   The halibut was a bit dry and I wish it came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The drinks was amazing! Overall it was a great experience.

   If you enjoy cold appetizers, slow bar service, hosts that seat you at a dirty table TWICE & a waitstaff that is overwhelmed then you are going to love this place. I took my client from a Fortune 500 company there and I have never been more embarrassed.

   Great time! Great ambiance, excellent service and delicious food. One suggestion: make an entree out of the pork belly! Delicious.

   First, the host had a snarky look like "why are you all here." My fried chicken was friend entirely too hard. There was not a lot of optimism going in with the group I was with as they said the last time they had come, the service was extremely slow. They ordered burgers out of fear that their meal would be messed up or would take too long. They said the restaurant wasn't even half full when they went before and it took two hours to eat. Not very many menu options for lunch. I likely won't return.

   I usually give restaurants 5 stars but this experience was not good. My colleague and I booked a reservation for an important customer. When we got there they had sat her in the bar area. The lighting was bright and the bartender was our server, which is fine. The crabcakes came out lukewarm and the tuna app was good. I was dripped on twice from something that was falling from the ceiling and we had to move the table. Entrees were good. The bill was presented before my customer ordered dessert. We asked for a menu and ordered dessert. The bill was $400 and I still tipped $80 but it was just disappointing and could have been so much better.

   Everything was great. I wasn’t a fan of the halibut and only tasted a small piece and it would have been good if the waiter offered me a comp on the meal or offered something else. I would have liked something else.

   Perhaps this is a weekday/business lunch kind of place only but our experience did not match up to the reviews at all. We had 7pm reservations for Saturday and there were only 3 or so tables in there. Right off the bat we were concerned but saw a sign about remodeling so we thought maybe they recently remodeled but after asking our server he said no, some part of the building had been remodeled but not them. Our server was really nice and the reviews were good, so we stayed. 2 of us got shrimp and grits and one got fried chicken…they all came out VERY quickly, as in less than 10 minutes 2 out of 3 dishes were served lukewarm. Mine was less than lukewarm so I sent it back - when it came out it was good but it should’ve been that way from the start. No manager came by to check on us either. Our server is the only reason for the 3rd start- otherwise this would’ve been 2 star experience.

    This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. From food quality to taste. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews. Service was depressing. $100 per person for a Monday night dinner and leaving unsatisfied is just unacceptable.
