that back. The crowning blow was we felt rushed ,she keep taking dishes with food and we were still eating. I have never ,never experienced a night out at WILD FIRE like this EVER. We both came home exhausted and very hungry. This was so unbelievable for Wild Fire. I am still in shock and it was only Monday.

Wildfire used to be the go-to spot. It had great, high quality food and a good atmosphere. I've been there twice in two months and I have to say the food quality has gone down significantly. The salad lettuce was soft, not crisp, and not very cold. The ribs that were once fall off the bone were fatty. The steak trio had a piece that looked old and tasted the same. I didn't have a great food experience the last time I was there and thought we should try it again. Same experience. It's disappointing. Time to update the menu and food quality.

while the food was excellent as is usual at Wildfire, the 45 minute wait past our reservation time was completely unacceptable and no reason or apology was given. We ordered an appetizer and the martini flight, both which took a long time to arrive at the table, with our meal being served less than 10 minutes later, even though we had ordered our entrees at least 10 minutes after the appetizer and drinks order was placed I feel as though we were being rushed through our meal since we didn't get seated until 9pm and the restaurant closes at 10

Although we had a reservation, we weren't seated until 50 minutes after our reservation. They definitely overbooked. Once we did get seated, we were treated like royalty. They definitely made up for their overbooking by offering a free salad or appetizer, as well as giving us 5-star service. Unfortunately, there wasn't a fish I liked on the menu, so the fish I ordered didn't satisfy my desire. Other than that, I was very happy with the dining experience.

Busy Saturday night, we had to wait about 45 min after our reservation to be seated, but there were a couple large private parties going on so no biggie. A manager acknowledged it immediately after we were seated and offered an appetizer on the house. They handled it well.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in the door at 5:45 and be seated immediately! We did have a 5:45 reservation but the waiting area was very full.
Our server was very energetic and helpful. We had mentioned we were celebrating 3 birthdays and she even brought 3 complimentary desserts.
We love the filet mignon Wellington that is only prepared on Saturdays and it was delicious as usual!

They overbooked their reservations and we had to stand for 45 minutes in the entrance which was freezing. I think most reservations were running 30 minutes behind. Once they finally called our reservation they put us in a side room that was also freezing. The manager did apologize and offered a couple appetizers, but they really need to manage their reservations better.
