Sunday special is turkey dinner. By 7 pm they were all out and that specifically is why the three of us went. We ate well and enjoyed it but we had a taste for turkey

We’ve been to Wildfire multiple times. This time was our worst trip. Our waitress was VERY slow with all parts of our meal. For example, the gluten free bread I had to ask for specifically (usually they notice you have a GF menu and get the bread for you) came after my entree was out the second time. (My entree had two mistakes both caused by server error.)

We will return one more time due to the extensive GF menu and most of the staff. However, I will ask for different waitstaff if seated in this waitress’s are.

I love the cocktails stormy night is my favorite. They also have great loaded baked potatoes but this time it wasn’t cooked well, still hard in the middle . Quite upsetting. I asked for mashed potatoes instead but Our waiter must have forgot . Other than that everything was great .

The only complaint I have is the season on the food, if it had been more seasoned everything would have been perfect.

We drive 150 miles a couple times a year just to go to Wildfire. It is our favorite 'go to' dining establishment in Chicago . While not cheap, it is not as expensive as some Chicago restaurants and the food is fantastic. My husband had a filet that was as good as any he has ever had. I had the macadamia crusted halibut and it was outstanding.

The restaurant tends to be busy and a bit chaotic as the evening advances but again, it is a great restaurant, I would expect it to be busy. You will see families and sometimes people will dine in shorts. Not appropriate in my opinion, but it happens. Smart casual is perfect for this relaxed atmosphere.

We highly recommend Wildfire for a great meal. If you like the simple things like a good steak, this is the place to go.

We had a family dinner...very good experience. Our server Mindy was excellent. We have a granddaughter with food allergies and she was very proactive in helping us what she could or could not eat. She even helped us out with some dental floss. She made a great night that much better.

I came in town from Atlanta, for my son's 34th birthday. He suggested that we go somewhere nice, this was a great choice. He enjoyed everything from the timing of our food delivery, to the special happy birthday cake at the end. He now knows to order the filet mignon medium well. Thank you much love Ms Jack's & Jeremy

Wildfire is always good, although our food was just slightly off the mark, this time.
This is the first time - in about ten visits- when the food was fairly bland.
Overall, however, we had a wonderful time. The service is always top notch and the
martini flights were very good to those in our party who drink.
Wildfire is still one of my favorites.

We hadn’t been to Wildfire in several years so we were looking forward to dining there with a friend. The place looks exactly the same which we loved. A real steakhouse vibe. We had excellent service. The steaks however were mediocre at best. We had the petite filets and while they were cooked to medium rare as ordered they were not hot and were dry. We did not like the au jus and bread on the plate but while it moistened the meat it was reminiscent of a hot beef sandwich taste wise. There was not much flavor in the meat itself and my steak had a weird outer layer that was difficult to cut through. We’ve had better steaks everywhere else we’ve been in Chicago and elsewhere.

Service was amazing and very helpful. Excellent drinks, delicious bread, tastefully prepared calamari and the entrees were perfectly cooked and delicious. So stuffed, we had no room for dessert. 6:15 reservation was perfect to then make it to the theater for an 8:00 p.m. show.
