White Chocolate Grill - Park Meadows Ratings and Reviews
Only suggestion to look at actual notes in reservation requests. We make reservations for convenience, but for special occasions we request a quieter place in the restaurant. The last two reservations for special occasions we got stuck right by the entrance to the kitchen. Loud, busy, and very distracting.
Went for valentines so in fairness they were busy. Ordered the fish special was over cooked hard on top and corners and bed of rice was in a lake of sauce so it all collapsed into the liquid as soon as I touched it and since the fish was hard you had to squish it all into the sauce and so the rice was inedible because it basically became rice soup with an over cooked fish slab. Waitress saw and offered me a spoon - I didn’t finish it. No apology or replacement offered - I made dinner for myself when I got home. A very poorly constructed dish even if it had been cooked properly.
Our server Alex was great! He was very energetic and polite which is a big plus! The food was great, I got the Balsamic Rib-eye and my date got the Salmon New Orleans. Not only did our food look amazing, but was unbelievably delicious. The restaurant is relatively more price but definitely reasonably priced, considering the quality in both the food and the service!
Food was expensive, service was sub par could have done a lot better. Felt like our server felt that we couldn’t afford the place and treated as such, the food was great but the service could of been a lot better. It also took them 30 mins to get our bill. A could of spent a lot less money on Valentine’s Day Dinner.
My husband and I were impressed with our experience and can't wait to go back. We usually only find 1 or 2 dishes but we both saw so many we wanted to taste. The menu is drool-worthy! We are always looking for quality food and this was it. He loved the Rotisserie chicken and I had the Rotisserie chicken crepes with mushroom sauce and risotto. Everything was delicious! Somehow we topped it off with the chocolate souffle which was so creamy and not overwhelmingly rich but just right.
We met friends here with a 4 y/o and a 7 y/o that enjoyed the kids menu. They have booster seats available.
Service was good and responsive until it came to our check and the waitress disappeared. We waited 20 minutes before asking the manager if we could pay our bill (which was not split for us, nor did they ask). We will definitely return and hopefully that is not a common occurrence. Parking is also heavily focused on valet (decent pricing under $10) otherwise you have to park in the mall lots and walk a ways. Just something to be mindful of.
The White Chocolate Grill is attractive and convenient to the mall. The service is good. However, our salads were very disappointing. Full of iceberg lettuce and overdressed, and expensive. The bread they brought to the table were something like you could buy at the grocery store in the pre-packaged bakery items. Too expensive for the quality of our food.
It was a busy night. Our table was running slow. The hostess and manager came to talk to us about the situation and offered options. Customer service at the WCG is the best. Because of the delay, the manager wanted to make it right and he did. The food was amazing and the customer service was top notch. I heard about the White Chocolate Brownie and it did not disappoint.
White Chocolate Grill can always be counted on for good food, good service and good atmosphere. You can hear your fellow diners talk without yelling. A rare treat in this day and age. If we want a special evening to be comfortable and enjoyable we come to the White Chocolate Grill.
We had a party of 6 and 5 of us had birthdays in January that we were celebrating. Our reservation was at 7:00 and we had to wait almost 30 minutes before we were seated. The manager and the entire staff that serviced our table were very apologetic and more than made up for it with their top notch service. It made our birthday celebration a great experience.
Food is always good. I find the restaurant in the bar area to be too noisy. This also shouldn't be billed as a "child friendly" restaurant. There were SCREAMING toddlers in the bar area, cut into our enjoyment. Gunther Tootles or Red Robin are great for kids. NOT WC. Also music too loud.
