Steak, salmon, chicken. Three different dishes, all three were equally loved. Danny’s service was on point. Great timing, very attentive and knowledgeable. Let’s not forget the location. It’s in a beautiful building.
We were very surprised at how yummy the food was!
Great food and the server Brittany was amazing.
I had a reservation and was seated upon arrival. The restaurant was clean overall but check your silverware just in case. The food was amazing and the service was good. I will definitely be going back.
Food was super good nothing was bad and service was great. They were very accommodating to our party. Mahalo nui loa!
Amazing room and the service was great. Unfortunately the table felt like it would tip over. The food was prepared in advance, so it wasn't really fresh just stored in a fridge. For the price I wish it was freshly prepared. I will try eatting here again, just not for an expensive event.
Great food, especially the lamb and filet. Great wait staff. Will come again
Valentine's pre fix dinner, mixed review. Disappointed to be seated in the bar with no tablecloth for a $300 meal. Spinach salad was limp, but the main courses were well presented and delicious. Dessert was ok.
Great time and great food. Beautiful and memorable night. Thank you
We showed up 10 minutes prior to our reservation...first to arrive...the greeter told us we could wait outside and have a cocktail...40 degrees, windy and raining...we sat on a wood bench next to the check-in podium, 3 or 4 other couples came in after us and were seated...I had to cut in front of someone else to get seated...in an open art gallery...our waiter James was attentive, but I had to ask for the complementary rose, the halibut was overcooked, the lamb was good but not as I had ordered (MR)...never did get the lemon for our water as requested...the maitre-d looked like he had just rolled out of bed, not dressed appropriately for a $75/person minimum special dinner...we took the dessert to go...I tossed the cheesecake...unedible...hey the shrimp cocktail was lights out good as well as the beet soup...the rest? ehh...our previous V Day experience 2 years ago brought us back this time...but this was for us definitely not up to the standard of what you would expect from a special dinner at an upscale restaurant with upscale prices...and please...do not blame it on COVID...service and cooking is not impacted by anything but attention to detail...sorry but I would not recommend...
Best lunch I've had in quite a while! I will be recommending Wild River Grill to everyone.
Just not a good experience from beginning to end. Wanted to like the place..great location. Food was subpar at best, the table where we sat was so wobbly it was like a teeter totter. Water glasses were dirty babe smudged, silverware needed polishing. The menu descriptions did not live up to the reality of what were served. Food was not seasoned well, presentation was basic at best. The elk medallions were tough, and unseasoned. The filet mignon was chewy and undercooked. Look elsewhere for a better meal.
The food and service was great. We went as a date and it was a great night out.
The food could have been better for the price. It was just ok. We both ordered steaks. They could have at least a complimentary bread plate or something for the price of the meals. Everything else about the restaurant was good though.
We had 8 in our party. The scallops were good as was the bruschetta. The steaks were super fatty and the short ribs were super dry. The potatoes were too runny. The food for the kids was good, or at least they ate it, but the adult food was served tepid. We were really looking forward to it but it was disappointing. You can’t blame it on busy because we were there at 4PM.
We were up in Reno for a Valentines long weekend and went to Wild River for the first time. My Fiancé and I were very impressed with everything. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Great experience, great food, can’t wait to go back
The pork belly appetizer was the best thing I ate over 4 days of great meals in Reno!!
Wonderful Ambience. They have extended tables into the art gallery next door for social distancing & It was delightful. Delightful service & Ambiance. Delicious Short ribs & New york Steak, w/ a wonderful Malbec....Was wonderful to dine indoors again. Thank you.
Food was not great
Steak and fish was extremely over cooked
Nice place to spend a long lunch Outside has great views.
Our server was wonderful. We loved the food. Everything was great.
Great outdoor dining area with good food on the Truckee River.
Always a pleasure to visit the Grille!
Fantastic food and wonderful service! They accommodates our dietary needs without question. Can't wait to go back!
We always enjoy the atmosphere. The food is wonderful. It is one of our favorite restaurants any time of the year. The service is good.
Food was great, drinks were tasty and service was excellent.
The food and service was excellent!
Food was wonderfully prepared to request. Service was excellent, and my sons from 20s to 8 felt taken care of and important. We look forward to returning, and would recommend it to anybody.
The dining room was socially distanced and even when two parties of three arrived I felt comfortable and safe; the waiter was attentive and very friendly. The food was perfect and on point - I never felt rushed from the apps to the entree. It was a lovely experience and I will be returning!
This is the place we go to almost every weekend. The service is excellent and we will be back!
Two words. Elk medallions.....................yum
Quiet due to covid
Not very impressed the food was ok definitely not worth the price the service was great I was also surprised that they weren’t offering any bread for a place that charges this much the least you can do is offer your patrons bread.
KYLIE WAS THE BEST SERVER I’ve ever had she is the best I am coming back to her !
Service was stellar, food was awesome, price was so so...I would recommend and will! I do have to say it would have probably been a lot better if it wasn’t for the whole coved shutdown.
I love this place. We had a great time and the food was delicious! We definitely go back soon!!
