   The food was very good. The service was just perfect! James did a great job, was very polite was available and didn't bother us. James made our evening very enjoyable. Definitely will return!!

   I ordered the diver scallops with risotto. The scallops were very bitter almost couldn’t eat them. Disappointed in the meal.

   Waitress did not bring appetizer plates as promised, no iced tea as promised, french dip was at least 1/2 fat. salad was good. waitress was nice just forgetful which is odd as it was 3:00 p.m. and there were only 2 other tables. Had our 1st blind date here 15 years ago, Wedding meal here and this was our 15 yr. anniversary and was disappointing. Will not return.

    Great environment and welcomed with smiles upon arrival. Great service, food was delicious and our wait staff was there when needed. We enjoyed our dining experience so much, we returned with different friends! We will be back again soon!!

    Service was great but our steaks just seemed very average. They did not seem like the cuts we ordered. My wife had a Ribeye and I had a New York Strip and it seemed like we both got a sirloin. It did taste ok and was cooked appropriately but it was unsatisfactory.

    The quality of two (Bon Mi sandwiches) of our four meals was terrible. They were so dry that we could not eat them. Bread dry and meat overcooked. We complained to the waitress and said we knew it was not her fault but we wanted the kitchen to know so they could correct things for future customers. The management removed the charge for the sandwich which we greatly appreciated. The waitress seemed to take it personally however and got snooty and short with us and threw the check on the table. She also never filled our water glasses or checked on us if we needed anything. We did leave a tip but considered not doing so as she was so abrupt and rude. Not sure we would go back.

    The steaks were way over done and no time to return them. Ordered them medium rare and one was medium well and the other well done (grey). Baked potatoes were very dry. Ordered a twist with a martini and got a huge wedge of lemon.

    Lunch at Wilderness Ridge would have been fantastic except for a few mishaps. First, the hostess neglected to communicate with the waitress where we were seated, and she couldn't see us, therefore, it took some time for us to be waited on. Second, one of us asked for crispy sweet potato fries and one asked for "just normal", but both orders were bordering on blackened. Fortunately, the waitress was very apologetic about both of these issues. She brought us a new batch of sweet potato fries and gave us a birthday dessert at no charge even though that is not their custom.

    The food and service were great but the dining room renovations have resulted in the loss of the lodge feel, which was one of the signature elements of The Lodge. The large, open space is now divided by multiple booths-feels very closed in.

    Olyvia was our server and was fantastic! We were extremely low key, taking our time with cocktails and conversation before ordering and she gave us our space, but still provided great service. Not sure how I feel about the physical changes of the restaurant... have been going since it opened. The booths seemed a little awkward, and the domed light over our table wasn't my favorite. The Nola Shrimp had changed since the last time I had them. I preferred how they used to be prepared, but it was still good. Cocktails were fantastic as always. Very happy non members can still dine! Will be back next week.

    One of mine and my husbands favorite places to dine. We have gone for lunch also on a few occasions and the food is always perfect, the cocktails are sublime, the wine list is extensive and the wait staff are amazing. If the music was a little louder we could have enjoyed it over the din of people talking but for the most part it was not too busy and our food came out just in time after our soup. It was wonderful.

    the experience was outstanding. my girlfriend and i where celebrating valentines day and 2 year anniversary because i would be away for both of those day for the army. we where sat down in front of the fire place which was amazing and out waitress was outstanding and tentative to our needs even giving us a free dessert to celebrate out 2 year. i would definitely come back again for any special occasion.

    We were greeted right away and made to feel welcomed and comfortable Our waitress was friendly, prompt and accommodating while not being intrusive The salmon and chicken features were excellent in taste, presentation and proportion. Prices were reasonable. And of course, the ambience of the rustic setting--very nice

    The food was overpriced for what could have received at any bar. I also selected anniversary for the occasion and not once was this mentioned to myself or to my wife. I was at minimum expecting a complimentary dessert or something written for us. I was very disappointed overall with the cost of the visit and what was received as an experience at the establishment.
