At the start of each class, we enjoy local wines, craft beers, sangria or non-alcoholic beverages. Next, we make the dough, which is made with 100% Gluten-free ingredients. While waiting for the dough to rise, you will enjoy delicious appetizers such as hummus platters, salad, or an assortment of seasonal favorites from our menu. After which, we will talk about the history of pizza and WILD. Next, it's time to knead the dough! Then, once it’s rolled and ready, we spread the sauce and cheese on top along with your choice of toppings which are vegan/vegetarian-friendly. Then, THE PIZZAS GO INTO THE OVEN! Pretty soon, everyone gets to enjoy their unique pizza creation! Or take it home! Your choice!

Host/manager was hustling. Possibly needs another host to help out. Mozz sticks were really good. Portions were small for the price they charged. $7 for a small bottle of Diet Coke!!!! $23 for what seemed to be a half portion of pasta alla vodka. I know you are in the village, but c’mon.

Food took over an hour to come out. They got our order wrong and then forget one of our dishes. Food quality is good and the restaurant is 100% gluten free. I really hope it was just a short staff issue.

It was all a-ok. There’s two entrances and people kept coming in/out of the wrong one in the second room. It was a cold night but every time the door open it flooded the room with freezing air. Should put a curtain on that door in the colder months.

This place was a memorable one. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the NY weather, although it was quite chilly. I would chose to sit inside next time. I enjoyed the seafood pasta, my sister enjoyed the chicken masala and it looked and tasted extremely good! Even people stopped on the sidewalk to comment how delicious it looked. I do think service could be alittle more attentive but it was good enough.

The food is delicious and the staff is warm, welcoming and friendly. The best GF pasta and pizza I've ever had in a restaurant. I will be back soon!

Hands down the best place to go in New York if you’re gluten free and want to eat delicious fresh food. I had the mozzarella sticks to start, lobster ravioli for main and a New York cheesecake for pudding. All very delicious and amazing to have as they’re often not gluten free options as restaurants!

Fantastic, inventive food, beautifully served. You would never know it is gluten-free. Our celiac friend was beyond pleased and the others enjoyed it just as much. It is a charming, casual but still a special dining experience.
