Had a very nice meal with my wife and son. Could never go wrong with a Filet, mashed potatoes and chopped salad at Wildfire.
Wonderful dinner, as always! Kevin was a great waiter.
Monday is fried chicken night!
We were seated in the room on the far side of the bar. It was nice and quite. I tried something different this time; I went with the Monday Nighty Special of southern fried chicken. It was well breaded, moist, and cooked to perfection. A really good choice.
Great experience again at Wildfire. Our wait staff was a little off today, forgetting things, needed a couple reminders. Otherwise everything was great.
Seems more interested in quantity than taste. Lots of salad and entree but generally under seasoned. Pricey.
French fryer needs new cooking oil. Wine was delivered in a dirty glass. Sticky. Received an other wine with an apology from the waitress.
Restaurant was slammed. Food was delivered quickly.
Amanda was a fantastic server.
Wildfire Glenview has always been a favorite restaurant for an excellent dinner. Love the filet mignon medallion trio.
Great! Table was available on time and the service was excellent from beginning to end. The ribeye medallions were outstanding!
Great relaxing dinner after several stressful days dealing with family health issues. Our meals were perfectly prepared. While the desserts were very tempting we were to full to partake. Our server paced the meal perfectly and did not make us feel rushed. We definetly will return when in the Glenview area. We always enjoy dinning at any Wildfire restaurant, it is always an enjoyable experience.
Great night with friends and awesome food!
Celebrated a birthday and two 50th anniversaries, great food and service.
Favorite place great menu. Food prepared as ordered. We were not rushed when wanting to take a leisurely Friday lunch. Always look forward to returning
Went to Wildfire Glenview on back to back nights. Restaurant remains one of the few places you could have a different meal 7 straight days and be equally satisfied each time. The Wednesday night special, Manhattan Strip steak, is one of the best values at any upper end restaurant in the Chicago area. Brings back memories of the Spit Roasted New York strip that the restaurant featured when it first opened.
love this restaraunt
Great hostess! Great waiter. Great food. What else can be said?
Amanda was awesome - thank you
Great Food and Great Service but Overpriced at Wildfire - Glenview - We had a wonderful experience at Wildfire - Glenview. The food and service were wonderful. However, it was really pricey. We were a party of 4 and we had 2 bottles of wine for the four of us - each bottle was $50 and that was on the lower price side of the menu (individual glasses would have been more expensive than the bottle), two fish dinners - medium priced at $29, one beef wellington which a bit more expensive at $42, and a skirt steak at $32, some soup, no appetizers and no dessert. Total bill with tip was $350, or $175 per couple. That was much more expensive than I thought it would be so for that reason, we will most likely seek an alternative dining venue.
Always a great experience! Excellent food and service!
Everything was great! It was my birthday and it was a wonderful celebration with a wonderful waitress.
The duck was not good.
I would recommend Wildfire, but I would discourage ordering the chopped salad. We have ordered it for many years, and the quality continues to decline. The cheese was absent, chicken portion was small. The quality of the chicken was poor. Tasted as if it was last week's leftovers. Seasoning on the chicken was odd and heavy. The salad dressing did not meet the quality or taste we are accustomed. It was thick and heavily seasoned. In the past it was more delicate. At a minimum we will not order or recommend the chopped salad, if we return at all.
Birthday celebration. This is one of our favorite restaurants. The dining experience is consistently a pleasurable one.
We were a party of 8 who all ordered something different. Everyone was very happy with their food and drinks. Service was excellent. All servers pleasant and efficient.
Only small downside was that the table for 8 people was really small and it was hard to even find space for all the glasses and dishes.
The food is great and the service is as excellent as always. Diana is my favorite waitress. She's great, fast, and attentive.
Excellent service. Very good food. Ambiance just OK, they seated us in a back room, and this is after making a reservation 2 days in advance, and confirming our reservation the day before.
This used to be my favorite restaurant but nothing has changed in the last ten years...except the prices. If I’m going to spend over $100, it has to be amazing food or I want to feel special. Didn’t feel either. I will go back but it’s fallen down the list.
Johnathan did a good job, the restaurant was a little noisy
Server Mitch was amazing and had excellent customer service. Food was outstanding
Consistently great food and service.
Being frequent guests of the restaurant for several years, in that the menu offerings have not changed very much, it would be great if Wildfire could offer more vegetarian options. Under sandwiches, perhaps Avocado Toast with Poached Eggs (or optional egg type), veggie bowl, and like. For fish, “wild salmon” should be considered given all the health concerns about farm raised salmon. Need more healthy options.
Good, but not great overall.
