A fan of Wildfire going back 20 years. Always said it would be my choice were I living overseas (as I did for years) and passed through for one night only. That hasn't changed. Whether Eden Prairie or Chicagoland or Washington DC, it's simply fantastic. Great choices, perfectly cooked. Something for everyone and portions that won't disappoint. Can't say enough about it other than how sad I am that my nearest location is 700 air miles away from my home.

Everything was great including the young talent associate being trained in. He did a nice job and should be a valuable addition to your team. Thanks

Although we normally love Wildfire, this time the food was a little subpar. My steak was over cooked (medium instead of medium rare) and my son’s medallions came our medium-well instead of medium. Definitely not the great steaks we’ve come to love from Wildfire.

Food was solidly good, not outstanding though, esp for the price. Filet was cooked properly but could have used more salt, roasted veg were good, scallop appetizer was pretty under whelming- baked scallop with bacon wrap and a sauce on the side... meh. Again cooked properly but lacked flavor/seasonings.
Service was solid, but nothing to rave about.
Ambiance... IMO the place could use a refresh, getting dated. There’s so much good about wildfire but needs some TLC to stay competitive with the oodles of other expensive steak places. Perhaps a facelift of interior and trim-teach the kitchen staff is in order and/or price drop?!
$180 for 2 ppl to have two steak dinners, no upcharges, 1 app and two rounds of drinks is a bit crazy for suburbia.

We celebrated our daughters birthday. Meal was very late in arriving to our table. Manager came over and made it right immediately without even a prompt for us. It was awesome customer service and the reason why we continue to celebrate at that restaurant. The food and desserts were perfect.

Wildfire can make a sandwich an extraordinary culinary experience. They know beef, and the prime rib au jus sandwich was perfect. We took it a little easy this time around, but Wildfire makes every meal a special occasion.

While we have dined at Wildfire many times in the past this was not a time that was good.
The food was not up to the usual standards that we have enjoyed and the side dishes
were cold. It was Easter and of course very busy but for the price I doubt we will return
any more. Too many other choice restaurants around to make this a stop again.

I think it’s a bummer that wildfire does not serve breakfast on Easter Sunday. (it was my fault that I did not see any type of alert on OpenTable telling me this). Aside of that, we usually have great experiences at wildfire. Normally the food that we order is always top notch and the service is always top notch. We went to wildfire for Easter Sunday brunch, and our food was mediocre at best. Warm but not hot, and our server was not very attentive. I felt like the waitstaff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Water glasses did not get refilled etc. etc. I hate to complain, but I know that wildfire is capable of way better food and service then this. I just thought you should know what we experienced on Sunday. It was a total cluster. 😕

Ordered Porterhouse Steak to be prepared Medium Rare, we were brought a cut that was well done. We sent it back and asked for a new steak - we were subsequently brought a piece of rare steak that was cold and extremely undercooked. We sent it back again and they brought out the same piece of steak - it was the WORST piece of meat I have ever had in a restaurant setting. Zero seasoning, zero flavor, and a terrible cut even if it was cooked appropriately as it was a centimeter thick. We didn’t swallow a bite and gave it back. Huge letdown for a celebratory night. Biggest waste of $50 on a steak.

Always great - we stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. My wife’s French dip sandwich was perfect and hit the spot. I had the coconut chicken salad and it made me wish it wasn’t a special, it should be on the menu! Our server was exceptional and even was really into our conversation that my wife and I shared with her. This is always a great experience for us.

Celebrated my daughters 2 year cancer free point! She had the filet mignon...nothing was too good for her!
Amazing waitress. We didn’t care for the corn bread they served and asked about the onion bread we’ve always gotten in the past...she served it right up!
LOVE Wildfire! Need another one in the northern twin cities area!
