WildFin American Grill - Renton
It was a nice brunch but the kids menu options aren't brunch options, they seemed to be regular lunch items. Otherwise the service is excellent and the food is good.
My husband and I have been to wildfin before and had the best service as well as food. Unfortunately the most recent time we went the food was very dry or way too salty. We both got steak my steak was SO dry. The service was great though.
Restaurant named "WildFin" presumably is good with seafood. My first visit to this restaurant during the Seattle Restaurant week. The seafood chowder has few seafood bits (mainly potatoes and fish bits), very starchy tasting. The grilled salmon is salty and overcooked.....................Not going back.
Amazing service! All staff members are really nice and attentive. I also want to give shannon a shout out! She's outstanding! :)
The Clams are fantastic! Service was impeccable. The Chef came to our table to describe the clams prior to our order. Totally unexpected!
Excellent food, service and great place to catch up with friends in a friendly environment.
Our server gave us phenomenal service! Didn’t get her name but she was excellent
Seafood items we selected were delicious and awesome server. Coming back again!
Boring, middle of the road place. Nothing really good nor bad. Many other places just like it unfortunately.
Enjoyed a nice dinner before an evening of dancing. Food was good - especially the Mac & Cheese, but we did have to send food back as it was served cold. Ambiance... was ok. The cost - comparable to our happy hour evenings at Daniel's.... and that food and ambiance is far superior! Would we come again... yeah, probably - but we won't go out of our way to make it happen.
This was our first time here and we really enjoyed the food - service was great!
To expensive for a chain resturaunt. Oversalted, odd flavor combos. Too much sauce or too little, too rich or too plain. Just wasn't quite right.
Not a real fan of WildFin. Food and service was always just so-so. This visit however the food and service were definitely better.
Taylor our server was very attentive and engaging. She's a keeper
My wife and I had a great time at your restaurant. Food and service was great. The wait time was a little long but did not bother me at all. Someone from the staff came out and said they were comping the whole meal cause of the wait time. That is world class customer service. Thanks again for the great food and service. Taylor made our visit well worth it. See ya again soon!!
Service and food were great my only complaint, I had the grilled seafood and the salmon was dry. Other that that it was great.
I would 100% recommend this place! Cheap drinks, food, all good
Went for Valentines day. The food was good and plentiful! Service was quick enough.
Valentine’s Day and anniversary
Food was very good and fairly priced. Would definitely go back.
We were really excited to visit this restaurant. We made reservations and were excited about the menu that was posted on the website. When we arrived, we were seated all the way at the back of the restaurant, next to the serving station. It took nearly 5 minutes for the waitress to speak to us. There were only 2 other tables (2-tops) that were seated at this time. We asked lots of questions and were disappointed that there weren't as many fish options as we had hoped. The salmon spread was much more bacon and not a whole lot of salmon flavor. The king salmon, I ordered was cooked to perfection, and quite a delight. The steamers were okay. Cocktails were great, but when asked about warm cocktails/aka a hot toddy - the waitress said there was none.
As the restaurant got busier, we were not really attended to by our waitress. She, in all fairness to her, was slammed. The restaurant got very noisy and we then had trouble hearing our waitress. She offered to close us out, before offering a dessert, which we had to ask for. The dessert, too, was delightful.
Given the price we paid, I would have hoped for better service and a better over all ambience.
Good food. Fresh seafood. Excellent drinks (always) Moderate prices. Great location.
We met for a business lunch and the food and service were just right, as was the ability to talk.
I ordered the smoked salmon salad. Found a few bones in the salmon, which is not my favorite ...but it was just a few, so I enjoyed the rest of the meal. We had a fantastic waitress - knew when we needed something and when we needed to be left alone. Great afternoon
Everything was great. My only advice would be the desert menu. It needs more options (creme brule would be a great easy addition).
A group of four friends met for lunch before a movie. The food was delicious. The service was good. One order was delayed and the manager took it off the bill. We will definitely return.
Waiter was excellent and exceptional!
Server was great, but the main meal took over an hour. When the food arrived it was lukewarm. Not going to complain, when my wife and I were starving. Not the best way to celebrate our 41st Anniversary. Maybe we will try lunch instead.
Ok food. Waiter kept forgetting the order. $50 for 2 drinks and 2 entrees . Way too much for what we received.
My server was super nice! The order came out incorrectly but she was very apologetic, fixed it, and then the manager came over he also apologized. And then the food that we weren't going to be able to eat he boxed up and asked if he wanted to take it home so that it wouldn't go to waste. This is an excellent place for brunch!
Amazing service-awesome food-will be back for Sunday brunch
We tried this restaurant because Costco had a screaming deal on gift cards for the place. So glad we did! The room was warm and cozy on a typical rainy Northwest night. Our entrees were delicious and the service was good without being tiresome (really, if I told you everything was fine three minutes ago, and three minutes before that, it’s probably still fine. Leave me alone.) The cocktail menu was interesting, it will be fun to try a few more of them. We’ll go back for sure!
our server was not very attentive. Water & Wine were in short supply.
Still a fan of Wild Fin in both the Renton and Issaquah locations, even with some changes. Prices are a bit higher, some fave items are no longer available, some previous items can no longer be shared but, hey, it's marketing and keeping up with the huge influx of new restaurants in the area to stay in business is understandable. Service has always been friendly, fast and attentive. Love the ambience and set-up of the place. Cozy and not too loud. Convenient free parking in the surrounding lots. Deducting one star because my favorite soup isn't very good anymore - French Onion. Used to be loaded with onions and a superb beef broth. Now, it's kind of gummy and way too salty, mostly bread. Sent it back and was promptly told it would be taken off the receipt. Salads were fresh. However, we used to be able to split a large salad and were told that is no longer an option. Have been here for brunch, lunch and dinner, plus a couple happy-hour functions. All good!
I am a returning customer and continued fan. I love the food. Service is usually pretty good. On this visit I noticed a decrease in portion size that was very disappointing. Having ordered the same thing before it was obvious the size was reduced. I suppose it’s bettet than increasing prices, but still a bit of a bummer. That said, I’ll be back!
We Had a delicious seafood dinner here. The white prawn appetizer was delicious. I had the mixed seafood grill which wa also outtastanding. My friend had the cod stuffed with snow crab also excellent also.
The food was okay, the portions were kind of skimpy, a few mor vegetables might have been nice
Good service, both at the bar and in the dining area. Enjoyed the food.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends. Had the garlic prawns and the flatiron steak. Delicious!
Food and service was excellent. But it was uncomfortable warm in the restaurant.
