Had a pre show dinner with friends and it did not disappoint! Our friends had never been ti the Wild Note, and they enjoyed their dinners. My husband got the filet and I got the ago poke salad. They were both so delicious! Our friends both ordered Mexican dishes and loved them as well. Can't wait to see another show so we can have dinner here first!

Excellent selection of different types of food to please every palate. Definitely recommend eating here before a concert at the Belly Up!

We like to treat ourselves to the Wild Note before a concert at the Belly Up. The food is consistently good - we always get the lobster dumplings in their amazing port wine sauce! Got a bit of a sticker shock what the bill came, however. They had upped the price of these from $10 to $12, which wasn't noted on the menu, or on Open Table. To add more insult, you only get 5 for that amount - (c'mon you're making us fight over the odd number!) That works out to $2.40 each before tax. A little dear for dumplings....

LOVE the Wild Note! I eat here often when I attend the Belly Up, but I would regardless. HUGE fan of the shrimp dumpling apps - been eating them for years. Don't share - you need your own!!! All of the tacos are great - esp the shrimp.

Cute little place in Cedros I highly recommend.

Wild note needs to ditch the archaic menu and begin offering more vegan items... the times they are a changing... the menu here should reflect that.

I love this place, but since becoming a vegan, purely for ethical reasons, this place doesn't offer any vegan entrees on the menu. Basically meaning I have to eat elsewhere before catching a show at the Belly Up. This day and age, when vegans are more prevalent than ever, and this place is rigidly offering 70's-style fare?

Come on Wild Note, step into the 21st Century and do some vegan entrees

Service was poor, especially considering the staff to guest ratio when we arrived. They seemed more concerned with their conversation that taking our drink and food orders. Fortunately we arrived early. Had we arrived at the time of our reservation, we would have been late to the concert we were attending across the street.

Way outdated menu - no vegan entrees at all. Totally behind the times.

Wild Note was a convenient setting for a pre-event dinner while attending the Belly Up Tavern next door. Food was good, as were the prices and the best part was there was a back door entry into the theater so our group did not have to wait in line.

Again our waitress Vanessa was the greatest. She took care of us with the right amount of checking back in to see if we needed anything. WE love to come here with friends before a concert or lunch to relax. One of our favorite places to eat and have conversation. Nice vegan and vegetarian options but still has the great beef or fish dishes.

Whether going to show at the Belly Up next door (with access through inside, too), or just having a neighborhood dinner, it's a great spot for people watching and just a fun time!

Good quality food, very casual. Excellent service. Really a small restaurant and bar good for dining at prior to seeing music at the next door music venue. Loud inside - outside tables are quieter.

Used to love their truffle fries, but last time I tried them they weren't quite as good as before. Had a good lobster/shrimp dish though. Like many people, I visit this restaurant largely because it aids quick entry to events at Belly Up next door. I live in Imperial Beach, so it is quite a long drive, especially when it's a workday the next day.
