Absolutely fantastic. Food was delicious, service was friendly and prompt, really can't say enough good things about it.
Always come here when we’re in Scottsdale...we love it.
Seated quickly - very attentive bus boy and waitress. Service was fast, but we were not rush. Food was excellent with a reasonable selection available. Will definitely return.
Great service. Food was good. But always too loud due to proximity to the open bar area.
Multiple service mistakes. Fish special sold out early in evening. Substitute fish overcooked. Not at all up to normal WCG standards.
As always our evening at White chocolate was great. Food service ambience and we were extremely fortunate that it was not crowded. Thus the noise level was perfect
The food was decent, however the service was just not as great. The waiter was not as attentive as he should have been & the hosts were not as friendly. I would go back again, but during Happy Hour as I was impressed with the dinner service.
Soups are fabulous...salads are outstanding...service was excellent...one of our favorites!
Good food, nice variety on the menu. Very nice service. Thanks.
Great place. Chris, our waiter, was outstanding.
Our favorite restaurant, great food, the best desserts ever, service great if you get the right server. Highly recommend.
Great food and service. The bar is always noisy. Will request different seating next time.
Service was excellent. Nice atmosphere. Food was good but my steak was not hot. Wine was very overpriced.
We love this restaurant! The food is excellent! And, there is pretty much something for everyone on the menu, even the picky eaters. My favorite is the Parmesan crusted filet with Israeli couscous.
My wife and I each ordered a Caesar salad that we told our server that we wanted to enjoyably finish before our entree came. That was not the case. We needed to push our salads and other table ware aside to make room for our dinners. Poor planning and timing.
Overall great experience- daughter in law- gluten allergy- restaurant has an extensive gluten free menu.
Desserts were awesome.
Always excellent salads. Had the filet mignonette Cobb salad. Also the spaghetti squash side. Very inventive and delicious. Only downside, very loud. Was a Saturday night
The food is always superb and very consistent. The service is excellent, they really work as a team and you could ask for any better. my compliments to the whole restaurant, KT
My Favorite go to for date night. Introduced friends to WCG- always a hit with everybody. Yum!!
We have dined at White Chocolate Grill a few times for different occasions. Previously, we were impressed with the overall experience...not this time. We were celebrating 2 special birthdays (60 & 61) and our good friends' 39th anniversary, which we noted in our Open Table reservation. However, over the course of the entire evening, none of the staff bothered to even acknowledge these milestones (believe me, we weren't looking for a free dessert!). This was disappointing, to say the least. In addition, shortly after we were seated, a waitress accidentally dropped a tray of dirty plates right by our table. Some oil from a dish splattered onto our friend's expensive leather handbag. A young manager came over, asked if we were ok (which we were), yet when we pointed out the oil on her handbag, he brushed it off as minor detail, brought a wet cloth (which you don't use on leather), but never offered our friend a complimentary beverage, appetizer or some compensation for the obvious damage to her handbag. Lastly, our waitress Amanda, though friendly, did not seem to have commanding knowledge of the menu (i.e. knowing if the seafood of the day was a farmed or wild-caught fish). She had to return to the kitchen to clarify information we thought she should know when listing the small selection of the day's specials. These issues combined together made for a disappointing experience at White Chocolate Grill, especially when we'd driven a distance to dine here and spent a good deal of money on our meal/adult beverages for a party of four.
Great food, service and atmosphere. Our first visit and will definitely return
Excellent! Danny, Brennan and Hunter made it a great experience for us. Thanks so much.
Jeff and Jane
Great staff, great timing on food! Overall a great first time experience with me and my girlfriend
Took co-workers that haven’t been to WCG before, they loved it
Loved the menu and all the choices! The spinach artichoke dip was amazing and my kids loved it! The desserts where phenomenal! Definitely one is enough to share, but we got 3 because we couldn’t decide! We will be back for sure when we are back in Arizona!
Joined friends for a great evening in a great environment with great food and service!
Very good restaurant. Food and quality were as you come to expect from White Chocolate Grill.
I wouldn’t recommend the balsamic Ribeye. It was ok, and a little tough even with a vinegar based glaze to break down the tissues. My wife had the parmesan crusted filet and it was excellent.
Service was a little lacking after drinks were ordered, but nothing to complain about.
Overall, another great date night and would recommend!
Club sandwich is very large and very good! Excellent service.
Such a GREAT find - I plan to be back again, again...
Food and service were both very good. We’ve eaten here several wand have always had a great meal.
White Chocolate Grill is a regular favorite and it has consistently good food for the money. However I do prefer it as a lunch spot. It is a little noisy for a nice dinner. Don't miss the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake dessert. It is outstanding and big enough to share.
Sat on the patio. Great weather, great food and great service!
We met friends for dinner. They had Jambalaya which they loved. I had a great, huge fried chicken salad. Service is great. The place is always bust because they h@ve good food!
As always, excellent service and good food. I took several members of my team to lunch. Though we have previously visited, this was first time we sat outside. It was refreshing.
I took my wife out to this place fir her Birthday. The place did not even say happy birthday to her. I do not expect a silly song w clapping and balloons.....I do expect something! Bad way to spend an important day.
We were a party of four. Two of us had disappointing meals. The crab cakes were cold and had lots of shell pieces in 5hem. The rib eye was full of grizzle. The waiter was made aware of this, but made no comments.
This restaurant is one of our favorites. We think it is owned by someone who used to work for Houstons because they are similar. They're french dip is to die for!
Very loud and hard to have a conversation
