White Chocolate Grill - Park Meadows Ratings and Reviews
We had a party of 6 and 5 of us had birthdays in January that we were celebrating. Our reservation was at 7:00 and we had to wait almost 30 minutes before we were seated. The manager and the entire staff that serviced our table were very apologetic and more than made up for it with their top notch service. It made our birthday celebration a great experience.
Food is always good. I find the restaurant in the bar area to be too noisy. This also shouldn't be billed as a "child friendly" restaurant. There were SCREAMING toddlers in the bar area, cut into our enjoyment. Gunther Tootles or Red Robin are great for kids. NOT WC. Also music too loud.
Everything was excellent with one exception.....I had an open table reservation and yet I was still given a buzzer and waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time, all while other parties of the same size got sat immediately. They should never accept a reservation if they can’t honor it.
I haven't been back in about two years. When I first started going here it was excellent. However, with each visit after, it proceeded to go downhill.
It is once again great and I can't wait to go back. I just got the chix salad with honey mustard dressing of which was perfect. Friend got the cobb that she enjoyed. The menu looks really good and can't wait to go back again..
Been going here for year. Every once in a while there is a hiccup on messing up the orders, etc but they take care of your customers no questions asked. The managers are usually right on top of things too. Definitely worth going to. I drive an hour to get here for lunch and then have a stroll around the mall to walk off my meal.
WCG is a favorite of ours, has been since the doors opened years ago. Food is consistently good and the menu although the same over the years has plenty of good items to come back for like the French Dip, Burgers, Ribs, Enchiladas. Last night was not a good night, service was terrible, the server was more pre-occupied with her training sidekick to even come by, she walked by our table 5 times until we were asked if we wanted a drink. No one was asked if they wanted another drink, the little things like ketchup was forgotten, never asked how our meal was, just is not what we have come to expect. We will be back but we will ask for another server if we get stuck with her again.
The food is always awesome at White chocolate Grill. Their appetizer artichoke is absolutely the best ever, trout was excellent. was very busy, extremely noisy, I think one of the biggest problems is too many televisions on and I don’t go out to eat to watch a football game! I always feel like I’m in a sports bar , which I don’t care for!
I’m a regular customer so I picked WCG for my birthday. My husband and son ordered the French dip for dinner. The woman next to us ordered the turkey French dip which was huge. When ours came it was so so small with hardly any meat/steak. Comparing it to the diner next to us was unbelievable. Was hers bigger because it was not steak? It was so small that neither my husband nor our son were full and we had to stop at McDonalds to get more food. For the price of the meal it should of been plenty for dinner. We are very disappointed in WCG.
This restaurant continues to decline in the quality of the food and service. It used to be really good. Now it is just an average mall restaurant. I had the salmon New Orleans and it was overcooked and dry. The shrimp was burned. My wife did a safe chicken salad and it was alright. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Now, it is just somewhere we go when there isn’t any where else to go.
We frequent white chocolate often... I ordered a salad and never received it when another in our party ordered soup and received that 😒. Also, our waitress grabbed one of the main courese dishes when he still had food on it and took his water glass too... before we even ordered dessert. She smiled and was nice, just not friendly and made us seem rushed.
White Chocolate Grill is one of our favorite restaurants which we frequent often. Unfortunately our visit for my birthday on the 21st was very poor. It started with a very rude hostess, continued with overworked and unhappy servers and was topped off with an undercooked soufflé. The tired servers can be forgiven due to the high season and the soufflé was still delicious but the rudeness of the hostess has me thinking twice about going back for quite a while.
Food and service was great. I had made a reservation and still had to wait for 15 minutes. Then 30 minutes later, while waiting for my friend, I found out she was seated 5 minutes before I was, so no reason for me to even have to wait! Terrible communication, and our meals weren’t comped or nothing offered.
I bring several business guests there each month. I like the food and generally the service is very good. This last time however, we felt really rushed to eat and leave. Seems like every time we put our fork down one of the bus-boys or someone from staff was trying to take our plate. I'm guessing management wanted more people at the bar for the Broncos game. Overall good place to go.
