White Chocolate Grill - Scottsdale Ratings and Reviews
Ordered french dip....meat overdone. Side of broccoli with spicey seasoning that the waiter knew nothing about. Said it was just steamed. Couldnt eat no discount. Husband had a chicken salad that he thoroughly enjoyed. Nice waiter. Beautiful restaurant. Yummy lava cake.
It’s been a few years since we came back. Food is good, but explanations of some side dishes sounded too sweet tasting to pair with a meal. Disappointed. Even our salad was very sweet tasting. Grilled artichokes were great. Banana pie dessert was my birthday dessert, but way too sweet. Missed having some meringue on top. Lots of potential here. Would work on less options that are so sweet.
We have been regulars here for years, but tonight maybe the last time we visit for a long, long time. I have to say our server tonight was super nice, however the food was awful! Our appetizer came out cold and after the waiter took it back it was a pretty long wait for a new one. I kept cool, it was one thing, no big deal. However, when dinner came my husbands food was barely warm. He couldn't eat it like that so again back it went. My fish was so salty, I think the only reason I ate it was because I was starving! At least it was hot, unlike my side. There was clearly an issue with the kitchen tonight as I saw multiple dishes from other tables going back and the manager approaching ALL of them....ALL of them EXCEPT OURS! I even watched her go over to one twice! We didn't even get an apology when our dishes were redelivered. I clearly saw our server talking to the manager multiple times and do not doubt he informed her that we had to send not one, but two dishes back tonight. Never mind the fact that my dish was terrible and because I was too tired after a two week long business trip to deal with any more, let it go. All I wanted was a good meal after 2 weeks on the road with crap food and what I got was probably one of the worst ever. I'm so disappointed in a restaurant that has been my go to, count on place for consistent food I'm not sure when if ever I'll return.
This is one of our fav restaurants. The only negative, which I have commented before on, is that we feel like we are being rushed and we are not the type that likes a long, drawn out meal. Before we are even finished with our meal the server is giving us the desert meal.
We come here fairly often. The service is always top notch as is the food. The brussel sprouts are one of my wife's favorites. It can get a little bit loud although not so loud that you can't have a conversation. I love the salmon and the New York strip. If you venture onto the dessert menu, you won't be disappointed. Most of the desserts are big enough to share.
i love this restaurant for any occasion. Food is always great, staff is excellent, when I requested a certain section when I made my reservation it was accommodated. Wish I could eat more there are so many delicious dishes on the menu. I had scallops with brussel sprouts as a side. Yum yum?
We've been here numerous times and have always had a great meal. Highly recommend the shrimp cocktail, tuna, tomato gin soup (my favorite) and raspberry cheesecake. When I made the reservation on line, I wrote it was a birthday celebration. I didn't say anything about that when we got to the restaurant. When the server brought out dessert, there was a candle on it. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the cappuccino. I will order regular coffee from now on.
We were given a gift card and drove all the way over from Glendale but it was well worth the drive. We were seated within 10 minutes of our 6:45 reservation. Dinner was beyond mouth-watering... excellent! We took our dessert home and it was so AMAZING! Maybe better even than Cheesecake Factory! We are already talking about coming back to check out the bar and get dessert to go again!
White Chocolate is a regular favorite for me but the service was off on Saturday . It took 20 minutes to get table despite Open Table reservation. It also took a long time to get food. People who came after us were served before us. We had to ask for water three times. Dinner took us an hour and half from start to finish.
