Great good and great service. Always enjoy Wildfire
We live out of state, but every time we are in Chicago (3-4 times a year), we eat at Wildfire. The food and service are always great. We love the salad bowl and the bourbon tips. We also enjoy the wine flight. We'll keep going back again and again.
Went after the Boat show & had early reservation. Wife n I are trying to watch carbs but place was too cool to not enjoy it. Wife had meatballs & I had crab bisque for apps and they were awesome. Went with Prime Rib for entrees and it was amazing. Decided to cheat with Choc creme pie ( split a piece) and it was perfect. Out server was so great , we had a fantastic experience and will be back!

My favorite go to places! I order the horseradish crusted filet & Wildfire chopped salad every time & it’s always amazing!
We had dinner at Wildfire before attending an evening show on a Friday night. We arrived early, with a reservation, about 6PM, and were seated immediately. The food was excellent, particularly the French onion soup and the sirloin steak. Prime ribs were also very good. Wine selection was good, chocolate cream pie for dessert was very good. Service also was very good. Cost was relatively high, but we used a lettuce entertain you gift card to help with it. All in all, a very good dining experience and we will return.
The host was horrible. Definitely not a pleasant experience with her when we first arrived. She also appeared to be upset when I asked for another table because she sat us next to a very !! Loud group of people. My husband and I were on a date and didn’t want to hear all of their noise, and she gave a very rude look when asked . Other than the host our waiter and food was great .
I've always enjoyed going to Wildfire. Every time I'm in town, it's the first suggestion my mom makes and usually where we go. The waiters have always been kind to us, the ambiance is nice, and the food is great. I feel if Al Capone were alive, he would frequent this place. If you haven't been, it worth a try.
Reservation at 445pm but we were stuffed at a table too small to put our legs under. Has to wait 20 minutes to be reseated. Ordered filet medium well butterflied. It came back burnt to a crisp. Take home food was not ours. It was spare ribs instead of the steak we ordered! This place used to be great. Last two visits were very disappointing. We do not plan to return.
The service was excellent, menu has great selections, and food was outstanding.
It was my husbands birthday so we did get the birthday sundae. Thank you. Our waiter was Philippe and he was fabulous.

This is honestly the first time I've had anything less than stellar to report about wildfire
They used to have an extremely delicious
spinach salad which they discontined. So the waiter suggested this kale and spinach salad. It wasn't atrocious but it wasn't good. I asked for the salad dressing on the side...okay.even with salad dressi g all over it it was in my opinion beneath wildfires standards. Almost 8 dollars for a plate of spinach and kale with egg diced in top and at least a cup or more of salty pumpkin seeds on top and falling off the side of the salad and plate. Not good. Very dissapointed....
This place has succulent steaks. They are very strict on their lunch dinner menus.
Great service and the food was ok. Not great. The cocktails were very good.
The quality of our steaks were very poor, the server did not come by 1 time after we received our food to see how it was and it was very loud and bright in the restaurant for being 9:45pm. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We dined on New Years eve and were extremely satisfied by all aspects of this restaurant!
Frankly all the food was poor, from the dinner salad with old marinaded vegtables and eggs (who puts eggs on a diner salad?) and very light blue cheese dressing, the baked potato was cooked many hours earlier and microwaved to be crusty, the prime rib as also crusty and hard and the lobster was also rewarmed and breaded. It was supposed to be fresh lobster in the shell. The shell was on the plate but the lobster tasted like it was cooked the day before.
Really very poor for the price. I would expect this from a coffee shop type resturant

Mom wanted prime rib for her birthday. Years ago I searched recommendations for the best prime rib for the value and Wildfire was the top recommendation. The two of us are able to split the 16 oz prime rib, add on a side or two and still take home a half. We love martinis and the wine list is good, however I generally go for the house Cabernet. Our server was accommodating to splitting and the birthday lava cake was an awesome add on.
Wildfire is consistent in its food quality and service which are the reasons we go there frequently.
Overall experience was good. I think they need more/better dessert choices.

Such good food and service...my wife had the Surf & Turf and I had the Mai Mai....delicious...From the beginning to the end great dinner evening.
I love the glazed salmon and the signature martini flight. The porterhouse was not the same and a much smaller portion than my husband was use to at this restaurant. It's pricey but good for our annual visit around our anniversary time.
I had a bad experience at the restaurant. Food was not done when brought out and there were just a lot of problems
I have been a regular customer of Wildfire for over 5 years and have always been pleased until our latest visit on Saturday evening. My wife ordered the prime rib and I for a change of pace decided on the baby back ribs. When served, the ribs were cold, like they were pulled from the fridge and then lathered in sauce. The waiter was somewhat defensive when I told him. The ribs were sent back and new, hot ribs were later served after my wife had finished her meal. The manager comped my meal and drink, but for the level of inconvenience and being served what could have made me very sick, both meals should have been comped. And so much for a romantic meal! Overall, the feeling received by the manager and waiter was that they could care less if we ever came back. I sent a note to corporate to let them know and have not heard back. So it must be a general sentiment. This is the reason for the ratings above.
My girlfriend and I had a terrific meal/cocktail. We were not rushed , had good service too.
All three of us had excellent meals. The Trio was very good especially the mushroom topping. Pork chops were very tender and had a great mushroom topping.
Two out of the three steaks we ordered weren't cooked properly. My wife's bone in Ribeye was ordered medium and came out medium-well to well.
She didn't say anything to the server because it was still tender and juicy.
The Filet as well was ordered medium and came out medium rare to rare.
The server took it back and brought out another one. Again it was undercooked.
He once again took it back and it was thrown back on the broiler while the rest of us ate our meals.
Instead of medium rare now it was medium well.
He ate it because by that time we were done with our's.
The server brought him out new mashed potatoes to go with the third attempt.
Our server did remove the Filet from the bill and give us free dessert.
He was very apologetic and did his best to make our visit enjoyable.
My wife and I had a great time at Wildfire, the food was outstanding, the service was focused. The valet was right on spot, thanks
This was our third time at Wildfire and once again it did not disappoint! We had a large group of nine and they handled us with ease. Our server did a phenomenal job and was unflustered when we played a little musical chairs by switching seats after our order went in. The food was excellent again. We were seated at a large round table and we were able to easily converse across it even though the restaurant was busy. My ONLY complaint was that they seemed reluctant to seat us when we were the first three of the nine to show up. That was a little frustrating but not horrible. We will definitely be back there again in the future!
Coby was our server. He was fantastic! ANY question we asked, he answered clearly and correctly. He has worked for LEYE for 14 years
Also the busboy--( don't know correct term) was GREAT. He has worked for 27 (?) years for LEYE. Both of these men are amazing employees

Food was bland and lacked any flavor. We had to request A1 steak sauce for our filet.
My waiter Corey was exceptional. The food was delicious, my friend had never been before and she enjoyed the ambience and her meal. The streaks were cooked to perfection.
We took my in laws there for our 5 year Anniversary and it was fantastic. Great experience and fantastic food. We would go back in a heartbeat.
