Wildfire - Eden Prairie
A wonderful double birthday celebration. Filet trio and special barbeque shrimp were both lovely. Service was professional and attentive...don't miss the chopped salad to share with 2-3 people! Definitely a keeper for special occasions; there are sandwiches and salads at lower price-points if you don't want to go high-end!
Wonderful atmosphere to have a Birthday celebration.
Even with a precocious 1-year old, we were sat in the main dining room. And our server was the epitome of professional and kind. She offered great options for our son - mac & cheese with apple sauce and apple juice was a big winner. Then being Friday during Lent she senses our fish focus and gave us great menu and specials options too. The manager came by to check in and said he had kids and made us feel welcomed, not a distraction to other guests. The food, as always, was fabulous in taste and quantity. The special crusted cod was a hit and the coconut shrimp was tasty and filling. A great meal on all fronts. And even better was putting in an OpenTable reservation just 30 minutes before. We will be back.
There were 4 of us celebrating a birthday - our last outing in public due to coronavirus. Service was excellent - our server was Leticia. She was so helpful and prompt and easily answered all our questions. Wildfire is one of our favorite restaurants and never disappoints.
Very nice restaurant for quiet get-togethers or group gatherings. Our table was nicely set and the staff took care in making sure we were comfortable. Our group of 8 was able to share a couple appetizers and a house salad. All very good.
The only slight downside, is the main entrees seem to be a little expensive (maybe i'm just cheap) but the overall value for the experience probably evens everything out.
I do recommend Wildfire as a nice place to go for a good dining experience. Enjoy.
Food and service were amazing! A little quiet in there due to recent events.
Had the walleye which is very good. Love their mashed potatoes and creamed spinach!!!!
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and have always gone to Wildfire.
Unfortunately, the food was served room temperature. I ordered the cod and was very disappointed not only that is was not hot, but there was more salty breading than fish. The fish looked more like a a Tilapia because it was a thin piece of meat. Usually cod is thicker.
My husband had prime rib and au gratin potatoes. Prime rib was hot on the end, but tough and cool in the middle. Potatoes were also cool and dry on the top.
The food is always so good. Quality and great selection. Prime Rib is fabulous.
Wildfire use to be our favorite place to go and celebrate something special. I feel it is more rushed and not as great of food as it’s been in past years. Not sure this will be our destination for our next celebration.
Our waiter, Casey, was excellent. Very attentive and personable. Looking forward to returning soon and will definitely ask for Casey if he's there. We loved the crab cake, chopped salad, hamburger and fries.
Love this restaurant. We make it a point to get there every time we are in Minnesota.
Food was amazing. As was the service, our waiter went out of his way to explain the menu to me (as I was the only one who hasn’t dined there before)
I had the filet trio and they were done to perfection. The mash potato topped one was spectacular.
One of our favorite places to dine. Food is dependably really good, service is always good and the cocktails are well prepared and poured. Good neighborhood place to go and enjoy food and relax.
Our favorite family restaurant.
Great food and atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.
Staff was not all on the same page, and it showed to the customer. Packed house on a Saturday night and we were seated in the large event room for overflow seating. While the food is the same, and we were seated right away, getting seated in a quite half empty room that is usually used for private parties is not the experience I was looking for. There was confusion from the host, constantly going to seat people at one table, but the manager or server kept moving them to a different table. With the room we were in, it was very distracting. While not the restaurants fault, I always get thrown off when I am wearing clothes for a night out and someone comes in with flip flops and sweatpants. That, combined with the mall end location, this was not what I expected; especially for the price that was paid.
The food was amazing. Our waiter was attentive. We really enjoy dining here. An additional perk was birthday dollars from Lettuce Entertain You!
Fantastic service and delicious food.
Wildfire is our go to spot for great steaks and seafood in the suburbs...we had an issue with an overcooked filet...our server, and the manager were beyond attentive to make it right..a classy place with well trained personable staff...absolutely no complaints!!
Excellent service and excellent brunch!
Excellent as always! Never disappoints, great food and atmosphere
The food was good and the service was nice.
I have been to WildFire several times and have had no complaints. The service is wonderful. But, this time was unacceptable. I ordered a chicken club sandwich on a gluten free bun. The chicken was served raw. Pink in the middle. I was absolutely grossed out!!! I’m thankful I didn’t get sick. With this said, the waiter and manager were extremely apologetic and took care of our $80 meal. I hope that the manager spoke with the chef who prepared my chicken breast to prevent it from happening again.
A delightful dinner in all respects. The Sunday Special -- Roast Turkey -- is the best thing since sliced bread. But gauging how many people at tables around ours also knew about this great choice but found it sold out was sad to see, and we placed our order at 6PM and got the last two portions! Maybe plan to roast more birds???
Fabulous as always. We were in a private room so the noise level was minimal compared to the main restaurant.
Family loves this place. Not too lax, and not too stuffy...
My food was overcooked. Ordered medium rare and received well done. Server didn't come back for me to tell her about it until much later. We were sitting in a back room which is quieter. The main room is overwhelmingly loud.
Always a great environment and wonderful food!! Service is spectacular.
Service was quite slow. We waited almost an hour for our lunch despite the restaurant being nearly empty.
One of our favorite places for lunch or dinner, with friends or just the two of us
We went to dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. At the front desk we had to remind them we needed a GF menu, at the table our server didn’t know I was GF until he saw the menu. He did ask who’s birthday it was, we told him. But at the end of our meal he brought out the dessert tray forgetting we had a birthday. Then he brought the wrong bill. We loved our food and we will continue to go to Wildfire because it’s one of our favorite places to eat...
A dinner with friends. Food was very good but it usually is. Waitress was exceptional with good knowledge and was a treat to have.
Great food, service, ambiance and value. Recommend booth in bar area, classy place.
The wait staff at this restaurant are outstanding!
I have ate at this place dozens of times. The food seems to be going down hill a bit. I ordered a filet medium rare and it was dry and chewy.
Great food great service!
Great time as always! Favorite place for special celebrations!
