White Chocolate Grill - Scottsdale Ratings and Reviews
Skip this one...or don’t order the fish. We had the salmon and sea bass dishes. The sea bass was ordered by two people in our party. One piece was pinkish orange and moist...the other was white and dry. Two different types of fish? The salmon was okay. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and so was the dessert we had...
Had a great meal with a group of 8 friends in town for a gold trip. White Chocolate Grill offers not only a great scene, the restaurant and bar are hopping, but good value relative to other chains. Everyone could get what they wanted from steaks to southwest. Drinks and service were great as well. Definitely a good spot for a group.
Have eaten here several times. Love the ribs slathered with sauce. Disappointed in the 1 small piece of broccoli since I love veggies. Bread pudding was not as good as I remembered from my last visit. My client ordered a sundae (not on the menu) and was accommodated with a scoop of ice cream with a little chocolate sauce and whipped cream. It was served in small ramekin and looked like a portion from the kiddie menu. No problem; he finished the bread pudding! We'll go back again because we all love the ribs. Service was just the right amount of interaction with the server.
We have gone to other WCGs and enjoyed our visits. Though we had reservations, we were seated at a table that faced a wall but was a “corridor” for servers, waiters, busboys, etc. it was not at all private and not what we were expecting since we had reservations. We could have waited longer for a different table but the entire restaurant was loud so it didn’t seem worth it.
The food and service was very good. Just overall was a bit disappointing!
Dined here based on open table reviews. Do not order the grilled chicken madeira. The chicken tastes like gas. It is horrible. Must be grilled on gas grill.... and tastes like it was marinated in gas. Ditto for the steak sandwich. Steak has horrendous taste of gas. The philly and turkey were fine. Basically, any meet requiring grill has an inedible taste. Complete waste of $100.
New Year’s Eve visit. Very busy. With our reservation, we were seated 15-20 minutes after reservation time because they were “running behind”. Food was really good and gluten free menu is great. Very loud and we were right next to glass separating kitchen/server area so that added to it. Will go back and hopefully not be seated there, but whole restaurant seems loud. Enjoyable night out and food and drinks delicious 😋
We are never disappointed at White Choc. Service is always A+. Food is delicious, fresh, tasty, &served at the correct temperature in a timely fashion. Drinks are replenished. We never have to look for our server.
Such a great option for getting in and out of quickly before a movie, or for relaxing and discussion after a movie. A neighborhood favorite!
We chose White Chocolate Grill for our Christmas Eve dinner because of the atmosphere and delicious food. We were not disappointed! The servers were all so friendly and on task. They genuinely seemed happy to be there even though it was Christmas Eve. We made a great choice to come here! Thank you!
We had booked and still were required to wait for our table to be freed up. When we finally got seated we ordered starters. My husband and I shared one of their signature chicken salads which we had many times before and it was bland and stale and tasted nothing like the great salad we remembered. My sea bass main course was a dried piece of tasteless fish with a side of honey roasted carrots which had been slapped on the plate. Even I can make food look better and cook an expensive fish so it doesn’t dry out. It was all very disappointing- and it was to be our Christmas dinner on the 24 December (we are European). Sadly we won’t be back again.
