My husband and I had a wonderful meal here. He is vegetarian and was very pleased with the risotto with summer vegetables and herbs. Unique and fresh. I had the pecan encrusted salmon with fresh summer veggies, baby potatoes and herbs. The veggies and herbs tasted like they were picked from the garden and cooked perfectly just for us. The wait staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a piano player softly playing in the bar. Perfect!
We will be back in October and look forward to stopping in again to try other dishes.
Had breakfast here twice, dinner once - never been disappointed. Good variety of food and creative look at standards. Eat here while you are in Ogunquit.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner a few nights at this beautiful restaurant. Our server, Edward, took care of our every need in a cheerful manner. Would eat there again on our next visit to Ogunquit, ME.

Second visit to this quaint little place, beautiful flower garden edge the side entrance. A piano bar in the back with available dining there as well as a nicely appointed dinning room. Outside porch tables set up for the pleasant weather. The food has always been good the service had on both visits been less then expected. I hope they can improve on that. I have a three strike rule and with two outs at this point not sure how it will all work out. I suggest you try it for yourself and come to your own judgments.
I was disappointed in the food. When I read the reviews I expected great flavorful food. I ordered the gluten free pasta and lobster. There was hardly any lobster or sauce. To was a big disappointment.

This dinner was a surprise to us - exceeded expectations. Loved the slider Appetizer. The Salmon entrée - was delicious. Good kid meal options! It was quiet night there, before the business starts. Loved the flavored infused water. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I were not disappointed for our return trip to the Wild Blueberry restaurant. Every bit of of our second experience visiting this outstanding restaurant was as good as it was almost one year ago. We were visiting Oqumquit for a wedding scheduled for Saturday, the following day at 1:00PM. We traveled from our home in Connecticut and we were looking forward to a very relaxing and enjoyable dining experience at Wild Blueberry as we were so impressed with the Wild Blueberry last year. We certainly were not disappointed this year either. The appetizers were very unique and delicious to start out this year's culinary experience. My wife chose the haddock menier(a special for the evening) and I chose a sea bass special for my entree. Both entrees were best prepared and delivered very timely. The homemade bread was delicious as was the blueberry based dessert. My wife and I will be returning to the Wild Blueberry again once we are back in Maine again.
Great spot for a romantic dinner. Food was amazing. The staff, especially the hostess and piano player were fantastic .

We have been to Ogunquit many times, but somehow missed this great restaurant. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday weekend in Ogunquit, had read many great reviews of the Wild Blueberry so decided to make reservations. What a great find! The ambience was great, service was great and the food was EXCELLENT! Great presentation and amazing flavor. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.
The dinner reviews sounded so promising for this place but my husband and I were extremely disillusioned from the start. We got there and the restaurant was very cozy but the host apparently didn't read the notes on our reservation. Even though there were only two other tables occupied the host insisted on recommending a table right next to another table even though we had 6 other choices! My instructions for an intimate setting were completely disregarded. We finally sat down at a table that seemed more private and proceeded to order our food. The host made no mention of my birthday the whole night even though this was clearly described in the reservation notes. Also we had to make a special request to see the wine menu - shouldn't this be provided with the other menus? The wine selection was standard and limited. Nothing too interesting. We ordered the lobster bisque and seafood chowder and four different kinds of tapas. The waiter suggested we settle on only two tapas because the portions are large. We followed his instructions and did just that - lobster roll and hamburger. The soups were extremely well prepared and the chef did a great job of making them light even though cream was used in the recipe. After our soups we got excited imagining our beautiful little tapas on brioche mini buns with unique flavors. When the waiter brought us our "tapas" which resembled full size portions -- we were extremely suprised! The lobster roll was very large and the lobster was sweet and fresh BUT the chef used too much mayonnaise and salt which hid the flavor of the lobster. The side salad used fresh organic mesculun and heirloom tomatoes garnished with pomogranate and oranges served alongside a light Orange vinagrette - delicious! The burger was full size, tough angus and over salted. How hard would it be to use grass fed hamburger or Kobe on mini brioche roles with a nice aioli? Desserts of creme brûlée & blueberry cobbler were good but served at the wrong temperature.
I recently had an opportunity to eat breakfast at the Wild Blueberry while my wife attended a leadership retreat nearby. I was highly impressed. The food was great and service very friendly and attentive. I was so impressed that I made reservations to bring my wife back for dinner. It was a pre-anniversary dinner. While I was impressed at breakfast, I was blown away n a very good way by the candle lit ambiance, food, and service at dinner. The Wild Blueberry is a true gem that I highly recommend.
The food, portions and service were fine but they ran out of two (a soup and an entree) of the 6 daily specials before 7:00! They were still listed on the board outside and in the menu insert but apparently the chef only makes about 4 servings per day. Otherwise, no complaints.
Understaffed. Staff that was their had an attitude. Long wait for food and drinks. They never gave us requested water and additional drink. Best part was that they counted a 5 and 3 year old so that they could take a mandatory 20 percent automatic tip.
The Wild Blueberry is always a place I stop to eat at when in town! The seafood paella is mouth-watering! When I tell people about the food, I start to drool just thinking of it! The ambiance is nice and romantic, yet I have been before with a large group that included 4 kids and we were put in another room that was a little livelier than the front room. The place is bigger than it looks.
What a pleasant surprise finding this restaurant. The food was great and the service was right in. Would not hesitate going back next time I am in the area.
Dinner before the play at the Ogunquit Playhouse, this was a perfect restaurant choice. Thanks to Open Table for our corner table, from start to finish this was a great dining experience. A full glass of wine, beet salad, lobster fingers, delicious haddock and blueberry cobbler for dessert, it couldn't have been better. Edward, our waiter, was friendly and guided us with all the right food choices. This is a restaurant we will return to.
We were in Ogunquit for the weekend went to Wild Blueberries both mornings - we could not get enough! The food is fabulous!
We originally booked a table for two, but found some friends who wanted to join us. I called the restaurant on the afternoon of the reservation and a very friendly voice responded that a table for four would not be a problem! We were seated immediately and all decided on the specials of the day. Two had a beef rib with polenta and two had haddock. All diners enjoyed their choice. The wait staff were busy but attentive to our needs. The restaurant's noise level allowed for easy conversation and we did not feel rushed.
The Wild Blueberry is right in the heart of town and easily found; parking is a bit of a challenge if you are not walking from in-town, but the restaurant does have a driveway you can park in - just call when you get close! The menu was varied and offered more than just seafood, which was appreciated. The lobster fingers wrapped in prosciutto was disappointing - the lobster was overwhelmed by too much prosciutto. The scallops were excellent, served quite hot on a bed of cauliflower puree. The surf and sea was uneven: surprisingly the steak was excellent, but the lobster tail was overcooked a bit. Cocktails were huge and inventive; I recommend the Basil Senorita! The blueberry cobbler with blueberry ice cream was exceptional. No sharing!
Food was perfect, precise, well executed, savoury and absolutely delicious. Generous portions and beautiful presentations. There a lot of love in this food!
Not that much in the service... We made a reservation at 8h30 on a thursday night, my mother and I. We finally arrived earlier, at 8. The room was 1/3 full. 20 minutes later we were the only customers left in the room. Staff were taking off the tablecloths, moving the chairs, ... The waiter didn't even offer us a coffee and presented us the check... I consider it pretty rude for a restaurant of that standard. They shouldn't accept reservation after 7h30 if they want to close the restaurant at 9. That said, I still highly recommended this restaurant, but make sure to go there early!
Had the lobster bisque, which was ok.
Ordered the Paela and had to return it to the kitchen: was obviously reheated in the microwave and even if I like spicy, this low grade saffron and the overwhelming quantity of, both, cilantro and dill made this dish plain awful!
The waitress offered to bring me something else and I order Haddock Meunière -- overlooked fish, too much lemon juice, but the chef felt the need to "drizzle" way too much olive oil.

This was our first time here and it was wonderful. The food was excellent and our server was very attentive. The homemade desserts were divine!
You can always find breakfast lines wrapped around this charming porch along Shore Road, and the lunches are wonderful, but dinner was an even greater surprise! The quality of food was excellent and fit for foodies, and the atmosphere warm and inviting in this quaint but rather spacious New England style house. The chances of easily getting in for dinner reservations after this review may not be as simple as we found it at the height of the season, this summer! You are missing out if you don't make a visit! It is tucked away just a little bit on the bend of Shore Road and across from the fire station. Parking in the municipal lot behind it also makes it very convenient. Do not miss their fresh blueberry martinis!
A nice meal - good service. Food was nicely prepared. Prices were on the high side. Preferred brunch over dinner.
We like to go to the Wild Blueberry for dinner and breakfast.We like the choice of breakfast including the delicious blueberry pancakes .At dinner we had a delicious lobster bisque,A very good entrée of pan- seared scallops and another one of haddock.
The service was attentive.We will go back.
Congratulations to the chef! This was by far the best meal we had during our stay in Ogunquit. My husband enjoyed the paella with saffron rice and ate just about every grain. He said it was the best paella he ever had. I enjoyed the halibut and was equally delighted. I think we sent the plates back empty to the kitchen. Please try the cold lobster/ avocado appetizer with citrus. It was amazing! I would love to know how to make it. When my husband asked for a watermelon martini, the bartender had never made one before, but asked how it was done. My husband was happy to tell her, and she made a lovely one just for him. Also appreciated the mojitos - delicious. The chef actually came out as we were leaving, so we had an opportunity to meet him

Food was delicious and the staff friendly but a gentleman that didn't speak English took our plates and we asked for them to go several times. He kept nodding his head and then stacked the plates with soiled ones:(
I had only previously had breakfast at the Wild Blueberry, which was always delicious! Great blueberry pancakes! This trip we also
had dinner, which was equally as fabulous. I had the scallops. The presentation was gorgeous, with an edible flower on top (which I ate!)
and the scallops were fantastic. I love this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone in Ogunquit.

There are many fine restaurants in Ogunquit /Perkins Cove; this is one of them. The restaurant is set in a charming old house on Shore Rd., a couple of blocks down from busy Main St. We went for dinner; I recommend the lobster bisque and the honey-soy lacquered chicken. The prix-fix menu is a good value. Wish we had the opportunity to go for brunch because the selections look yummy.
Not enough staff to cover tables properly. Long wait for cocktails and bread. The lobster fingers were not executed well, not fresh at all. Barely edible.
The elderly lady host was very sweet.
A nice quiet dinner for my husband's 50th birthday and before going to the Ogunquit Playhouse. The lobster bisque and shrimp sofrado were excellent. We sat in the front window and had a great experience of people-watching. The service was timely, but one new staff member detracted from that.
Great food, good atmosphere. Met up with an old friend and kids for dinner. Kids menu + fantastic food & wine for the adults. Enjoyed by all. My only caution is the piano player is LOUD - it would be hard to talk at a table in the bar area. Parking is great & you can walk around & see the shops after you eat. We had a great meal/lovely evening.

I was disappointed that the menu reflected in the website is not in the actual menu presented. Wild blueberry should update their menu on the website. My fish was not fully cooked. It was partially raw. When I complaint about it. No apologies were offered. Instead, the manager offere to get me a new order because he said he did not want me to go hungry. I thought that was a bit condescending. I got two fellet of fish and the manager did not include the fish dish in my bill, but I insisted to pay it for I feel bad that the restaurant was not really doing well. The chef was not friendly at all. The bread taste good but the middle part was raw dough. The lobster was dry and tough.
