Great place for quality meal!
Always a pleasure
Great atmosphere. Variety on the menu to fit our party of 10. Love the salads and martini menu!!!
It was my thrid time I visited Wildfire, it was always good but this time it was awesome. We´d the salmon baked on a piece of cedar! Delicoius, more words would make it smaller. See you next year, to RSNA, latest.
We went for my Girlfriend’s birthday and everything was perfect. The food was great, our waiter Don S was awesome, and the manager was so nice. They really treated her (and myself) incredibly and made the birthday night 10x better.
Great food! Great atmosphere. We had a great time. Love the Christmas decor.
Our 2nd visit to WildFire with last visit quite a few years ago. We thought it was better then when compared to this visit. My filet was done correctly (medium rare), but wasn’t very tasty (I can do better at home). Side of broccoli was pretty tasteless as well & wasn’t done enough. Dessert (fruit with cookie crumbles?) was nothing special. Service was very good. So, don’t think we’ll return to this restaurant in the future.
Great food .friendly experienced staff. Always consistent
We have visited Wildfire a number of times and look forward to enjoying the great food and service. This time we were seated at a table not a booth and the noise and conduct of guests at neighboring tables (especially young children) was bothersome and distracted from our enjoyment of a good meal and family time.
Candice was our server and was excellent in her service. The entire staff is outstanding
The cocktails were nasty costly. Ordered a tequila sunrise that was weak and same for the Mai Tai....Barbecue chicken was just okay..not enough appetizers to choose from..Won't ever dine here again and the bill was hefty.
Didn't like the seating waiters walking over my head with food trays aisle were very narrow
Great waiter and service. Food all fine but over priced.
The Thanksgiving meal was a mixed experience. We enjoyed the evening and had good service, but there were issues with freshness and food temperature. The vegetables for the dip looked old (e.g. wilted celery with brown edges, slimy cucumber, dry carrots, etc.) and didn't taste very good. We asked for fresh ones but they weren't any better. The deviled eggs had a crust on top, indicating they'd been sitting out for quite a while. The cornbread was very good and was by far the best appetizer of the three. The turkey was good, but the sides were cold. We thought the pumpkin pie was excellent. The wait staff really made an effort to accommodate us when we asked for things on the side due to dietary restrictions. Although I might go back to Wildfire another time, I wouldn't return for the Thanksgiving meal.
Excellent Thanksgiving dinner for 8 people. Food was plentiful, delicious and great quality. Several options with regard to dinner choices, salads, side dishes and desserts. Service was amazing on a very busy nite. This was our third time having Thanksgiving at this restaurant and I could not imagine a more perfect way to celebrate.
Best Thanksgiving dinner you can get ( without COOKING!) Amazing!!!
Always an amazing dining experience! My husband and I enjoyed every single moment and so thrilled we made the decision to have our Thanksgiving dinner there!
We came for Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant really treats gluten free diets right! They provided gluten free cornbread and stuffing for dinner, along with gluten free croutons for the salads. Dessert consisted of pumpkin pie and an amazing chocolate cake!
Great thanksgiving meal. We really enjoyed it
Thanksgiving with family could not have been easier! Although they were cooking for the masses, the food still tasted home made. Excellent service!
Our Thanksgiving meal was very good. Lettuce always puts out delicious food and great service. I know I can count on them ANYTIME I go out to eat. Thanks for the easy and relaxing meal!
This was our third Thanksgiving at Wildfire and they just keep getting better! Fabulous ambience, delicious food and wonderful service!!! Thank you Wildfire!
Thank you Wildfire for making it possible for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving with our sailor.⚓️💙🇺🇸
Absolutely. We would highly recommend this place. Well oiled machine among the staff
We traveled from Milwaukee and we’re staying in Chicago for the night. We used OpenTable to make a reservation and were surprised that the host was expecting us by name when we arrived. We were seated immediately for our family of five, at a round table.
We ordered the coconut shrimp; the beef medallions three ways (go for the horseradish!! Yummy!); the perch; a steak burger; and a kids pizza. Everything was tasty and filling. The sides of green beans were a bit undercooked for some, but I loved them. The creamed spinach was very good as well.
This is a very enjoyed restaurant with something for everyone on the menu. The one criticism we would offer is that some meals are just a bit pricey for what you get; for example the coconut shrimp Is just under $30 for 8 shrimp and a side. The menu could be a little more versatile with pricing.
My wildfire experiences have been great usually but this last visit. the server was horrible and it was hard to get a hold of her at times. It was a busy time and she was just not all there for my table but attentive to other tables with ease.
Jesse and Luiz were great
Good varied menu for multiple generations. Delicious cauliflower crust flatbread.
My absolute favorite restaurant! I came in from Rhode Island to see my kids for Thanksgiving and had to eat at my favorite restaurant. The martini flight is my favorite, along with the filet medallions.
We love Wildfire in the Glen but the city location can't hold a candle to it. The service was abysmal. My portion of fish which my friend had the prior week in the Glen was half the size, my husband and our friend both had lukewarm steaks I won't go back.
We each had the filet mingon wellington. It was absolutely delicious. Our server was attentive. We plan to go back and try some other items on the very full menu.
I think this will be my last time at Wildfire. Nothing really wrong. But nothing really right. And for the price, it ought to be more right than wrong.
Say at the bar. Service and food were both great!
OMG this was awesome - the food we ordered was off the chart - try to season & cook food perfectly & then make it 5x better and that’s what we had. We got lemon pepper chicken and cedar plank teriyaki salmon. Wow! And is course had to finish with the apple pie and ice cream - can’t go wrong with that. Our experience was absolutely amazing - food and service - A+++++++++++++++++++
Service was phenomenal! I was immediately greeted and given the option to wait on my party. We ordered from the bar, sat down within 15 minutes. Our server, had taken our drink order right away and returned for our diner order. I had a party of eight, realized needed more space for unexpected larger party of 11. We we immediately accommodated, with extra table and chairs. Our drinks came in a timely manner. Our server brought us bread and replinished when needed. Our dinner was fast, food came out correctly, except for two items, server caught promptly. They remembered it was Birthday and brought out my desert. Party had several checks and our server was very courteous and professional. Thanks Wildfire for the hospitality and I look forward to being in your house again.
My favorite Wildfire!! Fun and yummy. Awesome service and meal.
My husband and I came here as part of our Chicago weekend getaway, and it was just as good as the last time we had visited. Outstanding service and superior food. my husband had the beef Wellington and said it was the best he’s ever had. It looked delicious, and I’m a vegetarian! Even though I was stuffed, I couldn’t resist the warm chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Luckily, all of the desserts are available in half sized portions!
Had our Anniversary dinner here, overall a great time! Food was very flavorful and the service makes the experience even better! The desserts are very decadent and definitely worth coming back.
