We had lunch on the patio- great spot to enjoy people watching . Lunch was just oooookay - meal did not stand out hubby had cod sandwich- it was edible. ON the other’hand my meal fried catfish was disappointing- I had hope since it was their Friday special it was gonna be “done right” but nooo it was heavily breaded - fried tooo fast & under cooked.
Mgr was great offered to replace, substitute w/another menu item. In the end he did not charge us for meal. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere & service we will definitely give them another try - nobody is perfect we all have an off day.
We enjoyed our lunch. The lunch menu is somewhat limited.
Thank you for making my Not-DragonCon special! We go here every year for the Dragon Con parade, and I thought it would be a treat to kick off the virtual madness. Thank you so much for your service, and I hope to see you next year!
Great downtown location with good food and ambience. The deviled egg and pimiento cheese appetizer is a nice touch - and yummy! We were there for lunch and were able to sit "safely" outside. Only issue was that food took awhile and could have been hotter. But all very tasty and everyone very nice.
So great to be in a beautiful setting with delicious food!
Very friendly waiter and great food!
Went here for a small birthday dinner. The service was great. Richard, was attentive, patient and super pleasant. The food was delicious, we ordered Rib and Chicken plates. Like anything in this area, you have to find parking, so prep yourself. I would definitely recommend. We had a fantastic time!
Safe, clean and thoughtful feeling for staff and customers. Somewhat more limited menu but nice selection nevertheless. Crab cake app was wonderful!
Fantastic, fresh offerings in a light and airy ambiance. Service was wonderful, dinner was delicious.
Drinks were not good.
Had a wonderful time.
The food and service top shelf !
Had a great dinner celebrating a friend’s Birthday .
Highly recommend. Food was great!
Very good all around. Will come again. Would recommend.
The entrees were solid. But we waited 50 minutes for our drink order. And the appetizers and salad was sub par to average. It’s a good spot in the city if you need walking distance and a good atmosphere. But service and food lack considerably for what you receive.
Everyone was very nice, appetizers and desserts were great but grouper was a little dry.
Nice ambiance. Would go again.
First time eating here and if I am ever in town, I would be back!
I booked a table for one. I was told to just sit at the bar. Then when I said no, there was some huffing and puffing and after about 5 minutes they showed me to my
One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The fried chicken was unreal and the collard greens were top notch. Everything was on point and I can’t wait to find an excuse to spend some time in Atlanta just so I can return!!!
We were out for a night in Atlanta. We were recommended this place and it was fabulous! Great menu selection, wine selection, and great service! The place is well decorated and spacious. We will be coming back and bringing friends with us!
We LOVED our dining experience! My redfish was cooked perfectly and so fresh! The biscuits were to die for - and the gem and beet salad so fresh and perfectly presented! Thank you!!! We will be back!
Fabulous food. Great decor and comfortable place to enjoy dinner.
The appetizers were great, the mains were a huge disappointment. Would only come for apps and dinner somewhere else.
Overall so disappointing! Our server responded to what are the vegan options - salad or any of the veggie sides. One of folks asked about a burger and was told that they don’t have burgers. Yet several burgers were being served on the bar side. He brought out the wrong beer and wrong entree. When asked how long for the right one he said 20-30 minutes. She was essentially forced to eat the fried chicken. The veggie sides were unseasoned and not even warm! Boo White Oak!
Service was the only issue. Server wasn’t very attentive. Had to ask for water to be refilled and took forever to take order or follow up
Great service and food!
Just fantastic all the way around. Ended up eating there for three days straight. Great find.
Good food, good drinks, a really nice experience. The dining area was very sophisticated and welcoming. Just a great evening downtown.
Wonderful new find in downtown Atlanta - food and service, provided by LuLu was great! We’ll be back.
Scallops were great. Best Manhattan I’ve ever had.
I frequently eat out weekdays and weekends. The service was excellent!! Better thank any restaurant in Atlanta.
Was in town for a Cheersport event. Had four 7 year old's with our group and the staff went out of the way to accommodate us and the children. The food was excellent and really liked the ambiance. Our server was great and made great recommendations off the menu. The wine and bourbon list were extensive and could find something in all price ranges. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
After being seated, I was disappointed by not being greeted by our server. I watched another couple sit and begin to order with their server after us. Our wait was about 10 minutes and it was unnecessary because it wasn't overly busy... I went back to the host to question why no one had come to our table. From that point things got much better. The appetizers were ok, not impressed with the deviled eggs at all but the Beignets were excellent! Entrees were pretty good. I spent what I expected but the overall experience fell a little short.
Thank you for a fabulous Valentine's Day. I've been before, this was the first holiday special. Food was amazing, wine pairings were stellar, and the staff was attentive without being in the way.
Great area and food. No complaints other than the very old waiter made a habit of hitting on my way too young for him girlfriend and acting oblivious when confronted. Unprofessional to say the least.
The food was excellent! The service was very good. We were not rushed during any portion of our meal. The ambiance was wonderful.
Slow serve. Servers are not trained well.
We had dinner with some guests from Newnan, GA and had a great dinner at White Oak. This is a locally owned downtown ATL restaurant with great food and one of the best bars in ATL.
