Excellent evening all around
Good food and friendly service but expensive. Two persons no alcohol almost $200.
I’ve been here many times but not recently and this was my best experience there.
Attentive service, great food and wow, an a outstanding live sax player.
Had not been at this rest in over a year and I loved it before and still love it. Everything is greatly attended to and my friend really enjoyed his birthday cake. Will go back soon.
Great service wonderful food I always get the specials they are outstanding Halibut was wonderful Mushroom appetizer was cremy and delicious with morelle mushrooms. nice wine wonderful service
Very good food. Seafood and oysters are exceptional. Service was a little clumsy but I think our server was new to this type of somewhat higher end restaurant.
Outside seating is nice but adjoining place has loud music and outside smokers aplenty. Inside is quite serene.
Father’s Day dinner. Appetizers were delicious. Surf and turf was great. My seafood dish could have been cooked a little longer as I found it too undercooked for my taste. The restaurant is beautiful but the air con is icy...just be prepared with a wrap or jacket.
Our servers were amazing and very attentive. Overall,it was good.
Excellent! Very good food and services, the place is very nice
Food was delicious and our server was very helpful professional and friendly
The service was excellent, albeit a Wednesday night and not very crowded. The dining room Is the place to sit if you are looking for a more refined experience. The bar area looks like it would be fun for happy hour or a more casual meal. Overall my wife and I enjoyed the food and ambience.
Great restaurant on Las Olas. Food and service were terrific. Highly recommend.
Presentation was superb. Chef forgot to add taste to food!
Victor was our waiter and did a great job to make our dinner an enjoyable experience!
Drinks, main courses and desert were excellent.
Thanks for a nice evening.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made you feel at home. The food was amazing! Lovely seafood and meat dishes expertly prepared and beautifully presented. There was plenty of variety and everything was fresh and tasted clean. Will definitely do this again.
What a wonderful place! The food was amazing, the ambiance was fantastic. It honestly made my Mother’s Day!
The service was marginal at best. Our waiter never said a word. The swordfish was overcooked and overthought. Swordfish should be served simply and cooked to perfection. It was just ok overall.
With a violinist playing softly in the background, the main dining room (not the dining area with the bar) makes this restaurant a perfectly romantic date night venue. The ambiance is classic and the food is excellent. A little pricey but romantic dates are worth it!
From the moment we walked in, we were treated so well. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff did everything to make it a memorable night. Hanna and Zac at the bar were great. As we were a little early, we sat at the bar and had our oysters. Hanna provides many samples of wine to try before we found the one we really liked. We were not in any hurry so when the manager told us that they accidentally gave our table to someone else we didn’t really mind. They gave us a free round to make up for it. The service at the table provided by Victor was superb. The food was delicious and the dessert provided was spectacular. We could not finish our dinners. This was our first time to both Ft Lauderdale and Wild Sea but hopefully will not be our last.
My husband and I went for date night. We sat inside due to the weather and it worked out great. Service was wonderful. There was a young man playing the violin that was outstanding. Food was everything I expected. I had the grouper and my husband had the daily special. Highly recommend the red velvet beignets for dessert.
Great outdoor seating for people watching. Fresh fish. Sophisticated setting. Great staff and service.
The food was very good. There was a violinist there playing inside that was truly wonderful. He played non-classical music. We had the black bass (special) and shrimp banana curry. Both were inventive and enjoyable. Service was great and highly responsive.
Little more than a mediocre restaurant with bland dishes disguised as an upscale place to trap Las Olas tourists. You can do better.
Very good waiter...Jonathon. Attentive, professional and helpful with the menu.
Nice seating near the street. Good atmosphere. Food above average.
Delicious focaccia, tuna , kale Caesar, swordfish and chocolate sphere dessert. The red snapper special lacked flavor and needed a sauce. Sat outside. Lovely server. Definitely recommend
Great place. Great food. Great service.
But a little to cold inside AC to strong.
If you’re craving fresh oysters this is definitely the place to go! My date and I shared the smoked fish dip as an appetizer which was so flavorful, and then had a dozen mixed east coast and west coast oysters. For dessert we had the red velvet beignets that were absolutely phenomenal. Krystle was our server and she was very nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning!
Great ambiance and very good food. Quirky service, apparently untrained, keeps it from being special.
Worth a visit..Food was very good. Service was was excellent. I would recommend it
Great Food, Service, Live Music, Expensive but worth it!
The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the violinist . We'll definitely be back.
Very nice location and outdoor street seating was great on a beautiful evening. Excellent fresh west coast oysters and highly recommend the monkfish dish... very good presentation and complement to fish. We will be back!
Tami was a wonderful and informative server. Brandon was an awesome host and also helped with some great recommendations. Food was great! Definitely will be back!
My mother, sister, and I went to Wild Sea Oyster Bar on April 7, 2019 to celebrate my birthday. The experience was wonderful! The ambiance was quiet and elegant; the staff - from the maître d' to our server - were welcoming, kind, and gracious; our server Tammy was particularly helpful and delightful; and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the baked oysters appetizer and the yellow sea bass entrée, with fried rice and quinoa, and loved every bite. My mother had the same, and found it delicious. My sister had the salmon entrée and crab cakes, and she enjoyed every bite. It's a great place to go for a delicious dinner and a lovely evening!
I was so disappointed with this place. I ordered the tuna tacos and they tasted horrible, like the tuna was bad or something. I couldn’t eat them. Instead I had some drinks and left.
Really was a great restaurant. From the Happy Hour drinks and oysters on the half shell to the fish dinners and sides, food was delicious. Great service, live music (soft guitar player) added to our special birthday night. Highly recommend for fresh and tasty seafood.
We chose this place based on reviews and it’s very good. Not as amazing as I had anticipated but I had high hopes. The service started off a bit rough but then rebounded during the dinner. The crab cake is wonderful and you MUST MUST MUST try the beignets for dessert! We also had the lobster and it was good although I think I would have preferred it to be cracked and shelled. The tuna hot stone was very fun! It was tasty although I’m not sure I’d do it again. Fun experience to try once. Wine selection was good and I thought pricing was very fair. Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere but I just felt it was lacking a full five stars. Overall a good experience and actually I felt as though it was very fairly priced.
This is a beautiful restaurant that is great for special occasions. It is one of 4 restaurants at the Riverside Hotel but is accessible street side on Las Olas Boulevard. Our waiter was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu offerings. A fun appetizer is the ahi tuna presented with a hot stone so that you can sear your own tuna, served with wonton chips and a spicy aioli. I enjoyed some east coast oysters and the crab cake. The stone-ground grits served with the monkfish entrée were amazing! I would definitely dine here again the next time I am in Fort Lauderdale.
Tuna and swordfish Bolognese with squid ink pasta...wow...worth the visit for this dish
The waitress was so informative. She made the birthday special w dessert. The food was so delicious
