Had the trio filet with red mashed potatoes. Everything was perfect!
Henny, our long time server really makes our dining experience wonderful
Table bread not very fresh, roasted veggies over cooked, steak cooked too long......overall I would expect better food quality, service was great-food not so great!
I have been to wildfire on multiple occasions and I am rarely disappointed. Staff service was great from the start to the finish. We were seated at a booth towards the kitchen area and I for one was amazed that the wait staff could be buzzing around so much without bumping into each other. My prime rib was very good, my wife had the pork chops and our only complaint was that they were a bit dried out and tough. Next time we go we will stick with the beef.
Birthday for 2 of 3 guests.
I always have looked forward to dining at Wildfire. I was unfortunately, disappointed with my lunch. I ordered the coconut shrimp. The breading was pressed on and was mushy. Probably the worst coconut shrimp I've ever had. My mother was treating so I did not want to complain about my meal.
Service was initially good, appetizer, bread and drinks were prompt. However, main dishes felt very delayed. Steak was under cooked and while they did rectify this, and even provided a new side with the steak when it was re-cooked, meal just didn’t taste right.
Excellent as usual.
I am a big fan of Wildfire! However, of the various times I have visited, this was my least favorite. I ordered the prime rib, regular cut, medium rare. The cut of meat was not at the standards I normally experience at Wildfire. Way below average. Both my wife and my side dishes were room temp. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and this was disappointing. On the other hand, our service was great!
Had a reservation for 7. Was not seated until 7:20. Had to stand in overpacked entrance for over 25 minutes since we arrived at 6:55. While service was prompt when seated, food was not what it has been on previous visits. Prime Rib too marbled, salmon overdone. Best part was salad and how can that be wrecked? Very disappointing since we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Will definitely not return to Lincolnshire location and don’t trust that other locations would be any better for the price.
It was awesome as always.
It was a really disappointing trip to Wildfire. Our service was poor, my steak was undercooked, and our table felt like it was in the way. There are way too many tables crammed into the restaurant. They didn’t acknowledge my birthday, even though it was noted on Open Table. Why ask the occasion if your not going to pay attention. I’ll choose a different restaurant next year, and I think this one is off the list for every day dining. For the price and lack of service, I would have been better off at a chain steak restaurant... Without the exceptional service you would expect with the price tag, Wildfire is really nothing special anymore.
The atmosphere was nice, but the food wasn’t that great. My waitress talked really fast while telling us the specials, she seemed annoyed. The only time I saw her smile was at the end when we left her a good tip. I wouldn’t go again based on this experience.
The service was great the food was good.
The Lincolnshire location is our regular one. They always have 3-4 fish options, though some quite expensive, they are very tasty.
I wish their corn bread would not be not spicy and the creamed spinach used to be better in the past.
The service is always very attentive.
Food is always good. Service was mediocre!
We love this place for special family time. Good food. Great variety. Excellent service.
We enjoy the Halibut every year and this year was perfect as usual!
The service was very slow. We had to ask for bread after the wait staff said that they would bring it right out. The server wrapped up each of our leftovers one at a time -going into the kitchen and back out with our wrapped up food - making for a very slow departure for 8 of us. I'm presuming it was just very busy that day at 12:15. The food was delicious as usual. We normally come in earlier and will likely go back to that scenario.
Birthday. Waitstaff a bit rigid. Asked for manager and he was flexible and made me happy re: use of my gift card. I like people who can think outside the box. I can’t understand how the restaurant could tell their staff they’re not allowed to use their 100. gift certificate at the time of purchase plus make consumer wait until Jan-April to use the 25. card. One card to wait on is enough otherwise you’re being too greedy.
Chicken Moreno was delish
Great burgers and the soups were terrific.
Wonderful attentive service
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at this restaurant. Food was cold and service was deplorable.
Wildfire is always consistent and does a great job of pleasing the customer!
Always excellent in every way. Very enjoyable. Some had their first dinner and would return.
The coconut shrimp was overdone and not very tasty. I would not order it again.
As usual Wildfire delivers quality food and wonderful service. I have asked for a booth in the past and they gave me one even tho I forgot to request it. I mentioned it was a birthday and a delicious, warm lava cake w/vanilla ice cream was brought to the table. You can always count on a great evening at Wildfire!
Not as good as usual. Double baked potato had more horseradish than usual. Char Ribeye bland and this is our usual go to dish
Excellent waiter and good food!
Food was great. Chose restaurant because my kids have gluten and dairy allergies and the restaurant has an entire menu for GF guests. Makes them feel less restricted. Server very observant of needs and followed up quickly with kitchen about preparations. Great family night out.
My wife and I always go here for our wedding anniversary and had a great meal, this time the food was burnt and the potatoes were not totally cooked. Only thing, that was good was the waiter.
Great Food and Service (David) highly recommended.
The food and service was excellent. Our server, Amy, was very knowledgeable about the whole menu and the surprise birthday dessert was delicious.
Seems to have gone downhill in the 2 years since we were last there. No ‘wow’ factor anymore with service, food or ambiance. So loud we couldn’t hear people at our table talking.
We sat in a booth in the bar area. Cassie was our server. She was not attentive. She was busy folding dish towels etc instead of watching her tables. We had to wait quite a bit of time to order. When asked if we were ready we said 2 minutes. I ordered the Wildorf salad. It does not come with Parmesan cheese. Nor did I ask for any. However there were bits of Parmesan cheese throughout the salad. This is unacceptable as I'm allergic to Parmesan. My tongue started to stink and swell. I didn't think I had to tell them about the allergy as the salad described did not include the cheese. The manager came over and explained that the chef making the salad must have had Parmesan on her gloves and it fell into my salad. (It was mixed throughout the salad). The restaurant should hire people who take cross contamination seriously! Won't be back.
Everything was great just loud. Hard to talk and hear.
Everything at Wildfire was extremely good. I think it is a good value for the money and our server was excellent!
They forgot to put the grilled chicken in the Grilled Chicken Wildorf Salad.
Food and service was great as usual
Great service. Great food. They accommodated our party of 9 with ease and everything was top notch. We will always go back and always recommend to friends to go to Wildfire.
