Our waiter was amazing, service top notch! Calamari was yummy, the special Door County Apple pie delicious! Two people in our group, however, ordered the Steak Salad and both of us thought the meat was really not the caliber we would expect at Wildfire. Have had the salad previously at other Wildfire locations and it was far superior. The meat was stringy and fatty to the point where I stopped eating it. Not sure if you changed something or if this was just a bad cut. Otherwise we had a lovely lunch. Thanks.
It was great!
Consistently good service, love the prime rib and the Farro Island salmon special!
As always, I can count on Wildfire to be consistent. Food was delicious.
I had the turkey dinner which was dry. The croutons in the stuffing was very hard.
We had 23rd Japanese Chess US Championship tournament at Lincolnshire on April 14 and 15.
We spent very happy days with many friends in US as well as three Professional players from Japan. In the evening of April 15, 18 members out of 50 enjoyed dinner at Wildfire as finish-up meeting. We enjoyed the dinner time a lot.
Food was incredible. The atmosphere was excellent.
I wish I knew the servers name, she was great!!!! food was fantastic as always
Our waiter took our order. He then was never seen again until it was time for the bill which took 15 mins to get after we were done eating. He never even came by to see if we need refills on drinks. 😭
Poor service for our first time being there. For what we ordered and the total we would expect better service. Very unsatisfied.

Food and service were great but the food is really over-priced.
This is a dream come true for anyone needing gluten free options! Warm gluten free bread and gluten free croutons? Yes, please! So nice to be able to select from something besides a garden salad. Excellent for anyone else too!
We go to Wildfire few times a year for birthdays and special occasions. This time the service was not as good as usual (a Thursday night.). Our waiter seemed to be in a rush all night and was not very attentive. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. She got a special treat last year here, but this time our waiter didn’t even bother. At the end of dinner, one of the servers asked my husband if he wanted to take the bone from his bone-in ribeye home! Very weird night.
Flight of martinis is the draw! Steak was served just barely warm. My sons chicken sandwich was undercooked (red in the center). Probably not again.
Love the Wildfire Chopped Salad. The fish entree is always superb.
We waited over 45 minutes AFTER our reservation time to get a table. Obviously there is nothing that they can do to speed diners up and they cannot control when people leave. There were a few large business groups that were taking up a lot of tables. But a 7:30 reservation time on a TUESDAY night should not have to wait until 8:15 to sit down. A free appetizer or dessert would have been a nice comp to say thank you for your patience and waiting so long, but the manager said nothing and wasn't present in the lobby after one gentleman was getting quite upset. He left the young host and hostess to handle all the angry people- which was pretty sad and unprofessional of him. The hosts and hostesses were very apologetic and nice, but unable to do anything about the situation.
Food was outstanding as usual! Amy did a fantastic job and accommodated our special requests. Will be back again soon!
My 3rd visit to one of the Wildfire locations - consistently good. Great ambience and décor (art deco), great menu, great service, and great food. A true Chicago supper club experience, at a moderate price. The creamed spinach is a must, and the steaks never disappoint.
Service and food always great !!!
Can’t wait to return!!
We went with friends and used out $25 certificates.
Steaks were over cooked. By the time the waiter came back to table, others in our party were finished with their meal. Asked for more water and never received.
Usually have great food and experience, but not this time. New staff in kitchen??? Spent 2 hours sitting . Food mediocre for the price.
Service was excellent, food was delicious
it was great as always! the steaks were cooked perfectly and we love the Greek salad- we're so happy they brought it back
Both of us have been to this restaurant numerous times and that is why we chose to meet here. The food was as we expected. I would say I had a difficult time to find foods that highlighted less fat, sauced foods, which is how the menus has been forever. Even the bread selections haven't changed - same white roll (disgusting), sweet dark flour roll and corn bread. Served with butter. I would get rid of the white roll and replace it with a smaller, more robust white roll with a crunchy exterior (people love white bread) and keep the others - I suspect these are fan favorites. How about adding some type of crunchy appetizer (vegetables w/hummus?) along with their traditional appetizers? The tuna appetizer was yummy! I had salmon that was overdone, but tasty and served with lemon wedges w/Bernaise sauce on the side. The wild rice had dried fruit in it; was expecting savory and not sweet. My friend had turkey dinner and she loved it. Wish they had small dessert options that are less fat/sweet, consider some type of fruit option that is not so sweet. The service was impeccable. We probably over-said; the restaurant became busy and we were thick into our visit. The waitress was very considerate; never felt pressure to wrap it up. Overall, good food and great service.
One of my favorite places for steak etc. service was great, food was awesome as usual. Can’t go wrong with whatever option you choose.
We met another couple prior to a movie. We were able to sit in the bar area and order dinner without any hassles or issues. The service was terrific. It is no wonder that Wildfire has been busy every time we have been there.
Food is good and consistent. Service is usually very good and last Saturday night was no exception. We were in the back room which is quieter than the main dining room. The one thing about Wildfire is that it always seems so busy that I don’t find it very relaxing. Steaks are awesome; seafood usually prepared very well. We don’t often get an appetizer because the
entrees come with sides and it’s usually more than enough food (unless you want to bring home leftovers—then get one of their salads which are also very good). We LOVE that they can safely accommodate people with Celiac Disease as we have 2 in our family with the disease. Wildfire and most Lettuce Entertainment restaurants do a great job training their staffs in this regard.
Shrimp cocktail, chopped salad, filet all outstanding in quality. However restaurant is a bit pricey.
Great place to hang out and catch up with friends. Food is consistently very good and always can have a great meal.
My wife and I went out for a nice Friday night. We picked Wildfire, a place we go to about three times a year, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We arrived a little early and enjoyed drinks at the bar. Then we were seated in a booth, as we requested, and enjoyed our food. We both had a caesar salad which was fresh and good tasting. The bread basket was great especially the cornbread. Our entrees were delicious. My wife had the mushroom encrusted park chops and loved them. She says they were very tender and flavorful. I had the prime rib which was done perfectly and tasty. We shared a cherry pie and ice cream for desert and it was a nice finish to our night. We will be back!
We have been to wildfire many times and love it. We went this past Friday for my daughter's bday. Horrible service and food took awhile. The lady waiting on us didn't seem interested at all in taking care of us. This is the first time we have had a bad experience.
The food and service was good as always
Very accommodating of our disabled son. Attentive. Great food. Seated quickly. Not close to enough parking.
Always consistent. very good food and excellent service
.
Always superb at Wildfire! Love the food and ambience.
Birthday lunch, great waiter, great food, free yummy dessert. This is my FAVORITE place for lunch and dinner!
We had a great dinner! The spinach kale salad and salmon are our favorites!
Family Easter Dinner:
Great service, food and ambiance for our large and age-diverse group!
Hi. We always liked Wildfire. However, the last 2 times we have been there the prime rib was subpar. Not tender and juicy at all. The sevice was excellent! I am not sure if we will be coming back. So sad to say.
Had a 1:15 reservation for Easter Sunday. Was pleasantly surprised to be seated on time. Busy but under control.
Table service was excellent as usual.
5 different entrees. Everyone was happy with their food and desserts.
Look forward to our next trip.
The food was not as good as our previous meals at Wildfire. Somewhat overpriced.
