Friendly staff, very clean and airy environment. Unique dishes- all very tasty. Bartender even re-created my favorite drink. Great find in downtown Atlanta. Worked great before our concert at Phillips that evening.
Service team was friendly.
Customer service was top-notch. The waiter was on top of his game and all his suggestions were spot on. The food and drinks were great. Highly recommend.
The host was unfriendly and the servers were not knowledgaeable about menu items. Both our servers disappeared on more than one occasion for more than 20min. Then when we got another server to bring the dessert menu one of the original waitresses comes over and says “what’s the problem here?”, real classy and customer service oriented. The menu is limited and pricey for the lack of flavor. This place is beautiful and seems nice for after work cocktails, not much more.
Manager was amazing There was a party and the kitchen was backed up and she totally did the right thing Food is great and will definitely go back there
1st time customer but I will definitely return. The service, food and drinks were great.
Chandler was our wait or today. The dishes he recommended were great and our cocktails were awesome!
The food was lackluster, but the atmosphere is great. Definitely overpriced, but you have to expect that for restaurants in this area.
The place was very classy, the waiters were kind, and the food was delicious!
Very impressed by everything offered. I’ll be back when I’m in Atlanta.
We enjoyed Easter Brunch at the White Oak Kitchen. Normally, they aren't open for Sunday Brunch, but opened for Easter. The owner was there and greeted us warmly. The service was really great. The food was very tasty and we simply enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.
Lovely location, great natural light, modern, great service, a great mix of classy and casual.
Food drinks and service were all excellent. The apple soup was exceptional.
I actually had been here before in the past and gave it high marks but this time the service was absolutely awful. So bad my husband didn’t even want to tip. They didn’t even wish me happy birthday. Won’t be back
Our server was so polite and considerate, best server I’ve had maybe ever. And the food was wonderful!
We had a large lunch party for an office lunch. The service and food were wonderful. We will definitely join again. I’d love to come for dinner.
The food was delicious! We really enjoyed the beignets!! I also tried a bourbon drink made with basil and grapefruit juice. It was delicious too!
Met here for lunch with a couple of friends from CA. We are all foodies and are hard to impress. Surprisingly, we were impressed by the food, the staff, and the experience.
Drinks and dessert were amazing! We will definitely be returning for both
A wonderful early dinner of appetizers with great Manhattans on a very gray rainy Sunday.
Attended for our anniversary and had a great time!!!!!
Seems like they have a philosophy of not assigning waiters to specific tables. We have 4 waiters. They either repeated each other or forgot about us altogether. It was all (too much) or nothing (too little). Until they fix this, I’m not going back. Food was ok but nothing special
The chairs are metal, very uncomfortable, lots of noise. The waiter we had was awful, English wasn’t his first or second language. Way over rated and not inexpensive
Great food and some of the best high-end service I have seen in a while. An excellent experience.
Great food and flavors. Service at lunch can be slow.
Farm to table with a Southern twist. Pork belly and grilled octopus appetizers were excellent and so were main courses of venison and steelhead trout. Highly recommended.
Excellent service by the entire staff. Management came by several times to greet and make sure we enjoyed the dining experience!
Met my wife who works pretty much across the street for lunch. I had the lamb burger....cooked the way I asked...and she had the salad nicoise which she enjoyed. Not a lot of people in the space which can change depending if there is a convention in town and specifically across the street. Only item that bugged us a bit was the incessant staff asking our names and is everything alright.....the former is unnecessary and I'll let you know if the latter is a problem.....but that is not a problem unique to this restaurant.
The ambiance was decent and the food was ok but the hostess was unwelcoming and rude and the service was very slow and unimpressive.
Great food, Great service, Fantastic Menu, Fun, Upscale, Cool. Highly recommend this fine restaurant....
Cocktails were exceptional
Food was wonderful good amount of choices between share plates has entrees
Good place for a business lunch
This was our first experience at White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails. We had the pre fix Valentine’s Day 5 course meal with the wine pairing. The meal was delicious! The wines paired nicely with every dish. With some of the dishes, it my husband and I first experience with a particular ingredient. We were pleasantly delighted with how everything tasted. The service was pleasant and helpful with descriptions and questions we had about the meal and wines. We will definitely come back and dine with WOKC again.
The wait staff, food, and ownership was a breath of fresh air when it came to hospitality and great food! All the food represented a very good balance of taste and palette. A definite recommend and I will be back with a larger group!! Job well done! 👌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾
Food was delicious like an upscale restaurant...prices were moderate to upscale as well. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is more casual - there's a big bar with lots of windows opening up on Peachtree downtown. Wait and bar staff are dressed in jeans, but are very friendly and helpful. The food is worth the price (and the mojitos were great too), but if you are looking for a place that is super formal, this is not it. It's more casual, but still fantastic.
We visited from Alabama and NY after being here 4 times prior I raved about the restaurant. The appetizers were great but the entrees, and cocktails were very below average. My friends were not impressed and I looked like a fool! Not sure what has happened. We had 3 servers which was very confusing and we were often left looking for someone to place our orders with.
Party of four discriminating diners. Everyone loved the food they ordered. They loved the menu (traditional but surprising). The manager and staff were very, very attentive. (Sunday night). It couldn't have been better.
